Samsung — 43 inch LED TV

I have purchased 43 inch Samsung LED UA43F5600F FHD Smart TV from Croma store at Nexus Mall Seawood, Mumbai-400706 on 15th Aug 2026. It has been instlled by Samsung technician on 18 th Aug 2026. But on 4th Sept 2026 TV was not working. No display only sound was coming so I had given complaint to croma store and also talk to Samsung customer center on the same date. Samsung center registered my complaint against service request no- [protected]. On 5th Sept 26 the technician visited and told that problem of motherboard so he would replaced it with new board within two days but till date no replacement has been done.They are saying that they have placed the order for the board but there is no reply from the HQ. So how many days I have to waited for the TV to be operational? It is hardy 17 days after installation, TV is not functioning, it is very inefficient performance of reputed company like Samsung. kindly look into this matter and replace the TV with new one. Hoping for the quick response. Attaching herewith the invoice for your referance.
