My pancard is not receved

I have purchased Sansui 29" TV in year 2005 & since begining had been facing problems, 3 months back my TV has a complete malfunction, i could not find the service centre in Gurgaon, the so called dealers are not co operating either.

Salora International Limited — Provident Fund Claim Pending Since Jan 16, 2009

Dear Sir,

I have submitted all my papers for the withdrawl of my provident fund (Account Number-DL/6935/3022) but I have not received the same till date.

According to my employer they have done all the formalities & sent all my papers on Jan 16, 2009.

Please do the needful as per below details, below trail mail i am sending more than 4 time to south pf office, but still no one can given me reply for the same.for your knowledge i am talk to numbers of person for that but still no revert.

i will call above numbers more than 20 time each numbers, but still no revert, no reply

no words...what can i do???????????????

I have been following up with PF dept since long for my refund, and as per my last conversation on telephone #[protected], two cheques in my name ( Samir Bhatt), with following details have been dispatched on 28th May, 2009. But till date, neither I have received the cheques yet, nor they have been deposited in my HDFC Bank A/c No. [protected].

1) Cheque No: 789107 dated 22/05/2009 of amount 12486/-

2) Cheque No. 333165 dated 22/05/2009 of amount 5320/-


Please deposit the amount in my bank account…The details of bank account is as follows:
