This pushpesh malviya i have purchased a samsung galaxy a50 and after purchased that phone within a 15 days i realized that there is some problem in the front camera and i have visited to your samsung service center (Shukla mobile service itarsi near convent school, inds school road, hoshangabad, itarsi, madhya pradesh 461111) on 26 may 2019, and inform about my phones problem and i have met with mr. Veenit shukla they i have taken my phone and update the software without provide any job sheet and told me that the problem is resolved i was okay but actually the problem was not resolved because it wasn't a problem in software the is in the camera, then again i have visislted to the same service center, then they told me they found the problem in camera but the camera is not in the stock and they will bring the camera within 3 working days but now its almost 25 days gone and whenever i called him to visit to that store they are just repeating the same sentence in a very rood way that they know my phones camera is defulty but they will bring the camera but i am not okay with this sentence just because i have paid full amount to samsung then why i am facing this issue and why i have to wait for that long time, i am so frustrated with that all and if this issue will not resolved within sort time make sure i will go to the consumer court and file the case against samsung and that service center, one more thing if the camera is not available in stock then why your team is not replacing the phone itself as the phone is brand new and as its a manufacturing defect. I don't have any problem to replace the camera but whatever you do please do as soon as possible.

I had purchased a monitor model code : LS19F350HNWXXL .it is under warranty period.Unfortunetly I lost / misplaced warranty card and bill. seller didnot support me to regerate duplicate bill as aresult i am not getting warranty service of company.Monitor has power related problem.please help me.custemer care also has no response.

    I had purchased a sbs 700litres from reliance digital phoenix velachery. I have been having issues in my billing, and hdfc ppl. After a week my fridge was delivered and a reliance engineer vignesh was sent for demo and installation. He just opened the box and left the place taking 2000 from me. On the very same day i had lodged a complaint with samsung. And reliance store too. I found droplets of water formed around the vent and vegetables were getting stale and rotten. Again i made complaints regarding this issue and demo too. After couple of calls reliance ppl dropped in on sunday 28july. They came for a demo and said internal issues with fridge only samsung engineer has to deal and open. A new born, but full of defects and malfunctioning. It's horrible and frustrating experience. Y should i put up with a faulty new fridge. It's been a mental strain and so far no one has called nor turned up..

      Dear sir,

      This is to inform you that i had purchased the m20 online in the month of february, 2019 since then i am facing the issue of network in the both the sim slots.

      In this regards i had a registered so many complaints about this. As per them they had suggested to visit any service centre in this regards. Then i had visited your punjabi bagh service centre but not solution is given to me and no job sheet was generated. Today i had visited your multan nagar service centre but still i am facing same issue they i had call the multan nagar service centre no. They told me again visit our service centre or visit ashok vihar service. It is not possible me to visit again and again from one service cente to another

      I have visited the 3 service centre in this regards.

      I have submitted the handset to the ashok vihar service centre and they have already change the mother board but still facing the same issue.

      Kindly look into this matter and request you replace the mobile asap.

      This is to inform you that I am still facing the issue with handset.

      I am facing issue in regards to the network and software issue.

      I am not satisfied by the responses provided by the Customer Care.

      In despite of sending so many email regards to the issue which I am facing with Samsung M20 handset I have not received the proper response in this regards.

      I am not satisfied with the services provided by the customer care and service centre.

      Kindly take the appropriate action against the Samsung India.

        I had purchased a refrigerator sbs 700litres from reliance digital phoenix from day one from billing with reliance and processing with hdfc i have been having issues. No invoice nor hard-copy of bill was given to me till date i don't have. Vignesh from reliance digital their so called experienced engineer was sent for demo and installation. He just opened the box and took 2000from me for thevstand and left i had lodged a complaint with samsung customercare and reliance office too on same day. It was to deaf ears. He had switched on the fridge before leaving. The next day i had noticed ced droplets of water around the vent and vegetables were getting stale and rotten i had made a couple of calls to samsung customer care and reliance office too. It was a very bad experience to an engineer home. Aftef my repeated calls i was put thru for a reliance engineer for a demo on sunday. He had informed me it's an internslissue, the samsung has to deal. It's frustrating to know from day one it has been a problem for which i had complained many a times to samsung customercare. Y should i put up with a fridge which has issues from day one... My experience has been horrible and frustrating... Regards meenal narayan

        Sir,
        Ur engineers have told they will contact Samsung customer care and put a word. So far no one has called nor turned up. The after service in reliance is of no value, u value ur clients only till u could sell the product. I had been in touch with the higher authorities of the store too. It's just a Merry go around between two concerns with us don't know wen we would get hurt . Or is this a new tactic of selling extended warranty sir ?

            I am having pink line on my galaxy s7 edge display. Since 2 month after an update and i thought its a software issue anc can be solved in next bug update but unforunately i didntnot contact the service centre and now when i contacted the service centre my cell was out of warrenty and they asked for charge as the screen has to be replaced.
            And then i came to now from them that every day we are replacing the screen for the same problem.. Its a manufacturing defect
            And i contact samung via chat they too are not ready to provide any solution
            Samsung has apparently confessed about knowing this issue exists on various s7 edge.

            Now they are refusing to repair the smartphone. If this would have been issue with only my s7 edge i wouldn't complain, but as the issue is existing in a very high percentage of same smartphone across the world it can be easily recognised as a sale of defective goods with inferior quality.
            1st note 7 blast case now s7 edge its worst from samung.., you can even check in olx or all sites that everyone is selling their s7 edge because of this problem.

              I buyed a washing machine of samsung on sunday 21/07/2019 and machine delivered on tuesday 23/07/2019 and today onwards machine was unboxed by their employee and i found that there was a major dent on front of the machine. I called to the dealer but he refuse my statement that we will not replace this machine and i also talked to head office. I spent a huge amount but he decline it. So i want to file a compaint against dealer and replace this machine as soon as possible.

                  I got call from girl number - [protected].. True caller showing name as priya sharma delhi.
                  She mentioned that im lucky user in top 15 list which they have. She is offering samsung galaxy m20 in discounted price of 3000k.

                  I just need to share my contact detail and address and payment will be cod.

                  When i started cross questioning, she got angry and started talking rudely. And after minute she herself disconnected the call. Luckily she is not able to trapped me :)

                  So just want to request you to have some control if possible, and as people were using company name and making fraud calls. Some innocent/uneducated people may got trapped in such calls.

                      I had purchased a samsung led monitor. Detail of monitor as follows_model_s19f350hnw, model code_ls19f350hnwxxl, seriol no_zzjlh4tj611125. I got 3 years warranty of this monitor. Now monitor isnot getting on. It has some power kit problem. It is now under warranty period. Unfortunetly i lost/misplaced warranty card /bill. I visit the seller shop namely 'cost to cost ' urmila tower, bank more dhanbad, jharkhand. The shopkeeper did not issue me a duplicate bill/ warranty card. As aresult i am not getting any support from samsung sevicing centre. Iseveral time contact samsung servicing centre but they didnot solve my problem. Please solve my problem as early as possible beacause i am no t able to continue my computer related job.

                        The mobiles sold in india by samsung and other companies claim that the memory of 16/32/64/128 GB is available in the mobile. but the truth is the Samsung apps are consuming most of the memory and it is not usable memory for the consumer. also these apps are not removable, why should the consumer pay for memory for which samsung is using to promote their apps?

                          Please dnt purchase samsung products & mainly tv's. I am feel very bad after purchasing samsung tv. Now samsung team demanding high amount from us. My samsung tv issue is small. But samsung team demanding high amount for repair. Now samsung asking 11, 000 rs. I kept almost 60000 rs on tv's after 1 year panel got problem. Please go choose this brand. There providing cheap quality products. I am suffering now alot. I have request for resolving my issue from 4 months. There demanding high amount from me.

                          Please dnt go samsung tv's by seeing brand. After 1 year you need to ready for paying high pay amount again.

                            HI Samsung Team,

                            You guys provide worst experience for me. I trusted Samsung Products and you guys cheated with cheap quality products and now demanding high amount from us. i am helpless now . my money is completely wasted now . I never recommend Samsung product to any one. I hope you will provide best solution, But again your executive person demanding same amount for panel replacement . It really painful for customer like me . i cannot effort 11, 000 rs, that reason i have request you guys from few months . I have only one solution in my hand now . i need kept 40 inch Samsung TV into exchange for 5000 and i need to take 32 inch MI TV . I had very bad experience with Samsung product & Team.

                              It's my request, it is very difficult for me to effort 11, 000 rs for panel replacement. My concern is repair my samsung tv for lowest price. I hope you will provide same for me. Otherwise i need to kept exchange my samsung tv for 5000 rs & purchase mi 32 inch tv. It is really painful for customer like me. Because i don't have another option. I hope you understand my concern. Please help me to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                After posting complain in this forum initiation taken under pressure by local services center at Prayagraj & came forward to listen end use customer complaints but sorry to say this they(Local service center) interpret all the thing as per their convenient (Please refer attached file ) .They must be samsung franchises/channel partner whose short term business motive badly affect company Brand Image .They don't even bother that due to their activity company brand image is hamper.
                                Samsung post sales service is very bad .In my opinion " SAMSUNG" must take care and work proactively for retention of their valuable customer .

                                Previously my phone was inspected by local service but at that time they will denied to cover my mobile under warranty and suggested me to buy the extended warranty service from them but after posting this complain(Samsung India — regarding some problem in my samsung on7 pro mobile) they will again inspect my phone and declare mobile is dead not a single part is in good condition . I bought this mobile on 30th july [protected]@ Rs. 6990 but after this incident . Local Samsung customer care ( or we can say Samsung money care ) demanded me to pay Rs. 8868 against repair of my mobile .
                                This is complete nonsense . What one can expect more from local service center because I'm complaining about their attitude towards covering Warranty of product . In return they declare my phone is complete dead and not eligible for Warranty. I'm going to raise this issue in another forum also.

                                It's better to resolve this issue on urgent basis.

                                  I have ordered a galaxy watch 42mm from samsung estore with cash on delivery as payment option, order no - [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered by 2-4 days. But till now its now even shipped.

                                  On the other hand my friend ordered the watch on same day and got the delivery today with online payment option instead of cod.

                                  I have tried to reach customer care 8-10 times they are saying its going to be delivered by expected time. The expected time is long gone.
                                  As per the customer service representative they have escalated the matter to another team and i was supposed to receive call. But they never showed up.

                                  If samsung estore going to discriminate people depending on the payment mode. Then that payment mode should not be available at first place. I would have made the payment online.

                                  I have attache all the communication from samsung estore doing fake promise to deliver the watch and the order details from samsung portal.

                                  Please resolved the case as soon as possible.

                                  Very irresponsible behavior by samsung e-store.

                                    This is first product from samsung in my to life but very wrost experience.
                                    I've purchase samsung level bluetooth on nov 12.2018. As per company warranty one year is not complete. But last 2 month same issue for regarding bluetooth charger and clear voice related.
                                    Hence i'm service employee than not possible to visit service centre and discuss from last two month than delay for service.
                                    Last week visited your borivali west service centre and request raised by sonu gupta and asked me same will be update next 24 -48 hours csr print date is may 22.2019.
                                    I still waiting for response samsung customer care team but not any revert from last 4 days than i call to service centre she's call attend one lady neelam swami and told me mail revert on yesterday it's means 27 may. By bishvajeet (It's internal manager) but after today wednesday.

                                    May 29. Visit borivali service centre again than check internally mail print than mail receive back from higher authority on 25th may than however my time waste to 3 days only mail responding.

                                    And major concern my bluetooth only colour fad than company saying not considered warranty how can this if than it's regular usable product than colour fade is not thinking and where is cable disconnected.

                                    Centre branch manager told me it's not in under warranty than why asked customer is one year replacement warranty it's internal damage.
                                    It's very crucial and not properly way to customer support and handle for future business. It's my life 10-13 mobile handset and laptop with electronics product used but this is first product buyer fro. Samsung and same is happening this.

                                    If company asked to only colour fade is reason for not considered in warranty than this is same issue raised in consumer court about this.

                                    I'm not happy this type service by samsung.

                                    Need your positively response.

                                      I had purchased samsung galaxy j4 mobile from lavi communication on november 25, 2018. From last month i am facing very low sound issue during call in this phone. My phone is under warranty so i had approached samsung kashipur service center (Area pincode: 244713). Service center had submitted my phone for one day and informed me that we have replaced the phone speaker. I request them to provide the job sheet or job sheet reference number but they denied and informed me that as per their process they are not supposed to provide the job sheet or details to customer. Now i am facing more issues with my phone after service. After service call now incoming call sound is very less and i am also facing heating issue.

                                      I request you to look into this matter and resolve my issue asap or to change my phone as it is in guarantee period. Also provide me proper documentation of this phone repairing history.

                                        The samsung s9+ is waterproof though when i used 1 st time in water the phones charging pin has been damaged coz of that i feel the phone is not worth and ur cheating on us about the phone and charging us huge amount
