I purchased nokia 3310 through online at sangeetha mobiles on 7/7/17 and no shipping status was updated till now. Would like to know when the mobile will be shipped. Tried to contact customer care thru email and also by calling, but there is no response. Please respond to customer. Your customer care is not responding to calls or emails. Very pathetic service, losing credibility....

5-6 days back i ordered redmi 3s there is no update given to me regarding the product it is not yet dispatched also. Is this the service u provide? Atleast there should be some updates provided to the customer. I wanted it in 5-6 days so i ordered it from sangeetha but u guys are making it delay. Calling a customer care is also of no use they r not recieving the calls. I ordered it on 3rd june and today is 8th june it is not yet dispatched....

I have purchased two intex aqua crystal handsets on june 2nd, 2017 from sangeetha mobile store in hubli. I specifically mentioned the sales executive that i would need it for sim verification (Ekyc finger print scanner).

I have purchased samsung mobile on 5th jan 2017 and also price drop protection for 6 months at 500 rupees.in march i got message with coupon code which said coupon would expire in 6 days. Now, when i reach out to sangeetha mobiles they say that it cannot be redeemed as it is expired.

Now, what is the use of purchasing 6 months price protection drop when we cannot redeem it within six months....

Hello i'm akshay! I had given my mobile (Sony experia z2) for service in one o[censored]r show rooms in anna nagar opposite to hot chips! It costed 7100 and they returned the phone after the repair but it had some faults in it so i again returned the phone to the showroom they still didn't return the phone and theyr is no proper response from the service side!! It's been more than 4 months i had given my phone! I'm wasn't happy wid the service either...

I bought a Redmi Note 4 mobile on 19/05/2017 8:30 pm for Rs.13499 in Guduvancheri branch. He(Sales person) instructed us to put charge and asked to use the mobile.On 20/05/2015 8:30. When we installed sim and tried to use the mobile it malfunctioned(Frequent restart and Heat issue). We reached the same sangeetha showroom in Guduvancheri and stated our problem they were not helpful to us....

Not able to contact over customer care and not able to login using my userid and password you have provided. Whenever I call customer care I am not getting any reply or response. Money also deducted from my account for the above mobile.

When we call them they are not able to hear us. We have to shout and talk. They still don't hear and disconnect the call many times. If you cant deliver the product, give us the refund. Its better to order from flipkart or ebay rather than...

These people should change their name to sangeetha chor bazaar... These people are selling redmi note 4 for 500 to 1500 more i. E.., if the mobile is 9999/- they are selling it for 10, 600/- to 11, 000 rupees. Strict action should be taken against these people or company should be permanently closed and one more thing i didn't receive a message or call from any of the concerned representative for 2 months since i complained about the rude...

They have charged for updating my phone which is 2 months old and under warranty. They are not giving proper bill, when asked they gave hand written bill in sangeetha mobiles letterhead. Servicing person did not suggest to go to oppo service centre .so much orguement to give the proper bill for given money. Finally they gave hand written bill which is unauthorized...
