I had bought a phone model- Arya Z2 which is still under warranty. It has a defective lcd, volume and power keys and a battery which I had paid for replacement. A new phone was ordered on Jan 26 2015 Saloa KP11 Addy a feature phone with pre installed whatsapp App from 2nd week of Feb 2015 we are not able to use the feature of the phone and there is no support forth coming from the customer support team.
