I am Sudhakar from mumbai, earlier in 2013 I had purchase n number of product because of false promise from executi ve and seniro saying prize money will provided alongwith product. No prize money received but thing product worth 15-20% of the money paid has been received. I got prey on the trap laid by sweet talker and false promiser. Company hire and train them how to speak and what to speak. again in July 2014, bas???? Tarun Goyal called me and fooled me emotionally by talking negative about the earlier guy who were fraud and to rectify and clean the image of Sandshopping he alongwith his new boss working to product all the prize money which was not paid earlier. asked to registered by paying Rs.20K and it will be refunded within 24 hours and also detailed email on benefit will be shared. but nothing in 24hours but from accounts team started following up and asked to make addtional 40% amount to get the prize money and after lot of follow up when I denied again the bas???? Tarun Goyal called me said I need to believe him and everything will refunded within 48hours alongwith prize money no need to worry and within 2 hours entire communication will be received in email as he is working on the file and have asked all his staff and authorised person to wait till file is completed. Unfortunately nothing came and when started calling up the number he shared and customer care number, Rapuk came online and said Tarun is working on your file and sure you will get the prize money. since nothing came again called up Tarun and this time he came up with new thing saying he is with banker to complete RTGS formalities and I need to pay additional 15K for completing RTGS formalities. paid half of the same for clearing primary acccount but nothing came in hand and now the number shared by Tarun is picked up by somebody else and saying we dont know anyone in this name. Sands shoping is fraud company and trained staff at all level how to do fraud and get away with and unfortunately banks are also helping them by not raising dispute for the false committed and fraud transaction. Not sure after so many of complaint still the forum allows this company to operate and continue fraud sudhakar

Dear Sir, i m swati jaiswal placed order of rebook combo rs. 4999/- on 23rd August 2014.but yesterday their execuative called me and said that products not available and they want return back my money but doing the transaction and asking my net banking password they again rs. 9998/- from my a/c so please help me out from this situation and refund my money.

I’m a normal employee. My basic salary was 15, 000/- per month .one day I purchased a tab worth near 4, 800/- in SANDS SHOPPING HUB in the year of 2013. After that the people of sands shopping hub, (MOHAN GUPTA AND VAISHNAVI MADAM) phoned me and stated that u have one of the lucky winner and got prize amount of Rs. 18 lakhs you pay the taxes & bank processing charges etc. To the company. Hence i have paid as requested by the company. Further, they calling day to day till to day-your prize money increased up to Rs. 22 lakhs other wise your invested money not refunded. Till to date i have invested nearly Rs.8 lakhs. Till to date they have not releasing the amount either invested money or prize money. Till now 1year 6 months completed, but they are not refund my money and winning amount. Above all I lost lot money, I need call every day to the customer care, I am worried and disturbed every day. They have given wrong commitment and they have cheated and looted me everything. Now I am paying for the amount interest @ 32% annum .My humble plea is that amount will be refund with interest. And no one should be cheated by this way of wrong commitment. I’m facing lot of financial problems and suffering so money problems like: struggling food problems, every month maintenance etc., I have an evidence, that those people who are talking with me in that time I recorded that discussions and also I have every payment transaction details. So i'm decided to put on a complaint on consumer court and Delhi police station also. i'm mentioning the executives names which they are cheated me and gave a wrong commitments. On 17th july 2014 I recieved a call from one person by name Mr Rahul Takur explaining about an offer that If I pay Rs.13, 998 on line immediatly I will get a DELL Laptop and a Nikon Camara and other gifts within two days believeing him I have sent Rs.13, 998 online but within few minutes he rang up told that he has not recieved the amount and requested to retry in good faith again I sent a request for Rs 13, 998. Afterwards again he rang up and told he got both requests for total Rs 27, 996.but he can not return the money he will send other two articles equal to that amount within two days. But till date I have not recieved either money or goods.But I recieved so many calls from the company asking my ATM Card No. and PIN No otherwise either money cannot refunded or the goods.One person by name Gowtham called me and threatend that If I refused to give the ATM card No. and PIN No. I have to face dire consequencies instead of getting my gifts. On first July 2014 I have got a call from [protected] named Ramesh mentioning you have own a Samsung 2 ton Air Condisoner . For that you have to pay rs- 6999.00 . This amount you have to pay by rs- 584.00 per month for 12 months
. They asked my debit card number & password. I denied to provide that. Again I got a call from other number one person told I am calling from ICICI bank telling you want to transaction with sandsshoppinghub please provide your debit card number & password . I provided that. Immediately they cut rs - 6999.00 from my account. Next day they call me mentioning your rs- 6999.00 will be refund if rs - 31999.00 is in your account. I told them I have that amount in my account. Immediately they cut rs 31999.00 from my account. Now they are not peaking my call. I am in trouble for deducting rs - 38998.00 from my account. If you can help me to return my money it will be greatfull to me.

I have recd called on 16/07/2014 from[protected] named ramesh that my
Number have been shortlisted and you have to purchased combo offer of
Rs. 6999/- of various item and you will get assured gift i.E. Laptop.

That same call have came again from kuldeep that management team is also
Selected your name for product promotional offer worth rs. 1, 30, 000.
For that i have to pay and verify only amount of rs. 19980/- which will
Be release with 24 hours.

Second day 17/07/2014 again called by mr kuldeep that you have to pay
Rs. 9999/- to release of product and blocked money of rs. 19980/- and
Eated my head for an hours for same.

Finally i have paid rs. 6999+19980+9999 to sand shopping and after that
Mr rahul singh called me on 18/07/2014 for releaseing rs, 29979/- but
Again i have to pay & verify rs. 10000/- otherwise our all money
Will go in vain.

I realized that company looks like totally froud and breaching of customer trust.

I received a phone call from ph. no.[protected] from shri Amit as told the name that my name has been selected for promotional award a LED T.V and Rs. 6999/-+6999/- = 13998 was taken away from my card through paytm. T.V never reached to my place and I feel this is a case of fraud.I feel the matter need to bring to police.As I am working in the govt. Department this may me taken seriously and my money may be refunded immediately

Hi. This Is chandrashekar y koteKar from (hubli) karnataka On Dt.26th May, 2014 at around 10.30 i got a call from Phone No.011-[protected] and very nicely explained a Promotion Offer for Sands Shopping. The One time membership fees that was Rs.6, 999/- was taken from me and debited from my SBI Credit Card. It was offered that I am lucky customer among the selected few and getting 3 Assured Gifs; 1. Samsung Note 3 Mobile, 2. Sony Bravia 32" LED TV; 3.Samsung Grand 2. It was some ranking was explained that i have scored 97.8 and they offered that i will be eligible to get 65% discount on my every purchase. In addition to these, they have taken Rs.20, 998/- by saying that it is for credit verification purpose only and will be credited to my Credit Card just after four hours. Now, almost a week period is over, the person who called me Mr. GULAAB CHAND from promotion department has commited that above 3 Gifts will be delivered to my address with 3 - 4 days. But, now i am feeling that i am cheated. On making calls to the given customer call centre[protected], some Mr. Mayank has spoken to m e. But there is no Refund has been made or not even the products reached to me. Request for guidance.. The cheating to the customer is the biggest crime and have faith in Indian Consumer court that i will get the justice. Should i expect early responce on my phone or mail??? Please.
