I have invested in two schemes of samruddha jeevan multi state multi purpose co-operative society [sjmmcsl] for tenure of 5 years. As of now i have invested for 28 months out of the 5 years scheme. However after seeing that the company is a big fraud, i went to their office at morbi but this office is closed, wear i m go and receive my money my nearest city is rajkot pls give me rajkot office address I also agreed deduct any penalty, if any, they have to charge. But they said my money will can not be refunded before 5 years.
Even after receiving orders from sebi, company is not returning the money to its customers.
Kindly help my to with how do i proceed to get my money back.

I opened 2 recurring deposit scheme account of rs. 1000 each[protected], [protected] in samruddha jeevan multistate multipurpose co-operative society and now it was matured by the month (June 2017) and i have deposited amount up to february 2017. But now all the branches are closed by this society and i am unable contact to this firm and unable to get my money back and now i am in trouble. Therefore requested kindly help me on this matter.

I have deposited rs.1 lack for 25 months with samvrudda jeevan multistate multipurpose cooperative society. I had submitted and surrender the certificate for redemption during jul 2016. I have not received my fd redemption even after expiry of the certificate.
As per high court orders mr khirsagar, shivaji nagar, pune is appointed for redemption for the depositors but no information so far
Please help or suggest.

All the fd are matured in2015 itself since last 3 to 4 year there is no update by company when they will return money to customers. Its a very hard earing did by the persons who required his money for his after retirement life. Please help us to get back this money as soon as possible..

We had visited the head quarter of this company located in pune but that office is also sealed by the government. Please help us to whom we can ask for money.

I had a fd opened in samruddhha jeevan due to one of my freind recommneded for four year which matured in last year jun 2018
But refund of money. No contact no. No record company ran away with alla money how to get money back. Due to friend recommendation i have been trapped he proise me nothing will happen this money was of my mothers i thought it would be better if i will invest it i some profit but now it all gone may som body help...

My name is Noor Ahmed Haseena Begum Lakkundi I am living in Karnataka where from 1 of my friend I came to know about sjmmcsl policy i thought depositing money in policy is good I at least I can use this money for my family as I have a scrap
center and and hardly I am earning which completed a my daily bread and butter so with intention of depositing money and I we can get this bulk amount to improve my family condition I started to pay1000 rs installments from March 2015 till august 2015 which in total 6000 rs later on I came to know that this policy has issues and government SEBI even CBI restrict this company and order to pay back investors. So I stopped paying amount in this policy and tried to contact tact multiple times to officials in Shivaji Nagar sjmmcsl office but nobody entertained me it's my humble request please refund my amount ASAP as I am very poor and can't afford this loss.

I had invested my hard earnings at the cost of my health as fixed deposit and it's getting mature in may 20. I came to know about the scam. Please kindly help me to receive my money back. It will be grateful as i need it for my child's education and my medical expenses. Also if you can guide me to whom i shall contact regarding this.
