I have purchased a mobile VIVO Y56 8GB, 128GB along with 12M VAS Assure pack at one of the sangeethamobile stores, i. e - Vemulawada (WIPL - C).
I recently had this mobile damaged and would wanted to claim the replacement as part of insurance. We visited the aforementioned store multiple times and approached the staff for processing the claim. There have been some says from the staff that the insurance coverage is only 50% for 6 months, which doesn't match the terms and conditions provided as specifics in the insurance, nowhere it is mentioned that coverage is specific to 6 months. All that was agreed is for 12Months and written terms and conditions in the portal states clearly the same as 70% is reimbursable within 365 days, while replacing with the new phone.
We have reached out Sangeeta support team but they are backing up the store staff since 2 weeks.
Sangeeta mobiles is rooted in small towns where rural people reach out for their necessary purchases with their hard earned money but as we realized how this business is misleading helpless people and making money unethically, we have been investing our time to sort this & bring literate atmosphere around them. We really appeal you to help in fulfilling the same please.
