I have applied for pan card through their website thepancard.com, customer code a1420413. I have mistakably sent my original pan card to chennai office and i can't arrange the document required for further application process so i request you to cancel my application and i want you to be return my original pan card to my address-
I have been writing under the support tab on the website too but to no response and the one i received looks like the responder did not read my comment properly nor did he understand my issue.
Please consider this matter of high importance since this is one of my national ids and lack of it at this moment can lead me to get stuck with my immigration formalities and i have approaching deadlines to meet.
