I sujata tupe, open an rd a/c by an agent, registered no =[protected] as per policy i pay my installment regularly of rs. 300 pm, after completion of 5 yrs applid for maturity amount. Relevant all documents are submitted in aurangabad office but no response by samurudha jeevan. We are waiting for 2 years... Please settle the claim with 2 yrs interest as early as possible as maturity date is march 2016.

I was issued post dated cheques by samruddha jeevan multi state multipurpose coop society in return of my deposits with samruddha jeevan multi state multipurpose coop society. Registered under sebi/rbi/state dept. These were fixed deposits.

These cheques are not being honored as the said co. Turned out to be fraudulent and its a/c has been frozen. Total value of these cheques is about 10 lacs. I am a retired person and this money is required for my daily needs and medical condition.

My FD in the name of Satchit K Kharangate of Rs 1, 00.000/- (1 Lakh) deposited for 1 year from 20-8-15 to 19-9-16 is not being encashed as the company representative keeps promising and not clear confirmation of when my money will be available to me.

This co. Society ltd made leave & licence aggrement at hisar for 12months commencing from 20/07/2016 to 10/07/2017 for commercial purposes with a rent of rs.18000/-month.
Unfortunately we not receive any rent from april, 2017 to upto date. All contact phones / mobiles are switch off & our rented space is also locked from april, 2017 on wards.
Our space floor is completely locked from april, 2017 to till now.

In the month of February 2017 when we visited to deposit our the monthly installments at Company’s Jalandhar branch, a notice was pasted on the shutter of the branch that the office has been shifted and the new address will be intimated to all the investors very soon. But till date we did not get any information about the same. We tried to contact the agent/senior officers on landline and mobile phone so many times but nobody picked the phone. At last we enquire regarding the company on internet and got shocked that all the working of the said company was a fraud and the same was closed due to the action of the Govt. of India. Now we came under your shelter and request to your good honor with this complaint to help us for getting back our invested money from the said Company at the earliest as we are not so rich and tried to save some money for our future with small investments. We are in hope of your early action in this regards and help us to get back our money at the earliest.

I have been depositing money as emi under this company for 3 years.
From 3 years the agent was available for collecting money from 3 months the same agent is unavailable for collecting the money.
Hence i enquired with some locals and got to know that the company is fraud and its closed all it branches,
Presently i have invested a major amount with in this 3 years. And i'm not able to decide what to be done.
Kindly help me how to claim the returns and though whom.
Proper communication channel is required and also i've tried all the phone numbers available through sites and no phones are responding presently.

Hi, mysel[censored]ttam chavan,

I have invested 2 lacs in samrudha jeevan multisate for the period of 13 month, after completion of period i contacted to their pune office, they collected my fd certificates and given its acknowledgement receipt back to me. And also they get a for another form filled for opening of saving account to collect the refunded money.. They told me that the matter is in court and hearing date will be communicated to you. After geting order /clearance from court, payments will be distributed to the people.
My fd receipt no is 302071, kindly help me to get my money back.
