[Resolved] Sangeetha Mobile Store — New mobile touch screen isnt working. | |||||
I have purchased new lyf flame 2 phone in sheshadripuram store bangalore. But d new phone touch screan is not working, am requesting the sangeetha store manager to replace with the new phone, but he is not replacing, since the newly buy d phone is having problem they should replace. But he is saying its not our fault go and give to reliance customer care they ill do the needfull... How come it is possible i have payed full money for that phone. It is having problem but they are talking nonsense, dis is how sangeetha store are responding to customer. Very worst.. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Since the phone comes with the manufactures warranty we request the customer‘s to visit the authorized service centre as they check for the issue and if its defective, service centre provides a DOA certificate. It’s more effective and faster when a customer visits the service centre. Lyf is a reputed brand and you have bought it from the reputed retailers, they have there service centre placed across the city so requesting to kindly visit the service centre for further assistance.
