This is to inform you that today I bought a bag from Samsonite, Ghitorni.

After packing they gave me defective bag which is very disheartening.

Kindly help me to exchange it asap.

    Today I bought bag from Samsonite shop, Ghitorni.

    They gave me defective bag which is not acceptable from such a reputed company.

      I ordered the Samsung Galaxy F41on the official Samsung app - Samsung Shop on 21st October 2020. My order was delivered on 22nd October 2020.

      On that day there was an offer going on which was ''Rs. 1500 instant cashback on using the HDFC credit card''. Till date even after doing multiple rounds of follow-ups and registering the complaint with customer care, writing to CEO and reaching out to all possible departements mentioned on website I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CASHBACK.

      Even today when I called the customer care department, they asked us to wait for sometime. Few days back the customer care executive was denying the offer by saying the offer was on SBI card when I told him I have the screenshot from the app to prove that offer was on HDFC card they said they will resolve my problem in 24hrs. However till date I haven't got my cashback or confirmation from company on when it will be credited.

      I would request you to kindly look into the matter and please help in finding the speedy solution to this problem.

        It’s pathetic and unprofessional to get no response even after registering complaint for new bag got damaged. The service agents are unprofessional and no response after almost 15 days.

          my suitcase got damaged in last october when we were travelling from Jaipur to Kolkata. since december to march 20 i took my suitcase to 2 stores both didnt except the product and said to contact customer care. The product has phyiscal damage on it and its under warrenty terms nd condition as well as time.

          Please kindly check and get it repaired because i cannot use this untill repaired.

            I purchased a travel bag of samsonite index no. 37612e from csd canteen delhi on 04.09.2020 and found that it’s cracked. When i approached csd canteen they directed to concern with samsonite repair service. Hence i would like to request your kind honour that samsonite may please replaced my travel bag. Regards

                I purchased samsonite suitcase about 9 years back. Main lock is not opening. Also inner rubber lining is detached. I don't have model information as warranty card & product label is kept inside suitcase. Please let me know how to get this information & how to get repair it on service center. Where are the service center near indirapuram, ghaziabad.

                  Hi, i here want to make the laptop bag replacement request. As it is in warranty and has got shredded from the lower bottom and ripped from the side left pocket (Pictures attached).

                  Before 2 months ago i went to the shop, m c sales corp, 223 queens road, amritsar, from where i bought the bag but they did not inform anything regarding the replacement of the bag and misguided me. This is not a customer satisfactory response. ("customers loves certainty, make sure you give it to them.")

                  So, again yesterday i went there and asked them for the above request, now the bag has been submitted to the shop and they told me to write to company through mail. They also told me that they will send the box containing bag to the company.

                  I am looking forward for your response and hope that i will recieve a new bag as per the company policies.

                    1. I have a suitcase purchased in edinburgh, scotland, uk in july 2015. I am using it sparingly. Recently i travelled to germany and packed my suitcase the night before my flight. To my surprise, in the morning, the shell of the suitcase had cracked near the trolley handle base. I had no option but took some scotch tape from the hotel reception and pasted it firmly all around and checked in the luggage. The suitcase arrived safely. While buying the suitcase i was informed it has a 20 year warranty and is unbreakable. Pls let me know if samsonite will look into my complaint and offer me a replacement.
                    As the cracked shell is not very clear in photo, i am sending a video as well.

                    2. I have another trolley bag which normally i carry in hand luggage. The rubber from one of its wheel has come out. Pls let me know if to is covered in any kind of warranty and even if not, from where i can get it repaired.

                    The wheel of my Samsonite suitcase in warranty period, lost in transit during loading unloading by Airlines has now not been provided by Samsonite Co s service centre in Delhioteb
                    I have purched in 22nd sept 2018 after the I saw it was damaged one side .

                      I have purchased 78cm trolley bag from Singapore and having International warranty.
                      One wheel and both handle stitching was damaged so I have visited to Pune (Aundh)-INDIA Service center submitted the bag and warranty card.
                      After 20 days they told me that your bag is not repairable and we are providing the replacement against this bag.
                      I have visited the service center for collect the new bag then they have asked the bill copy, I have provided the bill too.
                      They told me that you have purchased this bag for 80$ Singapore and India price in that time is come to the Rs. 3760/- and they are providing the backpack bag of this amount and not the trolley bag.
                      Because in this price they don't have the trolley bag.
                      I have called Singapore customer care and then inform me that as per the policy they will provide the same size bag or 1 size big bag and not the small bag. If customer requested only then they will provide the small size bag.

                      I need same size bag against replacement, I am surprise why they are not providing the same size bag, it should be peace to peace replacement.
                      If American Tourist providing this type of service then no body can going to buy the bags from overseas and also even from INDIA.

                        Hi,

                        I bought the laptop bag 8 months back & the leather on the handle is damaged by using for just 3 months. I lost the warranty card therefore could not contact but this kind of the product from samsonite is not expected. I have been using samsonite from last 12 years & the reason is quality. This kind of quality is not expected & need replacement for the same & i had lot for embarrassment for such bag in public places despite best brand.

                        I need replacement at my place as being so long customer of samsonite i hope this service for the bad product i deserve.

                          Hi! I have had a putrid experience with samsonite customer service lately! I went to a samsonite service center in coimbatore to get my suitcase repaired. Instead of helping me, the staff there asked to contact the local vendor and get the repair done by the local vendor! My question is.. If samsonite can manufacture suitcases.. Is it a herculant task for them to repair their own suitcase? Which “brand” asks their customer to get the repair done from local vendor when the customer approaches them?! What kind of professional behavior is that?!! And if this is the kind of staff you have in your store, let me tell you, your brand is losing its name quite fast! I would personally never go for a samsonite purchase after this experience!! Thanks alot samsonite for this unprofessional approach to your customers.

                            I have replaced the main and side locks numerous times all within a space of 3 to 4 months, although the original lock lasted for around 10 years, the subsequent replacement has not lasted for more than 3 months. I have replaced the main locks and the side locks at an authorised samsonite repair centre situated at andheri!
                            Where do i purchase replacement main lock for my oyster series suitcase?

                            We purchased a trolley bag with life time warranty, after 3 years it was cracked during travelling, when i visit show room executive confirmed that company has been stopped production of this Model so we cant replace it, we can provide you other bag but it was chargeable. and we discount some amount. so what is the meaning of warranty guaranty.

                              We bought suitcase samsonite 75cm from bagzone infinity mall andheri, on 13/08/2016. We gave for wheel repair to the company. After a week we went for collection, we found damage in the trolley n crack on the bag. Now the company is not repairing or replacing the bag. They have repaired the trolley only. Though it's under warranty period.
                              Please do the needful.

                                You people say 10 year warranty
                                But u have a policy of keeping the bill
                                If bill is not provided u do not replace or repair
                                This is ridiculous
                                As while shifting my house i have misplaced the bill

                                I purchased a american tourist bag from flipkart in last month but bag has been torn within 15 days. One can not imagine this type of quality from this brand.
                                The handle of bag I brought is coming out it's torn. Product is MARVAS ROLLING TOTE 184" BLACK just bought on 26/02/19 already the handles are torn pulling apart.

                                  Given for replacing the wheels 15days before bur returning without replacement claiming no spare wheels!!!

                                  Please let me know why do you sell the products for which you cannot provide the consumable like wheels!!!

                                  Are you expecting the customer just to throw the 12k bag just for the worn out wheels!!!
                                  I even spoken to local area service manager (Bangalore) who replied recklessly!!

                                  I had given my bag for zip repair on dec2nd 2018 with invoice no:45472.
                                  I still didnt get back my bag. What you guys are doing with it? Does it take so much time to fix new zip? It has already exceeded 15 days. I must say worst service is provided by you guys. Horrible work process followed by Samsonite. requesting to send my bag back to me ASAP.

                                    Complaint :- my product (Trolley) wasn't replaced even though i got a defective product while buying which i noticed after a week when i was packing my luggage. They denied replacing the product even when it was their fault. Due to which i had to cancel my trip. Most importantly, showroom manager doesn't know how to talk with the customers. He's very rude. It's better you change him if you want better sales.

                                    We had purchased a cabin leather bag from Oberon mall kochi on 8/7/15 for Rs 19600.Now the leather is getting damaged .Since 20 yr we are your coustomer. This is the first time we are getting an experience like this .
                                    We hope this damage can be serviced or replaced sir pls do the needful.I shall attach photos of our bag and details .
                                    I have approached Samsonite Customer care but there is no proper response.
                                    They are Harassing me form I am Chasing the Brand from 24th September.

                                      I had given my luggage to samsonite service center in kolkata, eliot road branch. I gave my luggage on 25th of may 2018. They promised me that the luggage would be ready by 10 days. But a month is passed. Daily when we call them they ask for more time. Today 27th june, still not recived my luggage. Now i have a flight to catch and we need that luggage. Its very disappointing to see such service from samsonite. Invoice no. 67665

                                        Respected sir we took bag of our reputed brand Samsonite but in time of some months bag gone damaged of which sent images to company email address along with warranty card. Fabric of bag is coming out of packing & threads are coming out. On handle side fabric has came out & inner side is visible. So it’s our request to kindly replace the bag or repair it as bag is having warranty of 10yrs.
