You people say 10 year warranty
But u have a policy of keeping the bill
If bill is not provided u do not replace or repair
This is ridiculous
As while shifting my house i have misplaced the bill
Why can't you have details on our reg mobile number
Now my 10000 rs bag is a waste i don't bel this
I hve been buying your bags from more than 10 years
I don't think i will be a loyal customer anymore

I purchased a american tourist bag from flipkart in last month but bag has been torn within 15 days. One can not imagine this type of quality from this brand.

The handle of bag I brought is coming out it's torn. Product is MARVAS ROLLING TOTE 184" BLACK just bought on 26/02/19 already the handles are torn pulling apart.
Kindly advise.
