Refund/Replacement denied

I had ordered some tshirts and polos from souled store, the total quantity of the items in my package should be 6 however i have received only 4 items. The items are even mentioned on the bill however i haven't received them. Those items are being showned as delivered on the app however i haven't received them.
Luckily i recorded an unboxing video too of the parcel i recieved.

    I ordered 2 oversized t-shirts from The Souled Store and size was not proper so returned it and i got a message that refund is completed but i checked my bank balance and i haven’t received the refund and they are saying refund completed. I want my refund back.

        Maine 12 june 2023 ko ek order place Kia tha id-8768091, order prepaid tha upi through, Order was to be received on 14th but not received on that day Then I called the customer care and he said that the order will not be received because the vehicle is damaged something like, then he asked to place a new order, which I did and It has been received but the refund of the old one has not come, the order of June 12, today June 24/2023, when will I get the refund?

          I ordered an oversized t shirt (Black Panther Panther Power) of size M but I received a completely different product of size XL which was of very bad quality. I asked for a return but their customer service is really hopeless .
          I want my refund in cash (₹960)

            I ordered two T-shirts from souled store and fitting was not ok, So I asked for exchange then for different size and after that delivery partner has come and collected products and I got an confirmation mail regarding exchange and within 3 days one T-shirts got delivered in exchange and another one has not been delivered till now and it’s been 15 days. I contacted Souled store and I have been told that they will look in to it and they will add 200 TSS points as compensation and after 2 days when I tried to track the package it is showing as LOST. This was not expected from a well know brand. Please update me if it is possible to deliver or not.

              My order was placed on 24 April but it's been 15 days the company is neither delivering my order nor cancelling so that i can get my refund. I've called countless time but they make false promises and my wishes are unheard. The emails are even worse because they don't even address the fact that i wish to cancel the order and get refund. Now my money is stuck and i have nothing in exchange for what I'd paid.

                I want to return the tshirt that i brought from the souled store.
                But i am not able to find the return option
                In the website.In the souled store exchange and return policy it is written that we can find the exchange/return option in my account section but there no option...
                Is there any way i can find the return/exchange option???

                  I have ordered a black cropped fit women cropped top on 20th April 2023. I have been tracking the order since I was notified about the shipment of the product. It has been 9 days since I have been waiting for the delivery, but I have not received it and there is no information yet. I am attaching the screenshot tracking transit in which the order is failing to reach Uttarakhand.
                  The payment is already being done through UPI and the same problem was discussed 48 hours prior to this mail with your customer care support, but no help is provided since then Order Id- 8352626

                    I had ordered an airport coords and black women cropped oversized hoodies.I received my order on 16th april nd hoodie is missing in invoice they have mentioned hoodie but it is not delivered.

                      I ordered from The souled store and it was delivered by xpressbees. I was not at home when the packafe arrived so I asked delivery partner to deliver to my security guard. He kept asking for otp so i told him to call me once he reaches to security then i’ll give the otp, to which he says “madam trust me i will deliver to guard, pls tell me otp”. well, I did tell him the otp. and yes, my package is not with the security guard. the delivery partner is not even picking my calls anymore.

                        I purchased white colour tshirt with red print (Money heist) on 17th march during my trip to Mumbai. I came back to delhi wore it for the first time and during 1st handwash, tshirt got patchy.
                        It got discoloured.
                        Let me know the solution/alternate.

                          Despite the product being stationed at my nearest delivery branch, there has been no attempt in delivery for 9 days and counting.
                          I have been constantly raising the complaint and all the team does successfully is yo give a generic response of them being extremely concerned and praising to get the product delivered in 24 hours since 6 days of raising the issue.

                          I also requested them to cancel the order as the delivery time has taken too long and the order will be of no use to me since the occasion has long gone. They still promise to deliver it without any action.

                              I have ordered four dresses worth 6847 rupees and they have delivered only 1 item and they showed that all 4 items are delivered and when I asked they are not replying or taking any action on the remaining items!

                                I've order some of the products on 3rd Nov. 7th I got message that item is Out for delivery. Daily I used to get some fake reasons for Delivery Exception saying customer not available, customer delayed for otp bla bla bla. Till 12th I got the same msg. Then I requested to cancel the product and refund. Then I got the mail that items got canceled and refund initiated. I mailed them for refund status bt getting reply as it will be initiated but they are not initiating only. Again I mailed today (18th Nov) I got reply as " refund for order 7188867 hasn't been initiated yet. We have requested our operations team to get the refund done asap.
                                A refund will be initiated to your bank account as requested within the next 24-48 hours. Kindly note: It will take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after initiation.".
                                I don't think they are planning to refund. Everyday they say the same thing.

                                  I ordered around 21 items from souled store. However some items were no as per my expectation and not of good quality fabric. Some were good but there were fitting issues. However to my surprise when i initiated Exchange it was accepted and pickup time was confirmed. However when I clicked for return in case of some items it is saying your pin code is not servicable.
                                  Is it that the company does not want returns or is it a technical glitch. Whatever it is ... not expected.

                                    Product no received is Marvel : comic strip.

                                    But I have only received 3 tshirts. I have written this error to your team on your reg. email id [protected]@thesouledstore.com but they are giving me reply that they are checking with their ware house team.

                                    from last 10 days I am just getting same reply from your team,

                                    I have paid in advanced for this product via your mobile app then to I am struggling to get my product.

                                    I have given all details to your team regarding this error but still no response.
