this is my 2nd complaint against Samsung Window AC. THIS SILVER NANO AC has worked till warranty period. thereafter on the advice of Samsung company, we gave our AMC with AC Zone for one year. they came and attended only after our calls that the regular maintenance is due for. During third service onwards digital panel malfunctioning and every time they came and attending by changing the cable and 20 days only worked. Now, only Fan is working. on enquiry, they said due to low voltage, condenser not started. Actually, our house is a 3 phase connection and AC 1.5 KVA is working in the upstatirs. Despite repeated reminders, AC Zone failed to restore the AC. Hence, I request you to depute your engineer to set right the fault in digital panel where I suspect due to malfunctioning and refer an alternate good company for AMC service to our house. Last complaint, one man simply called and enquired and closed the case. I hope this time such things will never happen and depute your engineer immediately and advise us for AMC who will response immediately. Hope Samsung will take care of its unit properly to avoid any untoward accidents like happened at Chitlapakkam recently.

Tonight, AC Zone company came and attended the complaint. They replaced condensor and another socket and charged 390 Rs. . now ac is working. However, it is requested to give a list of dealers who is doing AMC Service in and around Tambaram including Samsung company may be furnished to take further course of action in renewing AMC Service pl.

SAMSUNG SILVER NANO — problem in functioning

I purchased the washing machine samsung silver nano technology from kirti Radio and TV centres 2,shilpayan bldg,shivaji path,Thane west.Telephone no:25367570,25432453.on 25/5/2008 Vide Invoice Number 9162.
The washing machine is not working from 30th August 2010.I have lodge the complaint to customer contact center Telephone no.[protected] on 1st september 2010.The complaint has been registered Vide BP Number:[protected] Dated:01/09/2010 at 3.40:56 p.m but the complaint is not forwarded to local service centre at Thane.Therefore,service centre at Thane is not attending the complaint.Please look into this matter & Investigate the delay for rectifying the complaint.
Kindly avoid harrasment to the customer which is done by your service centre and customer contact center.

    I have been having problems with my Samsung A/c on a regular basis after one year of purchase period was over. In last 12 months i have given complaints almost every month with new issues! I have almost spen[protected] on A/c Repairs in last 12 months. which is almost a third of New A/c Cost. In addition everytime there is a complaint made, false promises are made by customer care executives of samsung and most importantly service centre personnel. They inform of dates on which they'll arrive, and never come on that date. Since i am a bachelor i end up putting leaves which result in monetory loss in long term due to reduction in leaves. And after that these personnel don't come to repair.

    Last few times when they didn't attend a threat of legal action made the issue more tolerable. This time even mentioning ten fifteen times that if complaint is not attended properly i'll pursue a legal case against samsung no proper action has ben taken.

    Again this time i put a leave and even after being informed of the issue with A/c The repir personnel didn't know what was the issue with A/c so he simply cam and left. i was promised a service next day but even then no service was provided. learning from last experiences thsi time i have recored all my conversation with Service centre supervisor and call centre executives and which are substantial enough to prove the negligence on part of Samsung.

    Hence i would like proper autorities to take a proper action against samsung so that people like me don't have to undergo such a mental trauma, which also results in finacial losses! kindly request you to help me with above issue so that These people realise that playing around with common man is not an issue which autorities will neglect. I am ready to attend all necessary hearings with available proof with me and past bills to show poor quality of service and fake promises and lies.

    so kindly send your executive as soon as possible.

      I gave my Samsung MAX-VB550G Mini Audio System for servicing on[protected]. The system was out of warranty and was given at the following Samsung authorized service centre:

      PRO ACTIVE SERVICE

      Kollam, Kerala -695 001

      Its been almost 19 months now and I have still not yet received my product back from them. I have visited the centre almost 15 times regarding the same and everytime they have a new excuse, either the spare part is missing or they are waiting for some approval from Chennai office. This is highly ridiculous and poor service from Samsung. Finally they started giving me offers like pay more and get a different system which I;m not going to do. I want my system back and I will pay the service charges. Its been almost 2 years now, I want Samsung to get back to me for this. I have sent e-mail to Samsung customer care and all I get is a automated reply from them. This is my last last resort and I hope consumer forum will help me out.

        I mr.Aniket Chaudhari we had purchase sumsung Plano colour T.V (29 inc") on october, 2008.Im familiar customer of sumsung company.i had lauch a complaint in the name of Alka Chaudhari.There is Major problem in the T.V from last 3 months and for the same problem, we had lauch a complaint 7 or 8 times.still know they didnt solve the problem.they always visit and they comit us, it will not happen again and we facing this problem continously.they had given us faulty sumsung Plano T.V(29 inc").We also approch sumsung service center in Thane they also comit us and again the same problem we had facing, i requested advisor i want to speak to manager (Mr.manish), they always reply me he was in the meeting or he was in field or he is not come today, it happen 5 to 6 times.they always tell me our manager will call u back has same they didnt.I always ref. to my friends and relative for the sumsung product, but know for a god sick NO. <br />

        I am Sangeeta, wehad purchase panasonic flat29"FX20cds3 colour TV on March2/03/2009 the dealer is(ALLIED ELECTRONICS H-140A ) DILSHAD GARDEN DELHI-95. I had launch a complaint in the name o[censored]mesh prasad. There is major problem in the T.V From last 4 months and for the same problem we lauch a complaint many time. Still know they did not so0lve the problemthey always visit and they comit us it will not happen again and we facing this problem continously, they had given us faulty Panasonic T.V .We also approch Panasonic service center they also comit us again has same problem, we complaint dealer also he asure us that he will replace the set but still they did not do any action

          Dear Sir,
          This is Pritam from hyderabad.I have purchased one samsung mobile(Model-SGH J210) from Bigbazaar(Abids unit) on september, 2008.The mobile is having 1 yr. warranty.Last february, suddenly it stops working.I was in kolkata during that time.Then i contacted a local(kolkata) samsung authorised service centre to rectify the problem.I was shown some red spot and was told that this red spots nothing but water.Then they took 250 rs.as advance service charge and i was told to come after three days to take back that same mobile in working condition.Then i went to that service centre atleast 20 times to get that mobile till today.Today they handed over my mobile to me and informed me that it is not possible to rectify the problem.When i asked them to write the same in a paper, they simply turned down my request and didnt write anything.I have spent almost 1500 rs. to follow the mobile issue and offcourse i have spent a huge time behind this mobile.Please help me to get proper judgement.

            We have bought a/c, microwave, TV & washing m/s from Teji enterprises samsung outlet @ Sakchi, Jamshedpur on 16th april'09. Service center experience is like a nightmare. Guess best help Samsung can provide is honestly telling its customer they do not provide any service for amc/installation. Service centers are manned by goons, mafias cannot put into words lang used by people answering call. Do not expect soft skills training to be imparted but minimum telephone etiquette should be there. This was not personal number but official samsung service center. Never knew samsung ties with such stake holder who do not care for the brand name cos they are themselves abrand. Will be returning all products with no return of money. Want Samsung to donate this to needy as CSR. This would provide some repute to the organisation. Request to ensure people manning phone like samat khan @ jamshedpur samsung service center ( brother of azim khan owner of service center, almost a dynasty business ) are asked not to flaunt the ancestral property & money they have briebed to acquire service center
            The Samsung service centre in Jamshedpur is appaling to say the least. Since the past 2 days i am getting assurances that my AC would be taken to the service centre and repaired. The person Mr. Samat Khan is such a nuisance who can never speak the truth. People like him in the service department are a disgrace to a company like Samsung. I never expected this from Samsung. I even called up the call centre in Delhi and was attended by Deepti on 25th June, 2009 - but could only get assurances and nothing else.

            I am totally disgusted. My complain no. : [protected]
            Never go for any Sumsung product from Electrokraft(a hopeless dealer)

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              I have Parched Samsung Split A/C AS 18 UTA Max Gold 3S 1.50 Ton from Vivek Vadapalani Shop @ 26500 /-on 25/04/09. Serial No: A291PZES101806A.This AC has Installed by Vivek Service Technician and I had paid Rs 2500/-.

              When I switch on the AC still bad smell coming from the indoor unit from the date of purchase I had continues problem on the same, I have not utilized / enjoyed.

              I have reported to Vivek costumer care services at several time and also Samsung customer care too.

              When I reported to Vivek, Vivek Technician came and checked but they dint solve/Retrieve the problem. But the job statues are ignored / unsolved the problem.

              Today (06/04/2009) when I call to Samsung and Vivek costumer care services to know the progress of my compliant but they ignored my phone call and cut the phone line.

              Both customer care is completely unreliable and the worst.

              So I request you to please replace the new LG Split AC instead of my new Samsung Split AC AS 18 UTA Max Gold 3S 1.50 Ton and pls take necessary action. It would be very grateful to you.

                dear sir sir i purchased 320 litres samsung refrigerator model no sr 34 emb 7 years back and it was working nicely .around 15th march i noted that cooling was less and it was not forming ice properly. so i lodged a complaint at chikara complex service centre meerutby complaint no [protected].mr amit kamboj came to c it and told that two of its part biomental and timer are defective and need to be changedthey changed the parts and asked for rs450 for timer and 270 for biomental and 300 for service charges total of rs1020. we paid same amount of money and asked for the bill.mr amit said for bill u have to pay rs1141we paid the money and he gave us bill no336 book no 07on 21 mar 09.but we weited for three days there was same less cooling complaint. we called mr amit he saw the fridge again and said that itscompressor is ok but gas is less in amount and he has to top up gasfor which he will charge 1000 rs more and then cooling will be ok.after 3 days amit came to take fridge to service centrefor gas top up and after examining fidge said that its compressor is not working and need to be changed and it will cost 5000rs and waranty will be for three months only.i asked him to remove those timer and biomental and put old one back into machineand made a complaint to noida servie centre they said they will send some senior engieneerto check machine.after 3 days when we called ashu elec tronics they said they will refund the 720 rs and take back the parts they have put into it but service charge they will charge .i got my compressor changed by some private mechanic who charged 3000 rs for gas filling and brand new compressorhaving one year warranty. my refrierator is working nicely now with those old timer and biomental but i am seriously thinkinof suing samsung india and ashu electronic to consumer court and criminal court for cheating and forgerry.i have tohe new timer and biomental with me. shall i say that because of your service engg fault my working fridge and its compressor got short and i have to face problems in peak summers for more than a month.shall i talk to mr chauhan andmr rajan first or shall i directly proceed to court and give this all matter to media for publishing. hope to have response from u sooni will weit for three days and then will proceed for legal action thanks dr adesh dhankad

                REFRIGERATOR(ELECTRA) — CHEATED BY SERVICE CENTRE

                DEAR SIR,
                I had purchased refrigrator model -electra on 19th Feb, 2003. Only in 7-8 months its compressor failed. when the technician has come from your sevice centre he braught an old repaired compressor then i forbade to intall it & said to him to braoght new spare.then he make a very notisable dents on front of my refrigrator. In next another technician had come with new compressor which was installed at my refrigrator. but this comprerssor is also local make while the TEKSUN is your companies vendour in field of compressor.

                Conclusion is that your company uses non genune spares during servicing. Worst experience with your company.

                I can not suggest to my friends & relatives to purchase the new product of kelvinator, but i will stop them if they will purchase any thing from ELECTROLUX KELVINATOR.

                  HI,


                  I had bought Samsung's AC in 2007 . Within a short span of 3 three years its compressor has broken down twice . This time they took 9 days to repair it & as usual are charging another 1400/- for the same inspite of the compressor being within warranty period of 5 Years .

                  Will never buy any of Samsung's products & share my experience at every forum with all aquaintances, friends & relatives,

                    Dear Sir,

                    I went for take service of my ML1610 Samsung Laser Printer at Samsung Serivce Center - Bhavngar Gujarat - INDIA. first I ask to console person for the price of Spare he checked in computer with spare number and gave me price 225 RS of front closer tray of printer, but when i checked i don't have enough money to purchage the spare. i inform him i will come back again, after few days i went there and ask him to purchage by reply from him i shock !! he told me 350 RS price for the same spare, when i told him before you gave me 225 from your data base and now 350 RS ? why ? he reply me we have only this price. how people can accept big price differance in just few days ? i realised that they do not have proper knowldge and very very very bad serviced from service manager.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have purchased Samsung SGH-O450 BEAT series on[protected] from authorized dealer at Bharuch (Krishna Mobile, Gujarat).
                      I am suffering one big problem of recharge socket. I cont recharge battery through charging socket and can not use hands free& data cable also.
                      I had shown the instrument at Samsung service care at Baroda but that respective person told me that socket is detached from circuit. he suggested to replace whole circuit and he charging me Rs.7500/- for this. But my mobile is in the warranty period.

                      As my mobile is in warranty period this service should be free of cost. My mobile cost is Rs.11499/- and it is charging about half of its cost.
                      So please do the needful

                        but till time nobody come to my house to solve the provlem. I took the sevice on 05/03/2009 at your service centre in agra now he is not to ready to hear any of complain.ha have many call to your call centre he assurance me to reach the engg soon but no response till time .

                        I have a similar issue today morning. Here is some Text I found on FAQ from Samsung website:


                        "It is not a problem it is just the reminder to clean the filter of the a/c this error display automatically every after 336 hrs, so just clean the filter and reset the CH display by pressing temp up and down arrow key to rest it".

                        Hope you can fix it yourself. Sure the service center is at fault.

                          i had purchased samsung mobile i450 in month of sep 08, from mobile store, ahemdabad. this product gave problem of frequent hanging and auto switching off since beging. i got it repaired under warranty at service centre jaipur. but product is being giving various other problem again, like auto switching off, hanging, camera not working, some software errors etc. out o[censored]sage of almost 9 months this product had remained unserviceable for more than three months and with poor service back up.
                          i want to get this mobile phone replaced under warranty as its a cronic problem.
                          please guide me how to initiate the case and please get it replaced. i am holding true bill and neccessary documents.
                          I had taken samsung mobile last year in pimpri (pune) and within 6 months phone was not working properly, due to some reason that always hang, i had shown that different samsung gallary but still mobile was not worked properly. if feel samsung mobile company doesnt provide good service and satisfaction to customers

                            Hello,

                            I have purchased a washing machine (Model R1043, Make - Samsung) on 31 March 2007. Last week due power voltage fluctuations it got damaged. So I launched a complaint at after sales service. Same day the service engineer attended the complaint and told me that the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) got damaged and need to taken back to service centre for checking. At that time I was sure that, this can not be serviced and need to replace the damaged PCB with a new one. So, I asked the service engineer to replace it immediately if possible. Then service engineer and his team have taken a weeks time to just check if the part is serviceable or not. Now they are saying that it has to be replaced, part is not in stock and will take 4-5 days more to receive the part and then they will replace it.

                            During this time I have called almost 50-60 times to discuss the status and every time I used to get same answers.

                            It was their decision to check the part, I have already given green signal to go ahead and replace the part. Due to this I have suffered a lot of pain and now I am fed up with these people.

                            Please let me know what can I do in this situation.

                              Samsung is doing fraud with the consumer of India by faking features of its mobile phones on its web.
                              For e.g. http://www.samsung.com/in/consumer/detail/detail.do?group=mobilephones&type=... says the mobile E 1100 has FM radio & can hold up
                              500 contacts whereas in reality it doesn't have FM & can hold up only 200 contacts with 3 separate fields.
                              Hence i think the CEO of the company should kindly look in the matter.

                                My AC has a 5-year condensor replacement warranty. This season, I found it not working good enough and called company engineer for a routine paid service. He tells me that condensor/compressor is under warranty for 5 years and it gets choked due to choked capillaries which shall be replaced but I shal be required to pay gas refill charges of Rs 1500/-. I contested that since it is a result of condensor malfunction, it should not be charged. He did not agree and made me talk to his manager who tells me that it is choked because ACs don't work round the year and therefore because of oxidation and other reactions between copper pipes and gas, the pipes get choked and have to be frequently dechoked.

                                This sounds funny as per logic. What they are saying is that my AC's capillary pipes shall get choked every 3rd/4th year and I shall be made to pay for gas which is almost half the cost of the condensor.

                                BTW, does it help to lodge a complaint here?

Besides I spke to local service agencies who told me that in such cases, gas can be stored and refilled with only top-up portion to be charged (100-250 bucks). I wonder why Samsung can't do it when it has one of the largest pool of customers.

                                Hi, Am facing the same problem now... they said the same thing. i had the same question that if a capillary costs around 250 to 300, why does the customer have to pay for the gas as well. this is totally unacceptable. The Engineer also mentioned that in Split ACs they have a provision to store gas and hence the customer doesn't have to pay for refilling the gas. i fail to understand if such a system is present for Split ACs - why can't they have a similar system for Window ACs as well. or are we trying to say that SAMSUNG Service for window ACs is horrible or Window ACs of SAMSUNG are horrible and that we should not purpose them as the maintainence cost is very high!!!

                                Please assist and please suggest.

                                  Hello,

                                  I went to one of the service center in Pahar ganj regarding my samsung E 250 which is still under waranty on 14/05/09 at 3:50pm. It was told to me that my phone will get back to me in one week, even i recived calls from custumar care IS MY PHONE IS WORKING FINE however phone still in the service center.Its really height of limit now.they dont behave normally now.
                                  Please help me on this, Its really paining workout without a phone.

                                    The consumer begs to inform you as under:

                                    1. That, the above complaint still remains unresolved. The customer highly objects your manipulated message dt 28.05.2009 sent via SMS Ref: BP No. [protected] on mobile [protected]. It is untrue and wrong to write that the complaint is resolved.

                                    2. That, the mobile set is still not ready for delivery at your Service Centre Varanasi, as the Chassis locks broken by your Service Centre Lucknow during servicing and IMEI write has not been replaced.

                                    3. That, The mobile set was intact while being handed over to your Authorised Service Centre in Varanasi on 07.05.2009 for IMEI write against payment of Rs 470/-. The IMEI number [protected] on Samsung Mobile model SGH C 200 was not identified by BSNL Sim.

                                    4 .That, while taking the delivery of the mobile set on 26.05.2009 the customer noticed damage to the upper locks of mobile chassis caused at your Lucknow Service Centre. That the damage caused was also identified by your Varanasi Service Centre and matter was referred to Lucknow Service Centre for compensation of loss and damages due to negligence.

                                    5. That, the consumer refused the delivery of the mobile broken by your Service Centre and emailed a complaint on 26.05.2009, copy appended as under.

                                    6. That, the mobile set is still undelivered to the customer as the Complaint still remains unresolved.
                                    The consumer requests you parties to kindly deliver the above referred mobile set within seven days of the date of this email by replacing the upper Chassis at your own cost and expenses which was damaged during repairing at your end. Please note that your failure to do so will compel the consumer to refer the matter to their legal advisors for compensation of the losses and damages caused by you parties.

                                      I would like to know procedure of filing the complaints aganist Mobile Zone in Bangalore location, as they have LOST my mobile which was given for servicing in the month of Feb2009, Now on 18th April They do not have any update on my Samsung e840 Mobile, everytime I call them one person will respond to me saying Harsha(Owner) will call me in 30mins, till now I have never received a call from them to know the status of my mobile,
                                      on 4th April 2009 one person called me and he told me that my mobile which was given for servicing he LOST that mobile, when I asked him about how and give me more details he is not ready to talk to me, he said he will call me in one weeks of time, till now he didn't call me or when ever I call he is not picking up the call,

                                        There was prblm in my hardisk. When I went to the servce centre who supplied the hardisk then refused to replace/repair my 80GB harddisk which is still under warranty period.
