Hi there!



Let me assure you that i have no interest in blaming any one for giving me a phone that is not genuine. If you go throug my previous email, you will now that i came to this conclusion only after speaking to nokia customer care. You may as well have a word with them if you wish to. Here is the phone number :[protected].

Kindly speak to them and give them the imei number [protected]. Please have patience to listen what they have to say. I spoke to mohd rahees from nokia helpline on 20th may 2009.

Secondly i would like to make it clear that the job sheet number[protected] is the one that was given yesterday. Prior to this your people at the a. S rao nagar branch had my phone for more than a weeks time. They ("sai") calls me on 18th evening and says phone is working fine and can collect it.

I visited them on 19th evening. Battery in the phone was alomst dead and while i was checking its functions the battery was dead. There was a power cut at the same time due to heavy downpour.

I had to wait there for more than 2 hours to get the generator working and get the phone charged and check the functions.

Your employe sai wanted me to take the phone home charge it and then the check if its working fine or not. I wanted to be sure that the phone is working fine in order to collect it. (Infact i was assured that i would get a new phone failing which i may get this phone rectified). I was still ok with that. However, after waiting for around 2 hours just to check if the phone was working fine i see that nothing has been done.

Phone has the same problem as i gave them. I was unable to even feed the date and time. Common man! This is suppose to be a brand new phone that i bough almost a month back and i dont know what the hell did they repaired it after having it for a week to ten days time.

Now go through mr sai's explanation:

I saw the phone was working fine and did check it for 15 munites (God that a lot of time to spend on a custome how has payed for a peice of, now let him go to hell). Do you want us to spend 24 hours just to check if the phone was working good.

This guy had no answer when i asked him what did they do when the phone was with them for 7-10 days and did not get anything rectified and hence we got job sheet 2 the number that i have provided you. The phone was given to noika care opposite kapra municipal office ecil.

Their i had a pleaure to meet yet another genius called "sai" again supposed to be the manager, who was not at all co operative to provide us with any assistance to us but to talk about there policies after explaining what my problem is for around 3 hours.

Over all i had a very awsome experience with you guys and do not intend to have any business with you guys.

Secondly, it is my right to let every one know what a pleasent experience do you guys provide a real unforgatable one for sure. You are no one to prevent me from this nor do i desire your suggestions regarding this.

I still kindly request you guys to refund me. I am not at all satisfied with the phone you guys gave me not with your services. I dont want any business with you guys henceforth, kindly return my money.

Enough is enough. I cant leave every other work and just be behind this.

You can forward all our mails to the leading news papers as well as the consumer court if the handset is found fake, and i would give you the handset free of cost. And i will also give you some more mail ids of all the leading news papers.







Please have patience, as we are trying to resolve the issue and provide you the best of service and take action against the staff of the outlet and nokia care who caused inconvenience to you.

The job sheet number is[protected]. The details of the stores can be found in my previous email. I have given the complete billing address of the stores.



This phone was purchsed on 5th april 2009. I am just back from the stores where i got this mobile from. Seem like you guys dont have any interest in problems customers face after sales. You might be least interested in such this because you earn nothing out of it. Same in the response from your employees out there.



I want my mobile replaced or refunded. I am done with you guys and that all. Request you people not to try to aviod this, please reund me or give me a new cell.



I bought a new phone with no hopes of roming around any service center day in and day out.



By the way the disclamer in red that you have in your previous email dosent sound genuine as i spoke to nokia care and they do not get any info with the imei number that is on the bill.



I am still doubtfull if i got a genuine peice or...



Kindly let me know your stands asap so that i can proceed with appropriate action at my end.

Hi,



I got this mobile on 5th april. Since then i have problems with this mobile. The function keys dont work and the phone is dead slow. Not able to use gprs and not able to play the preloaded songs. Apart from that i am unable to receive calls or make calls unable to send and read messages.



After speaking to the person called "sai" who just seems to wash his hands off the responsibility and these people having the mobile for a weeks time they hand it over to me the same peice stating every this is fine. After checking the mobile i found non of the problems were solved. As usual keys were not working and every problems was as it is.



After spending 8k what i get is such a peice. I want this phone to be replaced or refunded for such a bad service that you guys have provided. When i spoke to nokia care helpline i was told they were unable to get any info with the imei number [protected] which reflect on my invoice. This makes me to doubt if i got a genuine nokia phone of what

“On 16th May 2009 the handset was received at NCC for hang-up problem. The same day s/w upgrade has been done and delivered to Sangeeta Mobiles on the name of SRINIVAS .



Again on the 20th May the dealer Sangeeta Mobiles logged in the handset with hang-up problem as repeated problem, this time we have replaced keypad module and s/w has been updated, the handset was delivered on the same day within two hours.

Now the handsets is working perfectly.”.



For customer satisfaction the handset will be replaced/swapped and will be given by tomorrow evening 3 pm.



You can confirm the same to customer.

To Whom so Ever it MAY CONCERN - the BLOG created by mr.nizam falsely accusing Sangeetha mobile phones for selling FAKE handsets as mentioned in his above mails stands VOID. please read the mail draft above from nokia and as well as warranty ref details from nokia care which proves that all handsets sold in sangeetha are 110% genuine.

    Hi all, i bought a blackberry 8800 mobile from sangeetha showroom in forum mall by paying 22, 000/-. The first thing which surprised me was they are not ready to give a sealed pack. I am paying 22k, am i not eligible to get a sealed pack. Still i bought the set trusting them. When i tried working with the mobile as soon as bought it, it was continuously restarting and the answer given by the showroom technician for that is, "it is a new pda and it will take time to reinstall all the applications and every time it will restart, once the set gets used to all the applications, it will be fine" and i bought the answer.. I came home and it was still restarting continuously for the next 1 day and i was not able to do anything with the mobile. I called sangeetha again and went back to them because they had given me 1 year replacement warranty at the time of purchase.. They made me wait for more than 4 hrs in the showroom, they made me go back home to backup the data and come back and a lot.. After all these tortures they gave me a new set and the way the showroom guys were dealing with me was as if they are doing some favor to me.. Still i was patient because i have paid a lot for that mobile.. I came back home and used the new set for another 2 days and the enter key came out of the handset.. It was that loose.. It is a new set, ideally even if we pull out the key, it shouldn't come out, but here it automatically comes out while it is inside the pouch itself. I called up sangeetha again and the response which i got from them was pathetic.. They were giving answers as if he needs to check with his boss, this... That... Etc... I just lost hope and left it like that.. I didnt want to go infront of them again.. I cant express what do i feel when i look at the mobile every time. Its almost half of my salaray which i have invested in this mobile and it is not serving the purpose... Simple as it is.. Sangeetha guys do not know how to value their customers... The way they treat you, you feel so humiliated... I would like to get a refund for my set if possible.. I would not like to deal with these guys anymore... If that is not possible, atleast a replacement and i would also like to know the reason why, blackberry does not send sealed packs when they take the entire money from us. How do we trust such a showroom which gives such a pathetic service. What if they have replaced the original battery and parts with duplicate ones... What is the proceedure about it and what is the fix for it..

      I gave my htc hand set to sangeetha mobile store at rt nagar bangalore on 18th jan 2009 and i was assured that this set will be send to htc service centre and but today (19th jan 2009) morning i recieved a call from [protected] and person introduced him self as authorised service representative of m/s sangeetha mobile and demanded rs 2000 for repairing the phone. And when i demanded the separate bill for the spare part and separate bill for service charges, he refused to provide the same and asked me to collect my handset from sangeetha mobile shop in the evening.
      This is cheating on two accounts-

      1. First my set was sent to some body else instead of htc authorised service centre.
      2. They even refused to provide the invoice for the spare part (Touch screen in this case).

      This is shocking that m/s sangeetha are involved in selling the spare parts without any invoice.

        Hi,

        I bought n73m mobile in sangeetha mobiles, the forum, bangalore and the details are given below.

        Serial number: 12851
        Bill number : si/for/4577
        Billing date : 16-06-08bill
        Value : rs. 13500 /=

        They have assured that they will give 120% of cash back gifts. After a long long follow ups with sangeetha mobiles, mygiftjunction and quantum concepts nothing has happened and we didnt get any gifts. Unneccessarily we have spent more that rs. 1000, for followup charges.

        Its very surprise to see that big mobile shops like sangeetha mobiles doing these types of cheating things and that too giving unrespect and irresponsible answers while asking about the gifts status.

        We didnt get whatever the gifts they have committed and the shipping charge, service charge and tax amount are coming more than the product rate. For example if the product exact rate is 5000 after all these charges they were asking more than 5000 rupees.

        Even the price of mobiles what we bought are not proper rate they have sold more than rs. 1000 extra from other shops price and the quality of the mobile too very bad, some mobiles usability are looking like local make.

        Kindly take severe action against sangeetha mobiles, so that we give lessons to others should not do these type of cheatings.

        Sangeetha mobiles is one of the cheating shop in southern region.

        Even myself too the same case. Kindly take the appropriate action and put seal & close the shop to save public from these type of cheating peoples. So that other shops will think about before doing the chaeating...
        They cheated me in different offer. They displayed posters like they are giving free mobile insurance. I got a Nokia Supernova paying 1000 Rs extra unknowingly. When i came to know about the market price of this mobile later after one day, i approached them... they told this extra charge is for insurance cover like that... This is a open cheat.. They are supposed to be punished...

          I purchased a nokia 6110 mobile from sangeetha mobile showroom at forum mal in bangalore on 22nd june 2008. They promissed me 120% return on this purchase for which i had filled in a form given by them and had updated the details on site address which they had given to me. I had also sent them the confirmation on acceptance of addtional charges for this so called free gift. Till date i have not received these gifts nor any representatives of sangeetha mobiles are giving me satisfying answers in this regard. I am now veryi sure that this is a cheap trick of this company to lure public

            I am suresh from bangalore. Yesterday (19-nov-2010) we went to your sangeetha mobile branch situated in 9th block bangalore at 9.45 PM. When we ente into the shop the salesman says the shop has to be closed. We told, ok we know it is closing time, just we seeing the mobile right now and we will purchase it by tommorow morning. While we are seeing the mobile the cashier switch off all light lamps. So we thought its closing. Then after we existing from the shop they switch on the lights. This is not a proper activities for your branch. Becasue you have lot of showroom in south india. Even we also know the pain of sales because we are in marketing & sales field. That time we are very disappoint by the cheating your salesman in that showroom. Even we were went on 18-Nov-10 at 10.00 PM that time the shop had closed. That's why we went yesterday 15 miniutes earlier. Even though they did'nt care about the customer. We are expecting a good response from your salesman of that showroom after receiving this mail.

              I am bhanu prasad.I purchased a motorola w270 mobile phone and a memory card i.E, on 29/06/2008 with invoice bill no: si/dil/3329 at sangeethamobiles, dilsukhnagar branch, hyderabad(Ph.No.[protected].The amount i paid was rs.3400 for both of these items.Then they offered me 120% of cash back gift of worth rs.4025 and told me to select the gifts in the list.The items i had chosen was a dvd player and a watch within the amount they offered.They promised me the delivery of the selected gifts to my home.Being on contacting them since 2 months, they told me to collect the gifts from the head office at himayatnagar, hyderabad.They gave me the concerned person's contact number(Ph.No:0-[protected]) at the head office, mr.Srinivas.On consulting the person he asked me to pay rs.949 + rs.119(Including delivery charges rs.50 + rs.20) for claiming the gifts.I got calm and consulted the stores manager about the money pay.They too said the same.
              Then i have collected the proofs from the internet regarding the scheme.They were implementing these kind of schemes with the help of a online gifts vendor named "mygiftunction" (www.mygiftjunction.com).Coming to "mygiftjunction", it is a local online based organization which sells local and cheap accessories to the people at a higher cost.               COntact Subash Chandra who is the CEO of this firm and also speak to Quantam Concepts the agency appointed to execute this offer. These guys are all frauds thank god i havent made any purchases from them.

                The sony ericsson hpm70 that i had bought from sangeetha mobiles, jayanager 4th block, bangalore started giving me problems after a month only. The output of the left earpiece of headphone, hpm70 was very low. This was causing so much of a trouble when attending any calls, as i could not hear properly. I approached sangeetha mobiles as it was still in the warranty period of 3 months. They refused to exchange or do anything about it, saying that this is not a problem at all and you can still hear, be it low or high. I have always bought mobile and mobile accessories from sangeetha mobiles; this incident will change it forever. Is this the kind of service to be provided?

                I completely agree Subash Chandra CEO of Sangeetha mobile must look into the mater himself. Quantam Concepts had promised me my Gift however its been 3 weeks since i paid via DD and no luck.

                No POint cheating people in name of offers such as these. Atleast give good offeres from reputed agencies. This is as good as Robbery.

                  I purchased a 10, 200/- worth of mobile phone from marathalli, sangeetha mobile store in bangalore. They offered me 120% cash back offer. This offer is suppose to give me 12000/- worth of gift (Though it is cash back but when i asked they are giving the gifts). They told me that you will get the gifts with in 2-4 weeks for this you have to confirm a mail sent by them. I asked sangeetha mobile when i did not received the gift after 4 weeks but they told me that you will receive the gift very soon. After passing 5 weeks i again called them and then they asked me to call another phone number. When i called the given number (This is the number of company called mygiftjunctioin.com).in reply they told me that “you have not sent the confirmation for receiving the gifts”. For confirmation i sent the scanned copy of acknowledgement slip along with the mail to them. After receiving mail (Which i confirmed with them) the party (Mygiftjunctioin.com & quantumconcepts) assured me that i will receive the gift with in 2-4 week. When after 15 days i did not receive the gift after 15 days (Till this time more then 1 & half month has passed). I called them back and asked for the gifts again, they were saying that they have not received the confirmation. Then i got a call from the person belongs to the gift delivering company named as mygiftjunction.com that i am sending the sms please confirm by replaying to sms. I shocked to know that they have asked for the processing charges of 3750/- for the digital camera for which they do not want to share the information regarding specification of the camera. When i was purchasing the mobile no body from the shop told me that this kind of processing charge will be taken which are more then the value of gift itself. I am feeling cheated with this whole episode.

                  I am surprised to see that big companies like sangeetha mobile are doing this kind of things to lure the customer. This kind of instances only maligns the image of the company only.in future i will never suggest any one to venture into sangeetha mobile shop.

                  I would like to take attention of the customer please do not go by this kind of offers.

                  I too had bought a mobile worth 12K from Sangeetha store in Forum. They offered the 120% cash back offer and was told that teh gits would be sent to you in 2-4 weeks time.
                  WELLL...ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS NOW...AND AM STILL WAITING FOR THOSE SO CALLED GIFTS..
                  From time to time I get some sms saying that the request is been processed and that confirm back to the sms if I need the addtional offer mentioned in that. Even after duly confiming back, I still have not got any response from them.
                  AND AM STILL WAITING!!!
                  i very much agree to the above complaints. i had purchased a mobile from RT Nagar Showroom in MAY08 itself. Believe me they are yet to deliver the gifts. Whenever i contact them, the manager dosen't respond to the call instead they are diverting me to the GiftJunction through which i'm suppossed to receive the article. Till today nothing has happened. This type of cheating is not expected of Sangeetha a so called reputed mobile dealer.

                  Mobile Store — Not receiving gift from four months

                  Sir,
                  I have purchased Samsung 3310 from Mobile Store Jamnagar on 24th July 2009 and on the scratch card i won Reebok T shirt for which i have to send the original scratch card,slogan,photocopy of the bill and photocopy of the Warranty card. But when i asked the mobile store girl she said the the photocopy of Warranty card is not needed as we have tie up with Spectra mind. Hence i send all the documents except Warranty card photocopy.Now, when i didn,t receive the Reebok T shirt i asked the spectramind and they said that your form has been rejected because i haven,t send the photocopy of Warranty card,when i told them that mobile store executive has said me not to do so,they weren,t convinced with my talks.

                  I have also taken the matter with mobile store manager,kindly help me on this issue. Although i want to mention some points in case my matter is not taken care of........

                  1)What can be the reason that i will not send the Warranty card when i sending all the relevant documents and scratch card? Altough i have it.

                  2)Despite of talking many times to all concerned i am still waiting for the feedback or reply.

                  Now it has been four months by follow up with you all and now i have decided to move to consumer court and also file for defamation suit against Mobile store and Spectramind, if this issue is not resolved within one week.

                    Sangeetha mobiles is cheating public by advertising that they are giving an assured gift worth 120% of the cost of the mobile.

                    I have purchased a htc mobile worth rs.10200/- on 15-jun-2008. One of the executive has promised that there is an assured gift of worth rs.12400/- (120% of the cost of mobile which is 2gb mp4 player). Its past more than a month and i happened to ping them for the same, to my astonishment they have sent me a mail that i need to pay further rs.3830/- as charges in case i want the gift. The mp4 player of 2gb of a branded company is worth 2500/- in the market at the max. Even after taking rs 3830/- we are unsure that we would get a good worth of our money. The brand they are going to despatch in case i requrire the gift after paying the amount is unkown to the market. (Barss 997 2gb mp4 player). This is ridiculous on the part of a company which has a good reputation in the mobile sales market. Literally they are cheating public with the false promises. Please take stringent action against the errant mobile shop sangeetha.

                    The same happend with me my Story is narrated below.

                    U guys r lucky atleast u got confirmation that u need to pay amount & u will get the gifts...hahahah.

                    I took mobile on 16/06 and filled the form till now i never get any confirmation and i visited the shop @ Forum mall after 4 weeks they gave me a no and asked to send sms reg bill no they will confirm the price. But i send sms twice and no response, when i tried to call that no it says all incomming calls r barred ( the no is [protected]) when i tried to reach the shop no given in the bill[protected] no one is picking.

                    What the hell is happening ... cant we take any action to avoid this kind of Fraud...
                    Iam also one of the victim of SANGEETHA MOBILE. At the time of purchase they said shipping charges will be around Rs100/- Now they are asking for Rs2000/-(appx), i have'nt seen such a big value for shipping charges that too all the products are local brand. These ppl are big time fraud.
                    This was also the case with me!! :( My story goes as below...

                    1. On 12/06/2008 I had purchased a SonyEricsson W580i handset from Sangeetha's, Jayanagar 4th Block.
                    2. The purchase price was Rs. 10, 400/-. And earned the money back of Rs. 12, 480/- (120% on the purchase value).
                    3. From the website of myfreegiftjunction.com I had chosen following 3 products :

                    A) Sony Digital Camera : 9, 990/-
                    B) Mixer (Kitchen Appliance) : 2, 000/-
                    C) Modifiable Lamp (Electronic Innovations) : 480/- (approx)

                    TAL ========> 12, 470/-

                    For the above said products, I agreed to bare the shipping, handling & delivery charges in my confirmation mail sent on Wed, Jul 2, 2008 at 11:08 AM. And got a confirmation mail from their end on Wed, Jul 2, 2008 at 12:24 PM. But for my surprise there was no clue of it, further more I received an sms on July 30th which red as follows:

                    " Greetings from SHOPPING JUNCTION. You have ordered for a Digital camera worth 9990. The redemption restriction is over and hence we are offering you a combination offer of DIGITAL CAMERA+ARSHEEL SLIM worth 6250+LIFE TIME EXCHANGE GUARANTEE worth 499 for the processing charge of only Rs. 3750. Please send confirmation sms on [protected] and your form numd. Thank you." .

                    Since I spoke to the customer care center at[protected] I learnt that due to non availability of stock, I will be getting the goods mentioned in the sms. But I had ordered my products on 13/06/2008, which is 13days short of 2 months for 29th July. Moreover, I had chosen the products which were displayed on their website.

                    What it shows is the kind of dirty buiness this FRAUD COMPANY SANGEETHA'S is into...!!
                    Let's get together & teach this company a lesson guy's. Else Co's., like Sangeeth's will take the public for a ride...

                    I also definitley agree to this. I'm provoked to such a level that I feel like pelting stones on them. How easily they have fooled us. My friend took a Motorola w 270 handset and he is unhappy with the product and she has paid 1000/ RS for the shipping charge to redeem the DVD player. An unbranded DVD player is easily available in the market for 1000/- and this store picks them from Delhi grey market and make a huge profit even out of it.

                    Yes, be aware dont fall into the trap again by paying high amount of money to those unbranded products that they are going to redeem. There are definitely better showrooms that offer better prices than that of Sangeetha showroom. I've decided to file a case against them to the consumer court and teach the lesson to them.

Dont fall into this trap again...we should teach those rascals a nice lesson. Forward this to all your friends and we will take stringent action against them.                     There was a lack of a positive atmosphere in the Sangeetha shop. I walked into the RT Nagar outlet and the customers were heavily out numbered by staff. I fail to understand why you need such a big force in a mobile shop!

                    Well, they may be providing employment to people who need them and I donÃ??t want to further dwell in this sensitive issue but I can say that these staff was just useless. It was actually a chaos and none seemed to be interested to take care of the needs of the customer. I wanted a particular model and color and it was not available in global access, they had a different colour and so I just walked into Sangeetha. First of all the price was quoted as 6250 where as the price in Global Access was 6100.

                    I did not have enough time and I wanted a particular colour of the set and so I decided to buy it Ã?? I asked whether they can show me the set but they said once I pay they will only show as they donÃ??t have a set which is already opened, I asked what happens if the set is defective, they said they will replace it if I find the defect at store but if I go home then I have to take to Nokia care! This calls for another review but some other day :)

                    So I agreed to purchase and gave my card, now the cashier (probably he is also the manager of the store) asked me for 2% extra, I was already pissed of with the store as it resembled more like a sabji mandi, so told him very clearly that I will not pay even 1 rupee extra as I am purchasing at the list price and I saw the VISA sign on the shop door and entered, then he started quarrelling with the person in local language who showed me the phone, ultimately he accepted and I paid 6250 only.

                    Now after the payment, there was confusion among the herd of people who will show me the set, then after again one round of quarrelling one person came up, he seemed to be not very conversant with opening the set and battery chamber but somehow managed, he was the only person who was polite to me but he was constantly venting his anger with other staff next to him. It was one of the most horrible shopping experience I had.

                    Now, the final episode Ã?? when I inquired about the price, I told the salesman that the model was Rs 150 cheaper in Global Access, then he told me that there is a 120% cash back offer! Now this is a completely misleading thing and I did understand what it is but it can be grossly misleading for many other consumers. I bought the phone because it is not manufactured by Sangeetha and I wanted a particular color which was not easily available, I would be the last person actually to buy a phone from this kind of people but it happened.

                    Now this cash back is actually accumulation of some kind of points which can be redeemed for some gift from an associate called shoppingjunction. They did show me a catalogue which had some cheap Chinese stuff like table lamp, external speakers from mobiles etc. I was not interested anyway with such stuff but the person told me that I can visit shopping junction website and see the complete list. So after puchase I asked for the shopping junction redemption form and then a girl gave me one and said that I have to get a copy of the invoice and then fill up the form and submit. They donÃ??t have a copier, nowadays a multifunction prnter costs less than 10, 000 and this is supposed to be a big mobile phone retail chain in Bangalore and this is their attitude. They had over 15 staffs doing nothing and if they donÃ??t have a copier they can atleast go and get a copy but you canÃ??t expect from this company.

                    This is the most unprofessional retail shop I have ever seen and I felt like buying the mobile from a sabji mandi, even if tyou buy a stuff from a flea market after lots of haggling you will have a better experience Ã?? believe me, so PLEASE DONÃ??T EVEN GO NEAR SANGEETHA.

                    By the way I checked out shopping junction website and it is another junk place with a lot many junk stuff which you cannot use, so they are probably fooling customers, it also has a catch that the customer can redeem the points but have to pay for the handling fees. Now I sent them a mail (it is already a week) about handling charges as oen should know before hand but no reply has come. So it is another fraud company and I can imagine why Sangeetha has tied up them as it suits their business practices very well.

                    By the way, the phone is working fine and although the purchase experience was horrible I am pleased with the phone. BUT ONE THING I WILL NEVER STEP INTO SANGEETHA AGAIN IN MY LIFE AND WILL ADVICE EVERYONB ELSE I COME ACROSS.

                    Sangeetha mobiles is cheating public by advertising that they are giving an assured gift worth 120% of the cost of the mobile.

                    I have purchased a HTC mobile worth Rs.8, 100/- on Jun-2008. One of the executive has promised that there is an assured gift of worth Rs.9, 720/-(120% of the cost of Mobile which is digital camera).Its past more than a month and i happened to ping them for the same, to my astonishment they have sent me a mail that i need to pay further Rs.3, 750/- as charges in case i want the gift. The Digital camera of a branded company is worth 3500/- in the market at the max. Even after taking Rs 3, 750/- we are unsure that we would get a good worth of our money. The brand they are going to despatch in case i requrire the gift after paying the amount is unkown to the Market. (Digital camera). This is ridiculous on the part of a company which has a good reputation in the mobile sales market.Literally they are cheating public with the false promises. Please take stringent action against the errant mobile shop Sangeetha.

                    Guys, I visited sangeetha in forum on 22nd august 2008 to enquire about the assured gifts for 2 mobiles we puchased. They gave me an address and asked to go directly to that out let and collect the prize. I visited the place today and talked to the person incharge. I am supposed to get two 5mega pixel sony digital cameras. He asked me to pay Rs.2499+Tax which totals to Rs2812/-. The camera he showed was one of the most basic cameras in the world. It has no auto focus, no clarity and no features. He claimed that the company is a world class company, but when I asked him to prove it by showing me the websites of that company suddenly his whole way talk changed. He just started telling "if your think like that then I can't help you. If you don't like the camera pick another gift." and also he added that "sangeetha is the company that told you thay will give banded cameras not us." These guys are playing well with us. Both the shopkeepers and the prize distributers are thinking that if they manage to continue this drama for some more time people will get fedup and stop troubling them.

                    We need to do something.
                    Forward this to maximum number of people and esnure that it reaches all your friends. These frauds have made huge profits with the stupid offer that they have given to the cosumers. They have forgotten to realize that they have lost many valuable customers by being OVER SMART.

                    I've decided not to shop at Sangeetha anymore and I'm recommending my friends to do the same.

                    Please do not redeedm those cheap and outdated chinese stuff to redeem those worthless gifts. Do not waste any more money on it.

                    I need not have to add my plight here...probably sangeeta might have downscored the after effect of its cheating racket...they might be right because public memory is short. Guys it would be rather difficult to get back the things lost to them, but we can certainly spread the message through mail as to not buy products from this store, if possible put a cc to the concerend highest authority of sangeta customer care (if at all there exisits one...might be busy framing another cheating racket). We need to put a dent in their business and they need to feel the pinch of it. Atleast my future family tree will not visit sangeeta.

I was confused whether to buy in Sangeetha or theMobileStore, both are in the same building in Residency Road. After reading these reviews, i purchased in TheMobileStore. I dont care about the free gifts and stuff but i simply cannot tolerate how Sangeetha takes customers for granted. I have also convinced some of my friends to avoid Sangeetha Mobiles.
                    Hope more of such cases will prevent Sangeetha Mobiles from continuing to dupe customers.

                    Yes I do agree with this. Even I am among these people who got cheated by sangeethamobiles. I purchased 2 sony ericsson [protected]@Vijayanagar and opted for a DVD and watch (so called assured gift).
                    But when the gift was delivered to our home after 45 days, I was supposed to pay 1250 Rs as a shipping charge for a DVD. Its name is "Passion", which doesnt even cost 1000rs and its a big bazar product.Its the worst DVD player I have ever seen. Its warranty card is valid only if purchased from authorised dealers.
                    These guys are selling the products to higher amount in the name of assured gifts.

They had promised a Digital camera for the points we had accumulated. But the shipping cost they said would be reasonable. However, for a month i did not receive any calls nor contacts regarding this. When contacted Sangeethas, they said this offer for stupid camera was from the third party. Then i got a cal from this company and they say 3000Rs for shipping and handling charges for some stupid local digital camera. I have recorded the conversation of the same.                     Global Access Mobile Showroom — False Promise

                    I had purchased a Nokia N-72 about 10 months back(28/04/2008) from Global Access from their showroom in Frazer Town Bangalore. At that point of time the company had some assured offers for the customers buying mobile phones from their showroom . At the time of purchase I was given a scratch card and I won a holiday voucher for 2 days for a couple in some of the resorts or 3-4 star hotels in any of the selected places from their booklet in India. I was given a form which I had to fill and send to them with the scratch card and a copy of the invoice and they had promised that within 7- 10 days from the date they recieve the form they would be despatching the holiday voucher to my address. But I never got any call or response from them even after a month . I repeatedly kept calling them up and they kept telling me that they would get back to me but till today I have not got a single call from them. I am sure that they have cheated many customers this way . Hence request you to take some action against them.

                    More than 60000 customers bought under this scheme and more than 90% have all been settled.

                    We have still been closely following up and trying to resolve most issues thru calls, blogs etc.

                    You as the customer have in fact got the best deal on your mobile phone as on that date irrespective of the 120% scheme.Whereas we and only we are the losers on all accounts in trying to be very adventurous only to give better deals which no one else could match.

                    I strongly agree with my friend. Similar is my case where in I purchases a new mobile from Sangeeta Mobile at AS Rao nagar. It was not working properly with in a week of purchase. When i go to these peole they assured to replace the software or try to get the phone replaced. Howere, after a weeks time i get the same peace with nothing done.

                    This is day time robbery!!! I get my mobile back with nothing done. The person I spoke to called Sai was trying to wash his hands out of this matter stating ":You can take the phone home and try it is working fine". Wexed up with there attitude but to get the issue resolved i was adamant to get the issue resolved then and tried accessing the phone then which was of no use as it had the same problems as I gave them. The function keys dosent work and its the same case now. They have a kind of a service I have ever experienced. I didnot even get a recipt for the phone that i gave them for repair.

                    I demand them to either refund me with the money i spend on this or get me a new mobile

                    Now i am neither being offered a refund nor am i getting a new phone. I seriously bought a headhake spening around Eight grands.
                    I havent bought a cell phone from Sangeetha (thank god!!!). But I bought a battery for my sony ericsson S500i and the battery model is BST-38 from Sangeetha Mobiles Vijayanagar. Everything was fine for 2 days all hell broke lose after that. My battery never gave me 100%. As I was told that the battery was GENUINE and has a warranty I went to Trident Communications (Koramangala) authorized service center for Sony Ericsson. My phone and battery was under observation for 3 days and Trident guys told me that the problem is with battery not with phone and ORIGINAL SONY ERICSSON BATTERY BST-38 COSTS AROUND[protected]INR but I got the battery from Sangeetha for 820 INR (with bill) which itself says its not GENUINE (as told by sangeetha). To my surprise the sale person from sangeetha had given me an old or duplicate battery saying that it was GENUINE. Now i took the bill and the Job card (from Authorized service center)with the remarks of Trident Communications and showed it to the Sangeetha guys and they immediately said that they will replace it. Its been 10 days and every other day they say they dont have stock, I'm not sure if I will ever get the battery. But Im sure of contacting 2 People one is consumer court and the Sony Ericsson heads in India. Im game for anything. By the way I have all the documents with me.
                    We are moving a case to the consumer court as our company has been cheated during a purchase of 8 Black Berry sets where they have offered 8 blue berry handsets along with the set in email order confirmation by the storemanager. But after collecting the cheque they have only given the blackberry handset. So let us team up and make sure we will teach these guys a lesson.
                    We will make sure we will teach Sangeetha mobiles a lesson not to cheat the consumer and get away with this.

                    don't know/ DVD-R — first of all I've never received any products

                    I originally only wanted to order 100 DVD-R.
                    I erroneously ordered it twice.
                    After trying to resolve this issue I waited for the corrected order of 100 DVD-R to arrive.
                    I was told after about a month that they did not have the product in stock, and asked me if I wanted to cancel the order;
                    I said, no go ahead and send the DVDs as I thought I had already been charged for the corrected amount of 100 DVD-R on my previous credit card stement.
                    Now I get charged for another (2) -100 DVD-R on my current statement and I haven't seen one!

                    Or is this Charge of 119.93 for something else?

                    Next Retail — Improper installation and lack of after sales service

                    I purchased a 1.5 ton LG Air conditioner from NEXT retail @ Rmall Mulund on 8th April 2009..They did not install the unit properly because of which there was gas leakage and no cooling even in the lowest temperature..I called the LG call centre and registered a complaint their engineer checked and said that NEXT retail person has not installed the unit properly you call them and ask them to look into the matter...Then I called NEXT retail but they are askin me to contact LG officials...In this whole bargain its almost more than a month that the AC is not working and no action has yet be taken!!

                    Most of Sangeetha's prices are higher than regular dealers/small mobile shops even after so called one rupee margin sale. I verified prices of few mobiles at their new store on Sarjapur Road Bangalore. At least you can save few hundreds or even thousands by not shopping at Sangeetha Mobiles.
                    So after reading this blog, I wanted to try them out first hand. I went to their branch
                    in forum mall looking for a scratch guard for my brand new mobile (which I thankfully
                    purchased elsewhere). The guy asked me for phone and I gave him.

                    His boss asked him to peel off the original scratch guard already there on my newish
                    mobile thinking I won’t know kannada. I immediately took it back before he
                    could dig his nails in.

                    So analogy is if sangeetha mobiles was a clothes store, they would rip off your jeans
                    first if you ask them for a pair of jeans.

                    These sales guys are plain rude and unprofessional.

                    Nokia — FEEL CHEATED DUE TO NON BOTHERED ATTITUDE FOR A CUSTOMER WITH 20 YEARS OF LOYALTY

                    I have been sending emails on my grevence to nokia customer care from last more than 2.5 weeks but no respite. The insensitive and routine reply's which comes to me are very frustrating. I find my nokia N97 to be a very bad product. Its reset button is brother, software hangs very frequenty, the body of the phone has cracked from the audio jacket side as if its made of thin plastic. The phone is a burden for me rather a pride when i took a decision to buy this on the recommendation of their company show room rep in south x new delhi.

                    I feel cheated and betrayed by nokia and want compensation for the product in full Rs 19500 or a new replacment to it urgently. I am losing my bsns oppertunities due to terrible functioning of this phone every day and i feel like visiting their head office and bangng it on the face of their india md to make him realise how loosy is the custmer service of his company in india.

                    local battery of sony ericsson — tied up replacing battery again and again

                    sir, i have a complaint, i bought a local battery from a mobile repairing shop, near akshardham metro station, he gave me gurantee of 6 months on the local battery of sony ericsson worth Rs. 250. first day the battery didn't work, then on next day i went to return it, but they didn't returned and told that money is not refundable. he replaced the battery with another local battery, again the battery didn't worked properly, i again went to him and told him to refund money, but he told that he will arrange anothe battery till tomorrow. I have tired of replacing battery again and again, i was told at the time of buying it that it'll work properly and will give good battery backup. but my money went in vain, i could not go to shop daily for replacing the battery. gurantee doesn't mean to give bad product and replacing it daily. only you can help me. awaiting for reply:

It suddenly went dead, I took it to your authorized service center Prime-tech Services on SEP 12th 2011.GIVEN PHOTOCOPY OF MY PURCHASE RECEIPT AS PROOF. They informed that it will take time to rectify problem and call me. I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THAT MY MICROMAX Q7 IS NOT IN THE WARRANTY. I GOT PISSED OFF.TO REPAIR MY NEW HANDSET I SHOULD PAY 250/-. I INFORMED THEM, THAT THIS HANDSET IS NOT EVEN 1 MONTH OLD. Now they have to send my handset to the company for repair, because Iam not ready to pay 250/-.they told me that, it will take max 25 days.                     On 1st of July 2012 around 4 in the afternoon I bought Samsung Galaxy Y from Sangeetha Mobile, worth 7696/-. The merchant had two swiping machines and when he swiped the card for the first time the machine declined, then the second time he tried with the other machine it said the line is busy. However, I am not aware of the no.of times he swiped and finally, the machine accepted my payment and I happily got my new mobile.

                    On the same night by 10:30PM I was in desperate need of money and I rushed to the nearest ATM but I found there is very less money which was not suppose to be. The very next morning I straight went to the bank and took those transaction statements and went to Sangeetha. There one of the executives says that they have only debited my account once. And when I spoke to the manager he said he has to talk to the HQ and confirm if this has really happen and in-case if this fault has happen they will refund my own money only after 48hours. The best thing he said when I asked him why 48hours was "These bank people have no courtesy on their customers and we treat customers like god" {WTF}...

                    Dont you think he has to pay my money back with fine?

After we paid the amount they said that the blue-tooth stock is not available and hence they asked us to come back in the next week, we did that and still nothing after which they agreed on delivering the device at home, still no sign of them even after three weeks.
                    So we went in again and this time he started shouting at us saying that he cant do anything if there is no stock and we can do whatever we can.

Myself and my husband nearly 20times visited the Sangeetha Shop either in Jayanagar or in Gandhi Bazaar shop. the Jaynagar people are telling this Micro Max tab can run only with 3 GB photon where as in gandhi Bazar they are telling what they have given is correct. We have fed up with these things. Ultimately no positive result has come with so much of straining ourselves. At last i am approaching you.                     Not worth buying phones from sangeeta mobiles bought an XPERIA SP phone from them from 1st block rajajinagar manager name (ASHOK) which was DOA(Dead on arrival) so got the handset replaced but i paid for the scratch guard which cost me 250rs and they are not giving the scratch guard for the replacement handset they are saying it is gone and i should buy an other scratch guard for a DOA handset which wasnt my problem.
                    I purchased a HTC One mobile from Sangeetha Velachery Chennai on 31st May 2013 for Rs.39899/-.

                    When i purchased they said we have offer for HTC One as 0% emi interest and no processsing fee on my citibank credit card as well. Also they promised me that the emi charge for every month will be exactly the bill amount divided by 12. So I decided to purchase on 12 months emi.

                    Now when i got my credit card bill, they have charged me with 16% interest and when enquired with bank they said that its Sangeetha who has charged this percent of interest and its nothing to do with bank.

                    I contacted back the velachery sangeetha and the response was quite arrogant and improper. They said they never said its 0% interest and no processing fee and they talked as if I am lying. The people in the shop are quite arrogant they dont know how to talk to a customer.

                    Also they didnt give me any escalation number to contact and they said you can do what ever you want.

                    I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand on August 15th, while purchasing they said for 3 months and 6 month there is no processing charge, hence i went for 6 month now i can see there is 600RS processing charge taken from my account. I asked to delar they are saying we never said there is no processing charge, its real cheating done by CMH road (Indhiranagar) sangeetha, i enquired in other outlets including samsung shop they are saying 3 month and 6 month EMI there is no processing charge. Please dont cheat custemers like this. I would never prefer Sangeetha for any mobile purchase to any of my collegues.

                    I had given my mobile Samsung Galaxy Note1 for service. It had display problem and was re-booting and getting heated up behind near the camers. The service center took 7000 rs claiming they changed the display and did motherboard service. the mobile did not even work for 3 days. It had same problem. I have verfied with samsung authorized dealer and they have given a report that no display has been changed. I have been cheated. I have given the mobile back to sangeetha mobile, sai temple road, near ESI hospital, bangalore. It has been a week, the person by name moin is giving one reason or other and not fixing the issue and giving the mobile back. I need the money back else help me to sue these folks for cheating and wasting my time and causing mental tension.

                    I had purchased a Micromax P- 275 model tablet from Sangeetha mobiles outlet in Bangalore - 19th main Rajaji nagar shop on 1st block on 14th Jan 2013 as per Sangeetha invoice no. SI / RJ3/5915 dt.14/01/2013 and still it is not working and every time its kept in your Micromax service point. In between along with this tablet, your Sales executives has given a TATA DOCOMO data cards for a additional offer and it is also not working.

                    Several times repaired in your Authorized Service centre with your Sangeetha mobiles support with the long arguments and now it has repaired and handed over to your Sangeetha Mobiles sales Manager on 5th of January and the same has handed over to your ASC M/S Set point, near Jalahalli cross, Bangalore and job sheet nos is S[protected] dt. 07/01/2013 and after 10 days no one has called from your ASC &amp; Sangeetha Sales executives also.

                    After the Several times called to Micromax customer care point and the ASC has called me, your tablet is not ready, its not cover under warranty, only the repair job should be done under only paid basis. The same has informed to Sangeetha mobiles also, they have not given any assurance for this issue.

                    Now, I am very upset about this issue and not happy with your micromax products and Sangeetha mobiles dealers also. We had purchased every month 20 to 25 hand set mobiles for my TVS concern use from Sangeetha mobiles with Micro max mobiles only and the same is doing in our concern corporate use also.

                    Hence, One of the Small component of one Micromax repair problem is not resolve from your ASC, selling dealer also, why should I buy your Micromax products further. Still your customer care executive not taken any single call &amp; your Customer care nos also ringing, no resopnse and not picking the calls. Why these nos displayed in website for customer care activity.

                    Sangeetha Mobiles - Cheating Public on the name of own brand with bad quality


                    Don't bug sangeetha brand mobile or any mobile in sangeetha showroom, bad service and chitting the customers,

                    I got mobile on 29/01/14 sangeethta brand WHAM, I went to by samsung base model mobile staff/representative suggested me to go for this(WHAM) band has it's sangeetha brand so that they can get better service than other brand,

                    Just in 5days the mobile got display got damaged due to poor build quality and they even though it's in warranty they did repaired/replaced my phone

                    I would suggest better to got for reputed brand in well known place, even small mobile shop is fine but don't go in sangeetha

                    Sangeetha the worst mobile shop in India staff working in sangeetha are such a manner less ppl I had taken 8000 rrs wham mobile which was not working from the day I purchased and I went thrice for replacement but they dint and repaired same phone which started gettin hanged again and again and went went today and shouted on them for a new one they tried to hit me now m gonna a file a case against that showroom in consumer court I had made a purchase of nearly 83000 in sangeetha one iPhone 5s iPad mini then wham some [censored]in useless phone and this is the way u behave with costumer then let me show my power il make u ppl come on to the roads

                      Today morning in the news paper deccan chronical i saw an add from
                      Sangeetha mobile hyderabad
                      Aying
                      "deal of the day"buy 1 get 1free
                      Buy a w200i & get a j110i absolutely free
                      And they gave the model # as w200i and j110i
                      This is the ad i saw and checked prices
                      W200i price=4500rs
                      J110i=1250 rs

                      And 2nd ph has min. Features and not really worth since i thought it is coming for free i dropped in to the shop

                      To my big surprise he is not talking abt that deal and laughing
                      And saying i[censored] want the deal then buy w200i ph for 5500 u will get the deal
                      If you buy only w200i then it is 4500

                      Please take nessasary action...

                      Besides that sangeetha mobiles rates are relatively higher than the other comipetive stores

                      i purchased Nokia 5310 from Sangeetha Mobiles fourm mall kormangala bangalore in july 08.
                      there they promised that i will get 120% back as an assured gift.
                      i applied for a china make 4 megapixles digital camera for Rs 9000.
                      i waited for one month.
                      finally i called them in august.
                      they kept on delaying saying we will call you back.
                      finally they said i have to send a DD of Rs 2000 to get that digital camera.
                      why should i pay when they said 120% assured gift.
                      they are cheating public with the false promises.
