3rd August we bought a Samsung air conditioner. From installation we came across the unit is not cooling appropriately.
We had 2 visits arranged from from service center. They confirmed it is a cooling issue. I have copy of their job sheet. Once no resolution was shared. We had approached service head email, available on Samsung siteey had arranged a 3rd visit from a different service center who confirmed same cooling issue again job sheet available with same defects documented. Now samsung is not working on resolution and already deferred case for long and not giving any resolution and support. Please help us support on this defective unit. Complaint - [protected]

    I have purchased this product on 25th and after 1 month it stops work and I called samsung and they collect the tv from my home and said on 11/09/2021 the will be repaired and deliver to my home but till now the tv is not delivered and samsung customer care representative is saying it will deliver on 5th October, 2021 but they are truly lying because every time I call the customer care they extend the delivery date so now I want my money back or else replace the tv immediately

      Reporting an extremely disappointing experience of a close family member in buying a Samsung Refrigerator from Reliance Digital store. Here's a brief timeline -

      11th Oct, 2020 - RT47M623ESL purchased from Reliance Digital, Diamond Plaza, Kolkata

      13th July, 2021 - Cooling issues. Samsung engineer came & replaced the entire evaporator unit saying "this fridge might have been defective from beginning"

      8th Sept, 2021 - Same issue resurfaced in such a short span! Now begins the real ordeal. After 3 days, a service engineer came & said "looks like an choke issue, but I don't have the necessary tools, someone else will come soon"

      After another 3 days, the next engineer mentioned that they had been given a wrong report & the issue looks to be different. After another 2 days, the service engineer is yet to come back. The refrigerator is off for more than a week now!

      It has been an extremely harrowing experience for the family who are unable to get one of the most necessary appliances in a consistently working state. They have followed up with Samsung helpline, Reliance digital folks, dropped multiple emails, sadly to no avail.

      Their warranty is expiring in a month & who is guaranteeing this issue won't occur again (when the family would have to pay for the damaged parts) ?

      Please address this issue at the earliest, the family has suffered enough! Arrange for a replacement (since engineers have said these problems were not due to manhandling) or extend the warranty.

        I want to lodge a complaint regarding the rude misbehavior of Mr ashwini Mishra of ashima electronics and appliances of budharaja sambalpur regarding the delivery of my refrigerator.i had purchased the same on May 2020 n this year from 15th August 2021 my fridge went out of order as there was cooling and the compressor was nt starting at all a complaint was registered online on 18th August regarding the same and about 6 times different mechanics tried to repair it n failed they took the fridge to service centre on 5th September. I received a message on 8th September 2021 that my product has been successfully repaired bt till now the fridge has not been delivered yet.there is no remainder from the service centre even and on enquiry further the same Mr ashwini Mishra has been repeatedly giving various excuses that the fridge is already repaired and will get delivered soon but till now there has been no delivery. On repeated enquiry the person is rude towards me on various occasions and just giving me excuses but there has not been any delivery till now which has caused me much inconvinences.i thereby as a customer request u to look into matter as early as possible

          I bought a Samsung M21 mobiles on 2nd June, 2020. It’s been only 1 year and 3 months and I started facing the Samsung logo stuck issue. On going to Samsung Authorized service centre they found out that there is a motherboard issue and the motherboard needs to be replaced which will cost almost 8200 and it will have only 3 months warranty. Now who will spent 8200 in less than 1 and a half year and that too for just 3 months and what if I face the same problem again. There were 3 people with me who all were senior citizens and are making rounds of the service center for the same problem. The phones are supposed make our lives easier but instead it’s making it miserable. Service center tells us to call the call center if you have any complaints. Is it worth anyone’s time and money to spend days behind 1 single complaint. My complaint number is [protected]. Another complaint number of another senior citizen facing the same problem is [protected]. I feel helpless as of now and hope to get a resolution on my complaint soon.

              I bought a Samsung M30s in the month of September 2019. The phone was working good until yesterday when it started to freeze and restart frequently and it even bootloops sometimes when the Samsung logo appears. I use it for my school purposes and to attend online lectures. When we went to the Samsung service center near to us they said that the motherboard is damaged and it needs to be replaced which would cost around 7-8k INR. I searched on google about this problem and turns out that many other consumers are facing this problem too. On a comment thread of Samsung forums I saw that this was due to the security patch rolled out recently. I think it would be better to give everyone free repair for this problem and the inconvenience they are facing. A full refund can be a solution for this problem too if you are unable to fix it.

                Hello..sir ..I am your new subscriber my self mangilal .I purchased 43 inch samsung frame tv from samsung website..which was delivered to me on 14/9/21.. arround 11pm.. installation.engineer member came in evening..he didn't found "no gap wall mount"..in box..I called customer care ..they told me .. engineer carry wall mount ..they didn't provide in box..but engineer said they have only normal wall mount..they have no .."no gap wall mount"...

                Sir I purchased samsung frame for no gap wall mount.. which was not provided me .. from engineer /shopping site ..what will I do...I did complaint so many time ..also..not ready for return..they said box is opened...but box is opened by there installation engineer..
                Sir plz suggest ..what will I do

                  Purchased Samsung M31 from Amazon.in in the month of June, 2020 . It’s only 14 months o[censored]sage and the motherboard is completely corrupted. Now Samsung customer service team is asking for motherboard replacement and charging additional 10, 000/- INR .
                  Whole Samsung M31 series is having this issue and after that also Samsung is launching the product on market and making fool to the customers. Knowing existing issue Samsung should provide proper customer service without any applicable charges.
                  Requesting for better resolution and customer service from Samsung India.

                      Dear Team,

                      I bought a Samsung Refrigerator on 14th August-21, at the time of the Demo installation is on 17th Aug-21 it was found that the Samsung product delivered by Reliance is defective or damaged. When Engineer from Samsung visited on 23rd Aug-21 and has declared to the Samsung team that the product is defective due to the Compressor default found in a brand new Refrigerator.

                      Samsung Customer Care persons and Branch Manager Ms. Daaksh Sharma, continuously forcing us from last one week to take the voucher and is not ready to provide us with the Replacement or the refund. It has been a month now and till date No Replacement or Refund has been credited to my account.

                      We as a customer has requested multiple times that we are looking only for the replacement of the product till date no one is hearing us from last one month and people like Daakshi are harassing us badly by forcing us every day to get settled with the voucher which is of no use to us.

                      I would like to request Samsung and Reliance team to look into the matter, and resolve the issue by asking some sensible person to get into the matter and provide us the same model or the upgraded model at the earliest possible.

                      If you are also unable to solve the issue, I would like to claim the Amount of Rs. 35, 155 with the interest of 18% per annum for holding our money for more than a month along with the compensation for harassment by Ms. Daakshi Sharma.

                      It is better for both o[censored]s, to kindly provide us with the Replacement as the Engineer has detected product defective on 23rd Aug-21 and from last 20 days we are suffering because of the incompetency of Samsung Customer Care people like Ms. Daakshi who doesn't know the meaning of customer care and just know only how to harass the customer at maximum level.

                      Looking forward to solving the issue within a week by providing us a replacement for a new Refrigerator because it's the second time I am facing the issue of buying a Samsung refrigerator from the Reliance store. Otherwise, I would like to go ahead with the Consumer Court for the mental harassment, Money blocked and improper behavior done by your employees.

                      It is also requested to take strict action against her.

                        I Bought a samsung M30s on 2019 october. It doesn't complete even 2 years [ one year ten months]. I got Logo Hanging problem and it ends with Motherboard Issue when consulted with samsung authorised service centre (Bill No. [protected]) We are using more than 10 samsung products such as TV, computer, samung S21, samsung j7 max, samsung m30s, samsung m31, samsung m12, samung j7 prime, samsung duos, samsung tab... We buy only samsung product because of its goodwill. I felt much for motherboard issue from samsung side even before 2 years. I trusted this product but it has failed after only 10 months of completion of its warranty period. Then samsung product works only for its warranty period????. Then for every two years I need to replace motherboard of my mobile by paying 6000 rupees. This defects is only with samsung side. Thank you

                          Hi I am complaining regarding an issue I faced with my Samsung Galaxy A50s. The phone experience has been good so far but while trying to make a call it suddenly got restarted and the phone was stuck on the logo. When I got it checked by the service center I got to know the motherboard has gone bad. When I searched on google I see this is an issue that is being noticed to multiple devices. Since the issue is in the device I strongly insist that the company should fix this without charging me. I do not wish to pay a huge amount of of aproxx 10K for a fault in a device of no fault of mine.

                          This phone was purchase in Jan 2020 and if the motherboard stops in Sep 2021. I seriously have doubts on the quality of Samsung phones.

                              Purchased this television in February 2019 from Kohinoor electronics Mumbai. I had a problem with this in May 2020 which was resolved in June 2020 by HABY Engineering works Kanjurmarg Mumbai. My television stopped working again on 7 Sep 2021 on the 9th a junior technician called Sambhaji visited. He switched on the TV took pictures give an estimate of Rs.25, 000 stating that it is the display that has gone. I don’t understand how can somebody be so sure without opening the television taking it off the wall or any such thing. I am running pillar to post to figure if that is a the problem and if the estimate is genuine or i am being taken for a ride. Kohinoor has tried to arrange for a senior technician but no one has called or visited in the last 48 hours. The Samsung service centers i guess are outsourced and they are all racketeers.

                                I purchased M31 in May'21 and in Sep upon its first fall the screen broke. Display and other things are working fine. I had purchased the phone for its durability after watching reviews showing drop test and that this phone has Corning Gorilla Glass. Service Centre charging for Display which is working perfectly fine, they are also assuming to change the folder upon change of screen which again is a rare possibility, generally screens do get changed without change of folder.

                                First of all, how could the glass that passed the hammer test break and second why should I pay for display and folder when only the screen has broken. Please help and advise.

                                  Still my issue is not resolved yet. Can you explain how you will resolve this issue?

                                  I have been an existing customer for 7 year what best support you & your team will give me so this issue is resolved .

                                  Phone touch working fine now this spot showing so my humble request to change my screen with immediate effect bcoz this spot increases day by day & doesn't protect your service center which is in Greater Noida .

                                  If you do not resolve my issue then start posting negative comments in my circle as well as social media & you know the power of social media ( if i got lost some money then i also damage your company customer as well at least 50 customers will not buy samsung including me with immediate effect .

                                  Need solution not an excuse & hope you understand my concern & its just matter of retaining the customer & as you know i extended the warranty month Feb 21 because this phone is costly paid you already Rs. 4999 /- else kindly refund the amount & dont want continue with samsung .

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                    I bought Samsung refrigerator ( model no.SAMSUNG FF C 523L RY54K6558SL REAL SSL)on 12th August 2019.And exactly after 12 months of warranty, it stopped cooling in the month of June 2021.A complaint was lodged with the customer support, wherein the technician replaced a valve and filled gas, in the month of July.Hardly into 1 month of repair, it again stopped cooling.We lodged a complaint with the same service centre(RLogic Technology Services) who came in and again said the gas filling was required.However when the technician came, he identified that sensor and fan needs to be changed. The parts were ordered and replaced on 9th September 2021, however the problem still persists.There isn't any cooling.The fridge compartment shows 18-20° instead of 2-4°.
                                    The complaint was lodged again which is not taken care of.Have been calling the service centre since then n they all have vanished.They haven't showed up to repair the appliance.
                                    Hope this complaint will be redressed at the earliest.

                                      I had recently booked a complaint with Samsung customer care (From [protected]@gmail.com) that my fridge was not functioning. They appointed an engineer to look into the issue, he came and told that the inverter panel may have shorted so they need to change it, if the compressor is damaged then that also they need to change.

                                      I the fridge was bought by my father who died recently due to corona, we are unable to locate the bill and so is the concern from which it was bought, Bharat Electronics Appliance, Coimbatore.

                                      The Fridge is a 2014 make with a 10 year warrant on compressor. Since the invoice is unavailable they are saying that the warranty cannot be claimed. But even 10 years from date of Manufacture would be till 2024, so please help me get a warranty based service for the compressor should the need arise

                                      My father worked for a Private Bank and had to move places frequently.
                                      We just moved back to my home town after the death of my father, i seriously doubt if the bill is lost during all the hectic packing and moving of stuff. Please help me out in this dire situation, should the need arise to change the compressor.

                                      Bharat Electronics Appliances, Coimbatore is from where we bought the fridge. Thats how my mother remembers it atleast. I am not very sure of the dealer from whom it was purchased, but the purchase was done in the last 6 months of 2014 in Coimbatore that I can be sure of.

                                        I purchased Samsung Front load washing machine, model, with invoice with 3 years warranty. I have still more than an year until the warranty expires. The machine stopped working and I raised service request id on date at area pincode 411027. Serivce engineer named Sachin (with Mobile number - +91 [protected] ) came for servicing and he said that due to Rat bites on wires they can't cover under warranty. I asked him to show Rat bites on wires and he is not able to show single bite on wires.
                                        He said we will have to pay around 8000 for repairs.

                                        I called a local shop washing machine guy only to survey the washing machine. He confirmed that there are no rat bites.
                                        The Samsung service guy called up next day and asked for advance money. I told him that there are no Rat bites on wires. Then He tells me that he would do the servicing for free if
                                        I purchase additional 3 years warranty for another 5995 Rs. I have the recording of the calls and I can provide it if required. I have photographs of the inside Wires as well.

                                        When I denied additional warranty purchase, he went on to report for cancellation of the service request.

                                        This is unethical and unprofessional way of service centers to manage service requests. Looks like this is a pattern of service guys to mint money from customers. I see there are many such incidents happening with Samsung customers, when I search internet for similar cases.
                                        My Earlier LG washing machine worked for 10 years without a single problem. The samsung products are getting damaged just within an year.

                                        I expect Samsung to respect the warranty agreement and repair the Washing machine.

                                        The local service center did not pay any attention and they asked money for repair even with Warranty. I went to the samsung website and escalated the complaint to the APAC Support head and they took it up to make sure that the repair is done within warranty. The local support centers are outsourced to repair companies and they create issues. The Samsung support team managed it very well to resolve the issue.
                                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
