Despite the product being stationed at my nearest delivery branch, there has been no attempt in delivery for 9 days and counting.
I have been constantly raising the complaint and all the team does successfully is yo give a generic response of them being extremely concerned and praising to get the product delivered in 24 hours since 6 days of raising the issue.

I also requested them to cancel the order as the delivery time has taken too long and the order will be of no use to me since the occasion has long gone. They still promise to deliver it without any action.

      Hi Team,
      I have ordered four dresses worth 6847 rupees and they have delivered only 1 item and they showed that all 4 items are delivered and when I asked they are not replying or taking any action on the remaining items!

        I've order some of the products on 3rd Nov. 7th I got message that item is Out for delivery. Daily I used to get some fake reasons for Delivery Exception saying customer not available, customer delayed for otp bla bla bla. Till 12th I got the same msg. Then I requested to cancel the product and refund. Then I got the mail that items got canceled and refund initiated. I mailed them for refund status bt getting reply as it will be initiated but they are not initiating only. Again I mailed today (18th Nov) I got reply as " refund for order 7188867 hasn't been initiated yet. We have requested our operations team to get the refund done asap.
        A refund will be initiated to your bank account as requested within the next 24-48 hours. Kindly note: It will take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after initiation.".
        I don't think they are planning to refund. Everyday they say the same thing.

        I mailed everyday and called everyday for a refund. But every time they were sending some lies. May be finally they fed up 😂 They Refunded my money

          I ordered around 21 items from souled store. However some items were no as per my expectation and not of good quality fabric. Some were good but there were fitting issues. However to my surprise when i initiated Exchange it was accepted and pickup time was confirmed. However when I clicked for return in case of some items it is saying your pin code is not servicable.
          Is it that the company does not want returns or is it a technical glitch. Whatever it is ... not expected.

            I have ordered 4 tshirts from your mobile application
            My order no is 6821777 dated 8 sep 2022.
            Product no received is Marvel : comic strip.

            But I have only received 3 tshirts. I have written this error to your team on your reg. email id [protected]@thesouledstore.com but they are giving me reply that they are checking with their ware house team.

            from last 10 days I am just getting same reply from your team,

            I have paid in advanced for this product via your mobile app then to I am struggling to get my product.

            I have given all details to your team regarding this error but still no response.

                  I ordered few clothes from 'The Souled Store' App and Estimated delivery was 02 Aug, when I haven't received the order by 7th Aug, I tried reaching their customer support team but got no assurance about my delivery date.

                  The order package had arrived to their delivery hub, near to delivery address on 31st July itself but isn't delivered, I asked their support team if I can go myself there to pick the order as time is running...

                  My order id is 6504831 whereas i raised a return request and submitted my bank details but still my refund is not processed its more than 10 days they are stating the money is been bounced back and today again i shared my bank details and moreover they didn’t even intimated me about the payment issue i was waiting and while connecting witheir executives they told me about the issue

                    I have ordered t shirt and the order number is Order #6379678, returned the items on 9th july, today it is 27th july, I still waiting for my refund. I have contacted customer service chat calls no use. As a refund policy it takes 7 to 10 working days, it's been 18 days. I still dint get my refund back to my account. Such a worth service. I want my refund back ASAP. I m checking my bank account regularly I don't see any kind of refund.

                      I have ordered two t-shirt from souled store mobile app of rupees ₹1398 which is big amount for me on 09 july 2022. I paid amount via paytm upi.The amount of ₹1398 got deducted from my account and the order placed. i thought they will ship my order after a day but it has been 3 days passed but order not shipped and there is no conformation about my order. This is totally disappointing...Most ridiculous thing is that they are replying of same emails.. Such a shame.. This was my first and definitely last order which i haven't recieved...I request you to please give back my debited money or give that two t-shirt.my order is 6427521.

                        Order shown as delivered but not delivered actually

                        I have placed an order from The Souled Store. Order was supposed to be delivered on 11th July 2022.
                        The order status is showing as Delivered on the Souled Store app but I have not received any order, neither did I got any call from the Delivery person/company for anything.
                        I have verified my contact information everything required is available and correct.
                        There is no contact information available to connect with customer...
