I have applied for duplicate PAN card AVLPS1038C via Samanta Communication Pvt. limited. My customer code is A0691312 | Coupon no.[protected], also paid necessary total amount Ps.399/-through net banking. But I have not received tracker number from The PAN CARD Samanta.

Hi Sir,
I had applied for PAN Card for my father via Samntha Communication Pvt. limited.

But even after 1 month, there is no communication heard back from them.

I had made a payment of 400 for the processing.It seems to be a fraud company.Kindly take immediate action else other may become victim of this fraud as well.

I applied pan card for my wife in January till now I didn't get my pan card I got my coustomer no[protected] plz help regarding this issue I got this number on 6th of February

the samantas team should maintain customer support, means provide contact number, as its always too much late response from your portal offline chat support,

or provide contact mobile numbers to the customer
