Provide my property

Samiah Builders issued a refund letter in 2018 but till date, no amount have been refunded.

Sir the samiah builder bought back my flat in 2019 july but payments not settled, the mr sageer khan is happy to say that the court case will be ok for him today i spoke to mr sageer khan he gave me 2 cheque for 2 lakhs in sept 2020 and both dishonoured 3 times but he does not feel any thing, i said that i will go to court he said ok no problem wil play case case...sir is this true the copy of dishonoured cheque is enclosed herewith.
the samiah is happy to cheat with his customers,
as last 8 months every day i call mr.sageer khan he assure next wk your payment wil be done...bur result is zero... his words are useless

I had booked a Flat in Singapore City, NOIDA
We had booked a Flat No 406 in Singapore City on 03 Apr 2006.
We had paid an amount of Rs 7, 71, 658.00.
After lot of Meetings in your office, the Last Meeting Mr Sageer Khan told me to meet Mr Mayank.
I had discussion w in your Office on 06 Dec 2018.
It is once again requested either you give us our Refund of Money or Give us a 3 Bed Room at FlatRudrapur at same Cost that you have to pay us with Interest. this was agreed by you and Mr Mayank on 06 dec 2018.
I did not get any reply on my mails there after.

It is requested that My Money of Rs 7, 71, 658.00 due since 03 Apr 2006 be refunded to me.

Sir samiah has sold my flat last year not paying me money every day saying next day, last 10 month i do not know whom to complaint, only court case or police is solution, their rudrapuur has been sealed ny district magistrate usn, last year still they are not improving

Sir please settle my accounts as of my samiah lake city rudrapur flat has been sold to samiah by me g009 saryu. Settle my account as it is too late 10months thanks

I booked 2 bhk apartment in singapore residency, in wipro tower. Till date no response. If there is any society do register me to get updates. I paid more than 80% of amount. I can be reached at absj002 at gmail dot com +[protected]

I have booked a 1 bhk flat in gulmohar society in rudrapur udham singh nagar in 2012 and i have already completed 90% payment (5 lakhs) and they promised to give flat within 6 months of allotment but after 8 yrs they haven't even started and their response is so poor that when i call to thier office they r not picking up phone now, now i want my refund with intrest rate, please help me. I will provide all related documents to the respected person if any actions will be taken by authorities. I have purchased flat from samiah in 2010. And paid all money, also noc for registry i posses, last year in aug/sept 2019 mr mayank sharma/neha etc naver pickd up fone for more then 6 month, from samiah said to me if you want to sell the flat, i said ok he promised 10.5 lakh, he paid me 2 lak to me and rest 8.5 he said within a wk or max 15 days.
Till now 9 month over no payments done and samiah sold my flat and not paying my dues.

I was in urgent need of the money so that i sold 10 yrs my money blocked and nothing happened i paid 9.7 lakh to samiah, i have all the receipt.
And last 4 month mr sageer khan is giving me the promices that work will be done in next wk and that next week is not yet came.. Please help me

We, along with my 4 family members, booked 5 (1bhk) flats in gulmohar phase -4 project in rudrapur samiah lake city in 2012 and made full payment of 5, 80000 each to builders on time. We have agreement and other payment receipt but builder is not constructing flat nor refunding my money. We all have been chasing from long time but no fruitful answers from them.
Every time sagir khan promises false commitment date, even no work will happen at site.

We are looking to file a legal case against them and required our full deposit money to be refund along with 10% interest charges.
Pls help.

Respected jamil sb please refund my 8.5l for my sold of the flat at rudrapur saryu as this money i needed for my sons medical college fees only due to this i sold you the flat in no profit no loss basis, as from 2012 my payments 9.5 were with you and of course i know samiah is not so poor insha allah the company will rise and shine again that is my wish, please help me sir, as 2 lkh already paid in sept and now 4 months over, please help me,, sukriya best regards

I have booked a flat in february 2014 from samiah international builders at rudrapur. Name of project-gulmohar 5.
As per commitment of builder i will get possession after 3-4 years.
I have paid ₹ 380000=00 to builder.
But not received possession till may 2018.
Then i have asked them to cancel the flat and return my all payment with interest by several mails.
I have also send letter via speed post which...

Website is now under construction for samiah builder, is he planning to elope from india and get rid easily from rera.

My complain is about a shop which i booked with samiah along with couple of residential plots. Please find details from my email sent in year 2016 to samiah.

I can calculate this cost aggregating every year @ rate of 8.5% per annumm if kept under the fd.
Yearly cost : base cost + interest @ rate 8.5%
Year 2012 : rs. 3, 75, 000.00 + rs. 31, 875.00 = rs. 4, 06, 875.00
Year 2013 : rs. 4, 06, 875.00 + rs. 32, 550.00 = rs. 4, 39, 425.00
Year 2014 : rs. 4, 39, 425.00 + rs. 37, 350.00 = rs. 4, 76, 775.00
Year 2015 : rs. 4, 76, 775.00 + rs. 40, 525.00 = rs. 5, 17, 300.00

Total value of investment in the current year should equate to rs. 5, 17, 300.00

Hence in total if you suggest me to put investment again into your project then it will be investment1 + investment2
Total investment value = rs. 14, 00, 000.00 + rs. 5, 17, 300.00 = rs. 19, 17, 300.00

Can you please let me know what are the further investment i can make using the above amount on any ready possession property available.
I would be interested to invest either on residential land of 200sq. Yard (Looking at down fall of rates in rudrapur) or on either 2bhk flat in sharda apartments or the commercial land mentioned by you.

Whichever suits my budget will be able to reinvest.

I (Meena pandey wife of retired cancer patient husband) booked 1bhl flat in gulmohar 5, rudrapur in 2013 and till today making regular payments because of so many assurances given by mr. Sageer khan. Always told you will get possession in holi, dipawali, etc now i would like to have my refund or will file case in consumer court.

Nobody is allowed to meet mr. Khan after so many efforts if you are lucky to meet him than he said we just give you possession in coming months. However, possession about to give in 24-36 months.

I & my husband who is cancer patient live alone in rent and also pay emi with very small pension amount which even didn't fulfil our daily food needs.

Now i am very fed up from this builder and need my full refund.

We had invested in samiah international builder's project, gulmohar estate, phase-1 rudrapur, uttarakhand.
We had paid full amount to the samiah international builders on-time in may 2011. Possession of the flat was to be given in oct 2011. Till date i. E. July 2019, no one from samiah international builders is responding to our calls or responding to emails or responding to letters we are writing to them with a request to refund the amount.

In a most socking incident that ever happened to me (and could ever happen to anyone), when I reached Samiah Lake City project, Rudrapur to see my flat.

As I went upstairs to see my flat, even before I could look for my keys to open the flat. I saw that the flat was already open. I was shocked to see this. And on knocking the door, a lady came out (in her last 40s) and was surprised to see me. I told her that I'm the owner of this flat, to which she said that Samiah guy gave her the key to use the flat.
and she was using it for last few months now.

Since I live in Noida and bought this as an investment and have hardly visited the property trice. Knowing this, the Samiah contact person gave her my house (which was with his to rent this flat) to the neighbor for their use.

I have recorded video of this and also have audio of the neighbor apologizing .

I inspector subhash chand sharma seving in bsf paid rs 6, 35, 000.00 for purchase of flat b7-401 at garden city hapur from samiah international builders pvt ltd. Rs. 1, 01, 100.00 on[protected], rs.1, 08, 150.00 on[protected] and 3, 15, 000.00 through lichfl on[protected] plus i have paid emis plus inerest and other carges to lichfl. The flat so alloted was not built and land on which it was to be build has also been sold by above builder.
Now, neither samiah builder refunding my hard money nor resolving my issue. Speciacally mr sageer khan m. No. [protected] (Executive to samiah builder) is harshing mentally as well as threatening that "gundon se pitvaunga". Sir please resolve my issue. I shall be highly grateful to you. Thanking you sir
