I bought samsung refrigerator on 2nd jan 2017. On 20th of jan it broke down. After calling the service center, we arranged to meet the executive provided by them. He told that it has been damaged due to wires clashes as it has been cut by a rat. Now we again connected to the service center and they asked for the invoice which has been misplaced by us. Now they are saying that nothing can be done by us. So we have visited the showroom also from where we have bought it, but reaching there we found that the showroom has been permanently closed. So clearly this is a fraud to us. Now you provide us another refrigerator or compensate this damage otherwise we have to legally progress afterwards. We will be highly obliged if something can be done regarding this damage.

    Samsung Galaxy A70s / Intermittent problems :
    1. of not comnnecting and not receiving calls.

    2. of not all SMS being received.

    3. of some SMS being received only if you restart phone multiple times for multiple SMS.

    Your service centre says there is no problem with the device and suggested I check with service provider Vodafone.

    I went to Vodafone, got my sim card changed, but problem persists.

    Kindly direct one of your service centres in my PIN 400053 to take this matter seriously and resolve the problems ASAP.

      I have samsung phone with bill and under warranty the phone was purchased by cousin he used and in between hi friend also then i took the phone from him fter 6 months there was heating up and battery drain problem woth the handset, i went to customer care as my phone was under warranty, so instead of straight giving warranty on the phone they started asking me to get photo ids of the person who name the phone was . When i got the id of that my cousin, customer care started asking for the id of his friend who used the phone...what kind of harrowing customer care is this...ORIGINAL BILL HAS NO VALUE NOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY...WHAT A FAKE COMPANY IS THIS.

          1. 2nd Jan 2020 I raised a complaint to samsung customer service center on toll free number.
          2. Executive visited on 3rd Jan and provided inspection regarding two parts as faulty which is causing issue and told that it will take 5 days time to get them from warehourse, we provided confirmation.
          3. 9th Jan part has been replaced and engineer asked to keep refreegerator off for 1 days which seems to be very wiered to me that time also, he charged 1703 that include service charge + cost of two parts.
          4. Later without getting our consent engineer closed the serivce call.
          5. Till 12th Jan Sunday, issue not resolved, we call back to customer serice again regarding the same issue on 13th Jan, they informed us that initial serive request has been closed now new will open and engineer will visit again by eod of 13th maximum by 8:00 PM.
          6. We waited till 8 PM but no one turned in, on 14th we call again regarding the same issue, now customer service executive informed us, one part is pending & we are waiting for part to come by 20th, so service & repair will be done by 20th only not before.
          7. Our concern was without on 13th Jan to 14th Jan, no one visited to see the issue what we reported after replacing the parts, how some one can order other part without visiting & inspecting the issue.
          8. Customer service center executive was not in position that what was the part ordered or pending to come?
          9. Till 15th evening when no one turned in to look for issue, we raised a complaint to service head India informing the entire situation.
          10. 16th Jan we got a call from service head assigned executive saying that they have investigated the issues and confirmed one PCB was pending in order which will be delivered & repaired by 20th Jan.
          11. We raised concern that no one taken consent from us regarding the PCB then how could you order it without visiting or inspecting it.
          12. On 17th Jan, service head executive called us & appologies for all the issues and said we are looking into it and get back to you with best possible solution.
          13. on 19th Jan, we received call again from service head india office, they informed us that one product specification engineer along with assistant will visit my home to inspect the current situation. I asked them to give me in writing who gonna visit along with their emp ID.
          14. On 20th Jan, I got a call from them saying that in our locality (Indore), product specification engineer is not available so we will be sending engineer from local customer service center to inspect the issue.
          15. on 21st Jan, engineer visited and found that parts which was replaced originally is not there, only one part out of two part found in refrigerator while we were billed for 2 parts.
          16. Overall I could say - Samsung customer service third party authorized vendor are not reliable, they dont update the system correctly, they charge additional, they replace the part which is not required, after doing the service they close the call without taking customer consent, once payment done & close the call still they do not listen the issue of customer for which they already charged, ... I am very frustrated, disappointing, fraud experience with Samsung authorized service center of Indore. This might lead to not going with Samsung product altogether or not going with Samsung service any more.

              Hi i have purchased samsung note 9 in samsung store in vijayawada on 10/2018. I bought this because it is water proof and dust resistance. On[protected] while i'm washing my face mobile felt in the bucket suddenly. I immediately recognized the bubbles coming from mobile. I removed mobile immediately and cleaned it with soft cloth and i noticed that my mobile was in dead condition. So immediately i called customer care of samsung and they told troubleshooting steps but still my mobile is in same condition so they suggested to take my mobile to service center. But due to pongal holidays the service center is closed. So next day i went to service center and submitted the mobile in service center vijayawada patamata. Now they are saying that it is not water proof mobile?. I purchased this mobile because
              I am a fan of samsung brand and that too it is an ip68 rating mobile. I don't know why the water went in side of my mobile. So plz do the need full for me.

                Hi,
                I bought samsung m30s on october 2019 and within 2 months, my phone's left touch isn't working. The phone is under warranty period. I went to the service centre, they didn't said anything exactly what's wrong with the phone. They kept the phone with them for repairing and now it's more than a week i haven't got my phone back. All they have to say is parts are being delayed.

                  It has been 2 months since i have started using my phone. The phones sensor doesn't work at all. Very problematic during phone calls. The camera has already started to detoriate along with the battery. The battery is # even for a phone with 3500 mah of it. It has started to hang without me using it much, the fingerprint sensor has stopped working properly. There is also some problem with the calling properties if the phone as usually i can't hear the person who has called me, i have to call him again, this problem did not exist in my previous phone with the same sim card...

                    Sir iam truly fond of samsung by last 10 years at first i have galaxy star then j5 prime and now galaxy note4 which i bought at 37000 after 2 years one day my phone was switchoff and it was never opened when i go to two different service center they told that it is software issu but no one can repair it sir if you want to with your most important customer who never go to another company please help

                              I had bought s9 samsung in may 2018.
                              Now after software update i am getting issue of screen flicking.
                              I had shown it in service centre but as per the engineerthe display needs to be replaced, which will cost rs 16000. I am not able to understand when this is a issue with software then y samsung wants to earn by selling screen replacement. This is totally a fraud. There is no damage to the phone and it is in perfect condition. I had bought this phone overlooking apple but now think i made a heavy mistake. Please resolve this issue

                              Latest software update also does not fix the issues and even both front and rear camera also has a big issues in pixels.Aftet taking pictures it look like a painting image.
                              No clarity in the images.

                                  My Refrigerator, model No.RS20NRPS5 Was working properly and suddenly has stopped working I have complained about the inconveniance and they have checked my refrigerator several times but the problem still exists. The service men have been operating on it since December, 2014 but i have been experiencing the same problem since then. My refrigerator just stop working suddenly at any time and all the edibles in the refrigerator get wasted. I am just fed of calling the servicemen. I want the company respond as quickly as possible

                                    Hi all, this is my bad experience with samsung tv. I bought led tv 43" inch in 2018 sep month and within one year i got rbg color on the screen which was rectified by their customer representative. Again in jan 2020 another issue came up (Power board failure) and they told me that i need to replace which cost me 4300/-. For your update, within 1.5 years i got two complaints on the product and customer care doesn't seem to be helpful. Their careless answer shows the value they pay to customer. Please think twice before buying samsung product. I paid close to 50k for this product and i am a victim of their poor quality tv manufacturing.

                                      I hv purchased one s3gear wrist watch on last october. I also used it occasionally specially functions thats means i hv used it for very few days.. Recently i found a spot on one corner of dial which never visible if it has black dial in background. Recently i tried to change it to customize wallpaper but regularly it is showing unknown error at that time i got to know about the spot. When i raised the defect at customer care who have no experience on watch related issue they told that as for our technical team that spot is for external issue it is not cover under warranty. I hv astonished without missed used by me and anyone howcome they sure about the defect? As i did not verify the watch at the very mument i had purchased. I thought that the spot is may be a style. When i compare the watch with my friend then i got know abot the defect. Also the customize option is also not working since first day... Please help as i am a innocent customer who is a strong believer on samsung brand otherwise i hv lost my faith on this for ever. I think u all got my point if within warranty period i am suffering then what about other buyers.
                                      Iwant my watch either repire or replace. And all software problem also need to be cured.

                                        I am a premium samsung customer using nearly all the note series (Except note 7 for reason every one knows)... I have purchased a note 10 plus on 23 of august 2019 and faced issue on 28th of august 2019. Now my phone got a little drenched in rain and suddenly stopped working. On going to the service center they are saying the the phone is water logged.. But the usp of the device is the ip68 rating which is water resistance... And the quote of repair given to me is rs 43500. Which half the rate of the phone.
