[Resolved]  Samaj Kalyan Vibhag — regarding to cheating of college

Dear sir, My self Mr. Nand lal Maurya father of Mr. Gupteswar maurya has been admitted my son in Samalkha group of institution affiliated from Kurukhetra University on 18/07/2014, Reg. no.-1409048 in B.tech aeronautical engg. first year. But Due to economical problem i have submitted all the documents to the bank for educational loan but bank rejected it and said to me we are not providing the loan for the out of state colleges .So i am facing so much trouble for the deposit the amount of your fee and the commitment of college is totally false they have not a good faculty and not a placement venture only give a lolly-pop of admissions. So Kindly request to you i have submitted 15, 000.00 rupees through the cheqe no. - 909328 from OBC bank in favor of Nav Nirman sewa samiti, I want to canceled the admission of my son so Request him kindly refund the amount as per rule of Institution and guideline of AICTE.
