No body is bothered on poor agriculture people from village invested crore of rupees in samruddha jeevan multi state multipurpose co op society, poor people agents are getting threatuning from investors and getting suicide due to non refunded invested money,

I have invested in two schemes of samruddha jeevan multi state multi purpose co-operative society [sjmmcsl] for tenure of 5 years. As of now i have invested for 15 months out of the 5 years scheme. However after seeing that the company is a big fraud, i, to ask them to return my money. I also agreed deduct any penalty, if any, they have to charge. But they said my money will can not be refunded before 5 years.
Even after receiving orders from sebi, company is not returning the money to its customers.
Kindly help my to with how do i proceed to get my money back.

I am dharmendra shah from raiwala, dehradun, uttrakhand. I am invested a lot of amount of mine and others. After some days later i was knew that the society had become closed. I was pressered by our costumeers that had money where was gone. And i was suffered by many problems. Please resolve it and find a way for me. I am a very poor person.

We have taken a policy 100000/- now it is due for maturity.
Can i have the full amount with all credits whichever i am eligible on maturity.

Sir, during 2015 samruddha jeevan had an office in secunderabad, hyderabad city. At that time i have taken a policy when i am assured that by paying 1 lac after maturity gets 500000/- with incentives. If after paying 1 lac and stops they also will get 1 lacs but on maturity of agreemnt. Infact there was a offer that by paying 35000/- and on maturity i will be benefitted with 1 lac and if i want to take before maturity i will only get back 35000/-
But by 2018 they have wrapped their office shifted to top floor of same apartment and then left hyderabad without notice. I do not where to ask for my money.

I have invested rs.100000 on 15 july 2013, with maturity date of 15 january 2019 with maturity value of rs.200000. Though my intension was to keep the amount in f. D. They misguided me to keep this amount in the above mentioned scheme to get the maturity without income tax deduction. From the maturity date i am visiting there office at pune but couldn't meet anyone. So look kindly look into it and help to get my money back. I am a poor lady.

I have invested inr 50000 in samruddha jeevan in the product 'livestock rearing contract' on 30.05.2014.
Date of expiry of contract is 29.11.2019.
As per contract terma samruddha jeevan has to pay me inr 100000.

They told me after 5 years it will double they told me to sign paper. They did not explain me any thing. I thought i am investing in bank. When my first cotract mature on 22-06-19 i went to their office in udhana surat gujarat i find out their business closed my second contract will mature on 28-01-21. I take help mr. Shirish vora i work to clean his home. Mr. Shirish vora red my contract and explain me that they invest my money to buy 2 buffelos. This my life time saving and i am uneducated can not read or write.

I invested around 24000/-rs in one of the scheme for higher returns /or a calf.
There was some false promises through agent about money in return for calf.
My agreement started in 2013 oct and ended on oct 2015 while i have not received maturity amount. I would like to complain and request to at least recover the capital invested in the scheme.
Not sure how this complaint is registered as it did not ask any detail of complainant

There was some false promises through agent about money in return for calf.
