Sangeetha Mobiles — About Jio sim provided with Apple Iphone 7+ | |||||
I have bought Apple IPhone 7 Plus from Sangeetha Mobiles at Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore 560016 on 5th Nov 2017. After multiple enquiry about the offers and price of cell phone and confirmation given by Store manager Mr. Manjunath (Name not sure) I have purchased IPhone 7 Plus with Jio sim which have free call and data service(which is promised by Manager) till December 2017. But Now I have received a call from JIO customer care that my Jio free service is valid till 31 March, 2017. Here Manager has given wrong information just to sale their product and cheated me. When I have visited the store Manager has changed and no proper answer from current manager. I want Sangeetha Mobiles to compensate me for this false information .
