[Resolved]  Samsung — AC part is unavailable

Dear Sir,

We registered the request with samsung regarding AC not working..as per them samsung is not manufacturing faulty AC part PCB now because of that they are unable to help..now they can help with 10 percent depreciation amount. At the time of purchase if they have mentioned within few years AC unit not working and
Samsung unable to help...we not have purchased Samsung AC
