I ordered redmi note 10 aqua green instead of frost white by mistake I ordered and before billing I informed customer service team they said we will update soon literally I called them n number of times they said will change and updated you that is before billing and I mailed so many times not even single reply but billing processed after all these now they are telling we can't change because products already shipping am very disappointed...

I have placed a order at Sangeetha mobiles at 20/5/21 and it’s been a week and there is no response from the shop and when I tried to call customer care they are not responding properly then I requested to cancel the order and there is no reply from the support please help me to refund my money...

There is nobody you can contact after paying money online.

Support mail id rejecting mails.

Customer care no, if cutting the call as soon as it connects a representative

store from whre phone is to be delivered is out of service.

they have taken the money, promised for 1 day delivery and its 4 days no info.br...

I have made the payment to Razorpay software but didn't get update in order details.
I ordered Redmi Note 10 4fb RAM and 128gb storage Black colour one.

Please let me know if payment will be done to you by Razorpay or not. Will I get my mobile or not.

I ordered a mobile product in Sangeetha online shopping on 24th April 2021. The payment was also successful after the order, which says that the standard comes within 5-7 days of delivery. But the order has not been delivered yet.
I got blue dart parcel services tracking ID SMS after the product was approved, But the order with the same tracking ID was also given to another person.
The shipping address I gave did not receive...

I bought an headset just 15days back and currently its not working oneside. When i checked with showroom(Kamarajar salai-Madurai), the person is not a professional manner and simply telling that you pulled the wired so its not working. Then i asked thats fine, get the same response from iball then i will agree. Without any technical knowledge how those persons are answering directly to the customer very rood. I have ordered a mobile with order I'd SAN[protected]. And after one Month the product not delivered, but in tracking show the item delivered, then I complain they say technical issue, afterthat they didn't deliver .so I want refund and I call customer service, first they pick call then I tell the problem .then they don't respond my call and email.
Kindly take necessary action behind this reason and please refund my amount....
