I have complain about it befor also on 20th Janyary 2016, but I am writing it again as Samsung is cheating on me. On 19th January2016 when my phone suddenly got blank after finishing my call, I called on customer service and they guide me to hold power and volume down button for 40 seconds and to restart the phone, but when it didn't work, they asked me to take it to the service centre. So, the other day i.e.on 20th January 2016, I took it to the service centre and there the executive before checking it at first, saying me that there must be physical damage so, this problem occur and he removed the tempered glass in front of me, and while checking he can't see anything on it, so he took the phone inside where other staffs were also working, and when he came out he showed me a line on the corner of the phone and said that the glass is broken inside, so it needs replacement and it is chargeable which is under warranty period as it isa physical damage. But I am telling him that the phone was not fallen anywhere, it didn't got stuck with anything, then how come it is possible that the glass will break, but then he was telling me that phone is used by you, so you will know the fact. But when I am telling him the fact, he is not believing it. Even at night when I called customer service number when the problem started, they have not asked a single time that whether your phone fallen somewhere, or got stuck with any hard thing. They just guide me and I did that, and this executive was telling me that it got physical damage which is caused by me. So, I complain on samsung site and Consumer complaint site on the same day, so I received a call 2-3 times and they were just saying me about their policy that the physical damage does not come under warranty, but that physical damage was not there before. So Yesterday, again I got a call from their head office and asked me to take the phone to the customer sevice centre again, and said that the executive will click the photographs and will be sent to them, so they will check and will let me know. I told him the same thing which happened and I said that you will also say the same policy as now the physical damage can be seen, but it was not there before and it was not caused by me. But still the person forced me to go so that they can say that they have done their job. But I am telling you, there was not any physical damage before and the phone was not fallen by me nor it stuck with any thing. The executive who was attending me and there was another customer attended by other executive, he was telling her also that tell the customer that physical damage doesn't come under warranty, he was telling about the problem which he was not aware about. That means they already know what to tell customer at the first sight and without checking the problem, even in my case also without checking only he was telling me there must be physical damage. So, it is my request to please look into this matter seriously and bring resolution to it, as it is not only with me that samsung has done, the same kind of problem so many samsung users faced and facing and most of them they didn't get any help. So, please take a serious action, so In future common people like us should not get cheated in the name of brand.
