[Resolved]  Sands Shopping Hub — Cancelled order amount not refunded

on[protected] i paid Rs6999/- +Rs24998/- to purchase a hp 4d laptop and a samsung note3 online through my sbi credit card. on[protected] my order were confirmed by the store of said company over my mobile but the products were different so i cancelled my order.The seller told that they have sent my cancellation order to company for refund of my money. on[protected], i talked to customer care and helpdesk of company who told that the refund of Rs31997/- will be credited into my sbicard account within 7 days. but since[protected], i am sending many emails to their helpdesk and chief executive officer but no response. please take up my matter with this company. yours faithfully, omprakash kashyap mobile-[protected] [protected]@yahoo.com
