I placed a prepaid order on the Sanfe website for their kiss bloom peel and pop lip tint on 22 March 2026 for an amount of ₹301. The order has not been shipped or delivered till date. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company through their customer care number, WhatsApp, and social media platforms, I have not received any proper response. The contact details provided by the company appear to be non-functional. This has caused inconvenience and mental harassment.
