I purchased the above Samsung Fridge on 16th Feb. 2019 from a Samsung dealer in Adyar, Chennai for Rs. 37, 200. For the last few weeks, there is water dripping from the Freezer inside to the Fridge. After many phone calls and chatting in whatsapp with an AI (not human), a technician landed up on 23rd Oct. 2023. He mentioned that the Freezer cannot work and the fridge will need to be replaced. He also mentioned that some amount will be given back to us and he left. I have been chasing SAMSUNG support for almost everyday, and I will get a call once in a while by someone who will say that we will give 20% back, but for that they need my PAN/AADHAR card etc. Nothing written will be given.
