Hi team,

This is lokeshreddy koyya bought a new mobile on launch day its your stupid brand galaxy s20, i got the heating issue and battery drain issue on the day 1 itself, when i complaint the same to cimustomer service center in ameerpet, samsung service center as per the guidelines until mobile touches 48 degrees temp they won't consider it as an issue. Guys seriously don't think like a stupid, i used a mobile m30 earlier for which i didn't faced any heat issue but how come s20 a premium mobile having this issue when the usage is same.

And any person cannot hold a gadget of 40 degrees mind it.. Especially when it is like mobile.

Man seriously when i keep mobile jn my jean pocket i can able to feel the heat

What the stupid logic of 48 degrees for a premium mobile. I can't trust ur logs also and in person when i touch the mobile i can feel the heat. I need a replacement for this or solution i can't wai long time as i want to use my mobile.. Spending 67k on a mobile and roaming around service centre's what the stupid thing it is.

Its been 4 days am roaming around you samsung care service center still they are telling there is no heat. Am i looking like afool to leave all my work aside and roaming behind you people.
When i spoke to the agent after one day of observation they found there is no issue, i[censored] testing adevice in a a. C zone how it would heat up, in a day to day usage am feeling it hot really hot. Seriously i am getting vexed thinking that why i bought a premium mobile.

If issue is not resolved i am gonna do a legal proceedings on it.

    Sir/madam,

    I have purchased a samsung galaxy m31: 128gb, from amazon india @15999/-, received on 12 march thursday: battery drains out from 100% to 19% within 12 hours at screen off mode... No sim, no sd card inserted till date, updated over wi-fi for system update and app update. Advised by samsung chat exec m'm pooja to recharge battery at shutdown mode after full battery drainage gor 150 mins... No use... Also advised by same exec to put in a factory reset... Still no use... Unbelievable battery drain out and alarming heat... Even the cardboard box remains hot... Just kept that junk shut inside its box or sarcophagus...

    Have been using xiaomi since 2013... Never faced this sort of helpless situation... First time samsung purchase... Disgusted already... Have an idea to go to consumer court... Regretting for allowing samsung to disturb my peace of mind...

    I voight samsung washing machine in jan 2019. Now its nt working. Please advise how can i get it serviced and put back into working condition

      My phone's display got broken in the month of may 2019. I had no other option but to repair my note 10 so i repaired it in janakpuri west service center. Now after almost 10 months i had to wash my phone with little bit of water because of spreading of the coronavirus. Somehow water leaked into the phone and my phone's display got damaged. It was the first instance when i used water on my samsung phone after the repair. The store is not helping at all i request samsung india to help in this case as the samsung claims that the phone is water resistant.

        Samsung warranty is fraud and on call customer support is pure cheating
        Samsung india customer care servicers behave very rudely to their customers. Galaxy a20 is a cheap quality phone with a built in manufacturing defect. After software update, phone shows false overheat alarms and goes poweroff. This happens simultaneously. I faced the problem multiple times within my first one year warranty period. But sam sung india wont provide warranty for this defect. I went to kerala, kochi, palrivattom samsung customer care. They checked and told as if its a hardware issue. And charged me for 2000 rs/- for repairing. I questioned about warranty. Then they gave a job sheet number and told to call their all india toll free customer care number.

        Toll free number remains unattended all the time. I tried with multiple numbers seen in the internet and all numbers are fake. Only way to contact them is through their website chatbot in samsung india site. Its computerized and it takes nearly 1 hour to get a huma on the other side of this chat bot.

        In chat, that executive tried to convince me liket its hardware error only. As they wont provide any warranty, to any of their devices.

        I told like i will file a case against this type false answers without understanding customer complaints.

        Then one executive from the technical department arranged a call with me to talk over phone. He verified my complaints and told as his supervisor will contact me for this issue. I gave that job sheet number which i got from my customer service center in kochi. He checked the same and commented as since no external physical damage to phone, i wil get the my warranty service for that defect.

        His supervisor called me after some time. This guy at first enquired my job sheet number as my former number i already given is wrong. He said so. There is no such job sheet number he could find. So i need to submit to one customer care and get new jobsheet number.

        I told him, as i already have and your executive already checked the details.
        I then explained my case of false overheat alarms after latest software download.

        Then he said like, the phone is having hardware issues. It might be dipped in water. Sub board and disply flap might be damaged. Then, i questioned, how come he knew these details if my job sheet number is wrong?

        He argued me like there is no such software update causing samsung hardware.

        I already searched in the internet and find many cases of samsung galaxy a20 overheat issues. He played like a type off manager, and wants to convince me that its just a hardware issue, and he cannot provide warranty.

        And said a complete no rejecting all my enquiries about warranty.

        So my dear viewers, never ever trust samsung warranty.
        They are pakka business minded guys. Never value a customer.

        Please buy mi or any other handsets.
        Never please dont buy samsung galaxy sets.
        Your days will be ruined and all your money will be wasted and as a customer, you will get extremely poor service with high amount of insult.

        Thanks for this message.
        Last one week i was frustrated by your cheating process.
        Now i decided to pay the amount what ever they are fining for replacement.
        I went there Kerala, Kochi, Palarivattom customer care and agreed to pay 1500 Rs/-.
        Already paid 500.
        My warranty period is upto 14th April 2020.
        But i got no warranty and you people not even listened to my complaint.
        May your Fraud Warranty promise prosper as such.
        Same issue i faced for my Samsung A50s phone which i bought just a month back. Screen is stopped working and they are saying its is because of some external force which never happend and not ready to cover under warranty.

            Respected sir/madam,

            I am writing this mail to let the concerned person/persons know the very poor technical support received by me regarding my samsung tv model number ua40h5203akxke.
            It was the company personnel who ordered the spare part and not me. Within 21 days of replacement of mother board, the tv again had problems. I lodged a complaint on 18.02.2020 with request no.[protected] and the service person came and checked and found the same issue and said the replacement will be done free of cost as it is with in 90 days of replacement and on 26.02.2020 the service engineer came and fixed the mother board and said it was chargable. (After fixing) and he even asked his higher authority to get approval for the same (Removed the mother board and took it back) and said it would be done within 48 hours, but till date no response from anybody from the customer service.

            When the tv is not from india, i want to know what mother board was replaced? Was it indian samsung or some local brand?

            I was never told that the spare part did not carry any warranty or guarantee. Due to the irresponsibility of the concerned technical support personnel who took my complaint, i am at a loss of rs. 7066/-. Had he had informed me that this product will not be under warranty or guarantee, i would not have wasted my money and time waiting for your service man to come and get things rectified.

            It would be of great help if samsung trains their customer support executives about their products which will be under warranty or guarantee. Samsung tv may be the best in the field of television, but your customer support care is the worst. They lack knowledge of the required products. I am totally very very dissatisfied with your customer care support.

            The concerned persons whom i spoke to are mr. Syed (Team leader - as he says) and mr. Jagadish (Supervisor)

              The complaint redressal authority,
              Samsung india.

              I write this mail to highlight the unprofessionalism inefficiency, laidback attitute of the service centre staff deputed at samsung service centre, kantatoli, ranchi.

              This incident is dated 7th march 2020.

              I happened to visit the samsung service centre at 2 : 10 pm and did not find anybody in the office (Customer area), however people were sitting inside the service centre staff room but no body bothered to come out and inform that they will be attending the customers in a while.
              I came to know from the nearby shops that it was their lunch time 2 :00 pm to 3 :00 pm... So i decides to wait till 3 : 00 pm as it was my mistake that i came during their lunch hour.

              At 3: 17 pm, a service centre guy comes out of the staff room to attend the customers... There was already a customer waiting before me so i started waiting for my turn.

              Other service centre satff were still chit chatting inside the staff room... However when i enquired for any other staff member to attend to my issue, i was told that the others are on leave...

              I waited till 4:30pm for my turn. My phone software was getting handged. The service centre staff said, i first need to get my data transferred to some other phone only they they would format the system.

              If i could access my phone i would have transferred it in the first instance and then only would have brought it... Nevertheless i asked the service guy to format it but atleast ensure that the contact numbers are entact.

              The guy took my phone inside the staff room, came back in 10 minutes and said that he cannot save the contact numbers as well and that too will get deleted on formatting.

              I came back home... Went through some resolutions mentioned on google and managed to format the phone while keeping the entire phone memory entact..

              Does this imply that the service centre is full of incapable staff or samsung has employed people who do not wish to work at all due to lack of monitoring!!!

              I guess due to lack of accountability and absence of any manager in the service centre... The staff have become reluctant in their approach... They know that just by marking their daily attendence, their salary will be paid... Working is not important in this service centre!

              I leave it to the management to decide if they can manage their reputation with such incapable staff of the service centre.

                I bought a phone samsung a80
                Mobile phone details:

                4-1-2020 saturday bought samsung's mobile, the same problem occurred in the camera.
                And when i brought the mobile home, the camera pixel is not giving at all in low light and if the object moves even a little, then the whole photo gets spoiled. A strange kind of photo is coming in it.
                The next day 5-1-2020 it was sunday, then samsung's service center was closed due to this problem, samsung service center could not go.

                6-1-2020 when monday we went to the service center on the his engineers rahul and pinku told us that your phone has problems. But we will cross-check your phone for confirmation tomorrow. Pinku told us that there is a problem in your mobile camera and after confirming, we will tell you again and today we are not even madam. Doa is also made within 15 days through the policy and repairing is also what would you like to do?

                7-1-2020 we went to the service center the next day, pinku cross-checked our mobile samsung a80 and other mobile samsung a80, then the problem came out in our mobile camera. Pinku said what do you want? Doa policy and repair, then we said we do not want to get the repair we need a doa policy. So he said that today our madam is absent if we can't make doa please you come tomorrow.

                8-1-2020 again we went to the service center the next day, we said make doa of this mobile, then they said that our madam has not come today. If you want to become your doa in emergency soon, then you can go to another service center. So sir i said no i will not go to any other service center because this is also a samsung service center, i will wait.

                9-1-2020 so i do not go the service center

                [protected] so i go to the service center then rahul said that your doa can't make it because our madam is not here, please go to another service center. I refuse them or not? I will not go anywhere because this is also a samsung service center but i had to go to another service center under compulsion.

                [protected] so i go to another service center."shiv kamla enterprises gubbara phatak gwalior mp." so i told them the whole matter so he got furious and said that no we will not make doa why did he give us the case is he not a service center. Of samsung. And he was complained in the head office of vimal enterprises without asking me and did not listen to any of my problems and he attached my phone to the computer and gave a technical report and the low light problem on my phone's camera was unheard me
                Then we come back to vimal enterprises first service center but we were told there that now we cannot make your doa because when you come from the service center, they complained to us that their mobile is technically correct. If we say it wrong now then we can also report that when wrong
                Whether the camera has a problem or not, i will attach a recording below in which rahul ji has talked to customer care. It has been clearly stated. When rahul ji checks the camera technically, the camera is right. But clicking on the picture low light is making a very blurry. And he says you come tomorrow our madam will talk you

He called me in the room alone and madhavi ji made me sit in his room and called my husband in that room, a friend along with her husband, also came in that room and madhavi ji made me talk to both of them. I said that both of them have nothing to do with this samsung company. I do not want to talk to them. Our plea went ahead and they also threatened to call me police. And made dirty dirty allegations against me. I told him that i love you and now sir, you can understand and sir, he has started threatening me with the police. I have a recording of these, i will send you that recording. You can ask for cctv footage from 4:30 pm to[protected]. Time.
                After this my complaint was transferred to your ho to ravindra ji. And ravindra ji said to me, i will proceed further on this case and ravindra ji asked samsung service center to click and send some pictures of this mobile. And those people who clicked my picture, clicked in the daylight and sent it to ravindra ji, while my problem was that the photo is coming out very bad in the dark but they sent the daylight photo. Ravindra ji told me that your camera is perfect. But i told ravindra ji that this camera is not taking the right photo in the dark and the photo that those people sent you is of the day and then ravindra ji again asked me to go to the service center. And i went to the service center the next day, i told rahul bhaiya that you clicked the photo in my low light and send the photo with your hands to ravindra ji. So the photo they have taken of me will attach you in the photo below in low light but i do not know whether they have sent me this photo or not, i refuse to tell you clearly. And then ravindra ji asked me to go to the third service center and i also went to the third service center. I told those people to take a picture from this mobile with their hands and send it to ravindra ji and the pictures he took with his hands i have that photo with me and they say that we have sent it to ravindra ji, but i ask, tell me, mail me ravindra ji, i also speak mr. If the photo that he has sent to you is also on me, you please mail me, ravindra ji refuses to mail and i ask the service center to tell me what photos you have sent, then the service center also refuse to tellservice center people speak, we have sent the report from here ravindra ji says, i cannot tell you the report that our internal process happens. It is my right to know from such customer that what report has been sent on my mobile phone, he clearly refuses to tell. I have their call recording till video recording, i will attach you below. And ravindra ji says that your mobile is perfect. Then i felt that the samsung company were cheating on me. Frauding with me. Because these people have slowly done what my doa within 14 days, that time is removed. Because i can not do anything now, they are ignoring my complaint. But i did not get justice, that's why i filed a complaint against the samsung company in the consumer forum and i will attach you below in the complaint number and other details.

                  My Phone not display not working. I visited to store. they were not accepting under warranty.
                  Please guide me need the display under warranty. Store guys took pics full focused light and
                  they telling small scratches also. Please take my mobile and check. out side no damage is there.

                  once you will reach store everything they will explain but all are not covered. why should we will use this Samsung product.

                    My Phone not display not working. I visited to store. they were not accepting under warranty.
                    Please guide me need the display under warranty. Store guys took pics full focused light and
                    they telling small scratches also. Please take my mobile and check. out side no damage is there.

                    Store Guys explaining About Damages.
                    1) Physical damage
                    2) Broken
                    3) Internal Damages

                    3) Internal damage happens while keeping charge. so that why you guys making that low quality mobiles.
                    if big scratches & damage would be there I will agree.

                    in warranty physical damage not covered in warranty but. how would we consider internal damage
                    should be physical damage. store guys and customer care guys telling damage is damage.
                    if damage is damage why you should mentioned in terms and conditions physical damage not covered in warranty.
                    should mentioned all terms and conditions properly. Store guys working only for money not for customer support.
                    please try to understand my problem do need full.

                    I am the person below poverty line i don't have much money to replace display with 4500/-.
                    please guys consider this is high priority and do this is need full.

                    We purchased mobile in Amazon portal. They didn't mentioned which ever.

                    once you will reach store everything they will explain but all are not covered. why should we will use this Samsung product.

                    Guys B care full about Samsung all products.

                    Simply they tell as per terms and conditions warrant not covered. Their motto should be collet the money from costumers.

                      I had my problem in my refrigerator so i called engineer from samsung . Engineer said that a there is a problem in a part and it will cost 5000 rupees I agreed to pay and I had paid but after 5 days the problem begin again than i called engineer again but than he said that we had to take ur refrigerator at our service station to check it I said him that i had already paid 5000 ruppes and if we take it to your station it will cost freight 1500 ruppes than i called local engineer from my town he checked it and he said that a part that was changed by samsung engineer was not to be changed because the old part that was changed by Samusng engineer was ok and there was some other problem. I had a part that was changed by ur engineer at my home so I request u to take ur part and refund my money otherwise I will file a case against u for misguiding ur customer.                           I have purchased a samsung a70 mobile in month of aug-2019 during auto upgradation of software the mobile was completely crash totally technical issue (Not even single scratches on mobile no physical damage) in moth of jan-2020, so approached samsung service centre (Care point) jayanagar 3rd block bengaluru after the inspection found that the mother board to be replaced, since its under warranty period the exchanged and given no idea it replaced with new board are used one. Before the delivery had a discussion with the unit manager mr. Sunil about the issue and requested to extend the warranty or replace for a new mobile since its under warranty after the conversation, sunil the manager suggested to use the mobile for couple of days asking for feedback meanwhile he approach their superior about it and it will be keep posted to me, during delivery of the phone found scratches on the back panel i have shown the same they were just ignored no reaction at all & so careless people in service centre. As sunil suggested i have done same way followed as he suggested after using the mobile within 3 days found many problem in the set (Apps will disappear, calls were disconnecting, set is hanging. During service and after the service i have to follow up sms to sunil and their colleagues for each and everything no one bothered to check and to take feedback, many follow ups calls from my end to service centre finally had an heat argument with sunil finally agreed to handover the set to service centre to verify. Kept the handset for 4 days at service centre then i started calling samsung customer care waiting for 45 minutes whenever i call the calls will keep transferring, waiting time was 45 to 50 minutes for my query no proper positive answer from the representatives get an answer there is no such policy for replacement of handset or extending the warranty once the gadget is sold will provide the service as per the warranty once period is over paid service will be initiated. Then requested want to speak to their superior after multiple request finally had to speak sr. Supervisor had an argument about it and it was told complaint will be logged in consumer court then statement was changed warranty will be extended for 2 years etc... Again had to request for replacement explaining the problem within the warranty so much problem in mobile they are just trying to escape not finding the solution for my problem even send an e-mail no proper response. After the purchasing mobile second service within a six month no body willing to take responsibility from service centre or samsung customer care all are just escaping from the situation.

                          Request to please look into my problem as i have paid so much money for the mobile it cost to me...…. Paid through monthly emi.

                          Looking for a solution of mobile within 5 months mother board has been replaced twice service was done after servicing the mobile performance is not up to the mark I have requested to Samsung customer care as well service centre to requested replace the device they happily ignored and throwing ball one to another.

                            Hello, i have a Samsung refrigerator which was purchased in year 2013 and had a 10 year compressor warranty.. now it is not cooling anymore and service engineer says it needs to be changed but it has been 7years and i have misplaced the copy of the bill and now they are refusing to replace it saying i need the bill copy. Customer care is also not able it provide soft copy of the bill.. been talking endlessly to rude and manner less service center people saying we can't help you...

                              Regarding your samsung ac-[protected]

                              My samsung air conditioner auto turned off. So i've complained to the samsung customer support and the customer support forward to the local service center (Vellore). The technician from the local vellore came to my place and unable to identify the issue and he said he will forward the issue to the senior team. However, he updated the status as an issue resolved. However, no septs had taken. I've made another complaint and the same happened again. The advice me to change the wiring and the ac stabilizer, i've done that but still, i'm facing the same problem. The technicians are unhelpful. I've contacted the samsung customer support for more than 20 times, my issue not yet resolved its been more than 18 months.

                              Kindly provide better training to your technicians and please resolve my issue. If possible kindly change the entire team and appoint some new people so that we can try at least they are able to identify the issue.

                                Im very disappointed from samsung sarvice. I purchased samsung 4k led (Model code - ua49mu6470). It don't support 2k dvr video. I connected dvr with hdmi but it did not support. It support only hd video. Two member of samsung company came and check it but they have no solution. We are very disappointed.                                   I have purchased samsung salaxy m30 mobile phone on 1/1/2020, from puspak electronics korba chattisgarh india. Its charging port got damaged on 28/1/2020, just within 28 days my phone stoped charging, because its charging port was damaged which i have got repaired from samsung care. But now it had started getting heat up and also its battery backup got decreased and fast charging is also not getting done. So plz replace my phone as soon as possible because its not even 2 monts happend i got have purchased your company's phone otherwise i will complain in consumer forem.

                                    I have purchased air conditioner unit from samsung india ltd in 17/03/2013 - 2 tonnes for domestic use. I have been facing problems with the air conditioner since the day of installation and from time to time i have informed samsung and their service technician attended the problem and i observed the problems are not rectified from the grass root level. Samsung india was able to drag the problem till the warranty and after warranty all major parts were replaced and charged me for each component
                                    1. Refergerant gas - rs.1600 * 2
                                    2. Cooling fins - rs.4400
                                    3. Compressor - rs.5500

                                    Incurred rs.13100 paid by me for all parts replacement and everytime they cite warranty period is over. Now i would like my complete replacement of the airconditioner - new one or repay the amount paid for all component changes.

                                    Details are given below:-

                                    With regard to the service complaint made for air conditioner unit ar24fc2tavr and the details are listed below:-

                                    On 11/02/2020 service techinican cam and informed me there is problem with the compressor and it has to be replaced.

                                    Others complaints made since the date of purchase

                                    12/10/2013. - its complaint on non performance - attended. On 13/10/2013 and immediately send mail performance not good to reattend. Some cleaning and filters washed. Performance not satisfactory.

                                    24/02/2014- complaints on non performance lodged and refrigerant gas recharged and for some time performance ok and problems reoccur.

                                    26/04/2016 - complaints on non-performance lodged and technicians made visit ad performance not satisfactory and yr people not commented.

                                    01/05/2016 - complaints made and service person made visits during my absence and hence not attended.

                                    01/04/2019- repeated complaints on non performance made and yr office said the fins to be replaced and cost is rs.4800 and labour charges waived off.

                                    I have not used the air conditioner after your replacement other than demonstration. During feb 2020 i have switched on the ac and some blast sound came from the airconditioner and i have requested my electrician to look in to the all power lines leading to the room and no abnormalities found.

                                    On 08/02/2020 your technician came and attended and said capacitor has gone bad and will replace the capacitor and check again

                                    On 11/02/2020 they changed the capacitor and then checked and informed me there is the problem with the compressor.

                                    As compressor being the major part of the air conditioner which i felt there is the problem since installation which has been repeatedly informed which completely affects the performance. During the last 6 years from billing hardly it has been used for cumulative 100 hours and from the installation compressor has been the issue.
                                    Your technician only dragged on till the warranty thus by ensuring the denial of replacement indirectly.

                                    My humble submission and plea sir please make the unit workable to the satisfaction and this deserves replacement with the new one as significant defects notified since installation.

                                      We purchased the product in the month of 29/05/2013 with the warranty period of one year but the warranty of compressor was of 10 years. We already have tried repairing the defect of compressor around six times but all in vain and samsung customer service is not co-operating. Therefore, we need to have the paid amount back including all the expenses which we have paid in the reparation of this product.

                                        I own Samsung N750 phone. I purchased it in 2015. The phone has now become quite slow now. When i click dial button it thinks a lot and takes time to load. This is cheap dirty trick followed by Samsung for purposely slowing down old phones in the hope customers will buy their new phones, copying the similar trick done by Apple earlier. We need full speed back on all old phones or we will go even to supreme court.
