I brought a vivo v5 mobile at sangeetha at 11:30am, near vijetha hospital, eluru road, vijayawada on 31may17. At the time of buying mobile the say, with mobile the are giving one vivo ipl kit contains one water bottle, one watch, one selfystick & one hand band, with that at the time of bill payment they give some cash back offer and after buying i am going to get a message with a gift like bluetooth or powerbank or a bag and also get 5000 rs voucher for travelling purpose by goibibo. I paid my bill through my icici visa card, at the time of bill payment i have received 542 rs cash back with a reference number which was unable to get the bill. Store manager mr. Srikanth advise me come after 3 pm. After i went he say server is down he send bill to my email, but he didn't send on 2 nd june i my self go and ask, he gave the bill after getting the cash back of rs1143 as per the advise of him we sent message to sangeetha cash back offer on 31 may itself at 04:50 pm. He is very irresponsible, due to him i suffer very much and also i questioned him about gifts given by sangeetha after payment of bill means he is saying we sent a message regarding gift and all. But he didnt send any message and not lifting my phone call also. Kindly avoide these type of manner for that fellow. Its my humble request.
