Ordered online for ear buds on 15th October 2023. The delivery time is 2 hrs. But it was not delivered. The next day I contacted their customer care number ([protected]). He checked and said that the product is damaged and there is no more stock available. He also said that I will get a refund. But there is no update from them. Incorrect product sent - need refund or replacement

Hello,

I ordered a Boat Kids wanderer watch for my son, Blue color watch is what I ordered however I received the pink color boat watch. I ordered through online mode and selected blue color only which I can see in my order but looks like mistakenly you have delivered pink color watch.

Ordered a phone on 9th oct 23, they did not deliver the product or not respinding ti mails or calls, no updates on refund. Have been contacting them over the call and mails and still no proper response.

I placed two orders with order id 111271, 111525 and paid for both the orders and I contact them for order status and they provided me Bluedart tracking id and both the order was cancelled during pickup. I contacted them again and now they are not responding. They don't care customer satisfaction. Please deliver my order ASAP. It's a hard earned money....
