I had a terrible customer experience with store manager silambaran in sangeetha mobiles tnagar branch and i would want to write a detail complaint over this experience so that other customers are aware of it.

Since, i am regular customer of sangeetha mobiles, i received an sms stating that i have been credited with rs.1947 as independence day offer and i was advised to show the sms at store to redeem it. I called customer care no. To know more details about it. They informed that 447 rs. Would be instantly discounted when you buy mobile and remaining 1500rs would be added in my wallet and i could use it in future purchases.
I reached sangeetha mobiles at 3:30 pm today (8/15/2020) and i wanted to buy redmi 8. Store staff informed that they had no stock available and they had to get it from their warehouse. I waited for 30 mins for the stock arrival.
Staffs informed me that price was 10, 500rs. And i informed them that mobile is available at 9, 999rs in mi store online. Staffs agreed to give me the mobile at price rs.9, 999 on the condition of removing sangeetha's special 6 months warranty. I was ok with it and decided to buy at mrp 9, 999. And, then i showed the sms about independence offer of rs 1947 and checked if they would discount 447rs as per the offer.
Store manager informed me that if they remove sangeetha's warranty (Rs.500) and they cannot reduce rs.447 further more. I was not sure about this scam. I was checking with him that i would be purchasing the mobile at same mrp. And ideally the offer should be applicable. Store manager 'silamabaran' was reluctant to provide proper clarification and he kept insisting me to complaint to customer care. He showed me the customer care no. [protected] which was stickered on the store entrance. I tried the no. And it was a false one and not in working condition.
I left the store for purchasing other items in tnagar and decided to come back later.
Around 5:30pm, i reached the same sangeetha mobile store to get the mobile at agreed price rs.9999 and there was another person seated in the cashier place. I asked for the same mobile and staffs gave me the mobile piece. I provided my personal info as per the procedure and i was close to make the payment. Again, store manager 'silambarasan' rushed inside and stopped the payment. He informed me that another person gave rs.1000 in advance to buy this piece. Ridiculous? Inventory was not properly managed in this place, there was no receipt for rs.1000 made by other person. I was furious not only because of that manipulated sms scam offer but i was waited for nearly 30 mins to get the mobile model and store manager was reluctant to sell the mobile.

I was checking for escalation matrix to raise it as complaint but the customer no. Was not reachable. Store manager was keep telling me to call customer care and complaint but customer care team was not attending the calls. If any higher authorities in sangeetha mobile is reading this complaint, i request to contact me to know the full story. Sangeetha mobiles will lose their loyal customers just because this kind of customer service provided in tnagar branch.

    I have asked for order cancellation for order no. San[protected] because product was not available with them. After multiple mails and calls, a person named lokesh gowda had called informed me about non-availabilty of product and when asked about refund, he informed me that it will be refunded within 7 days on 10/7/2020. As i haven't get any update, i have again called multiple times to their customer support. They only say that they will look and arrange a call back. On 1/8/2020, 13/8/2020, a person named satish from main office picked up and said the same. I haven't asked others names but talked to many people in between. Now they stopped replying to my mails and stopped picking up my calls also. I have requested on 1/7/2020 for cancellation and refund my money but even to this date i didn't get. Seems like sangeetha mobiles are big cheaters. They show product on app and take money. After order confirmation they won't deliver product and says product not available nor do they refund money. It all seems like fraud way to loot people money. Worst part is their support team

      I want raise a complaint against my online purchase of Samsung Galaxy M30s mobile done on 23/07/2010 (Order ID:SAN[protected].
      I have requested to cancel my order on 27/07/2020 based on the confirmation given by your customer care team that the product was no longer available in the stock and can't be delivered.
      Till now I have not received the product or any confirmation mail for the cancellation.

        I have placed an order(order no SAN[protected] on 27/6/2020. Initially money was paid but order didn't get confirmed. After mailing them with payment proofs it got confirmed. As per the order product should be delivered within 5-7 days. As I didn't get any update, I mailed them and also called them. I have been requesting for cancellation since 1/7/2020. After few days I got a call from them that product is not available and they will process the refund. Till now I didn't get any refund. Whenever I call or send mail, I only get one response that is" it's with concerned dept and is in processing". I don't understand how long does it take to process. Every customer care person picking the call tells that they will call back with updated status but I never got any update. I really regret placing an order with Sangeetha mobiles and would request others not to get fooled by these people.

          Hi.
          Let me tell you, i have lots of complaints about you.
          1. I have ordered the mobile online, as you promised it's supposed to be delivered in two days. That did not happen.
          2. The customer care/service is very poor, worst. They give same update every day, it means, they are not playing any role here. Disgusting.
          3. There is no update on my order and there is not an link/option provided for cancelling the order.
          4. When you do not have plan, capacity, and even particular mobile is out of stock, why did you accept the order online?

            I ordered samsung m30s on july 22 amount is debited from my card which is 15800 but in track my order it is showing payment is pending. I don't know whether my product is ordered or not. This is not fair, i want response as soon as possible

              I ordered samsung galaxy m30s today. My order id san[protected]. Transaction is successful and amount is debited from my account, but status in your website is showing as payment pending. Whether my product is ordered or not? When it will be delivered?

                Payment issue

                I recently ordered redmi note 9 pro max on 13 july 2020 at 15:09:55 pm. But even after my complete payment for my online delivery, i didn't receive any msg/email/order status from your end. Need a proper explanation from your side. I almost paid 17, 999 which got deduced from my bank balance but had no effect in the website and it still shows the order is pending. This is not what a reputed mobile services should do. I need you to resolve...

                Waste of time...no delivery status..
                Not support to customers..no one lifted calls...
                Minimum 12 days completed but no refund

                    Its been one month i am following up for my order #san[protected] for iphone se. I cancelled the order before three weeks since they do not have the item in stock with them. Till date, the amount is not yet refunded.

                      I have ordered for mobile on 27/6/2020. My order no. Is san[protected]. After sending mail and screenshots of payment proofs then only they confirmed the order. It has to be delivered within 5-7 days but still no updates are given. Even after repeated mails and multiple calls, no one responded. Pathetic customer service. No i regret for placing order in this and scared whether atleast my money will come back or not. They are not even responding to cancel the order and there is no other option to cancel in website other than mailing them. Now i'm totally worried after seeing other complaints. Will my mobile or atleast my money be sent to me?

                      My complaint is not yet resolved. They didn't cancel my order and didn't give any refund even though product is not available with them. I always get only one response that is in process. It's been a month but no refund yet.
                      It is of no use. They keep telling that they will look into it but we get no more updates. I regret placing order with them and tired of sending mails. If cancellation of order seems difficult here.

                        Ordered a phone on june 18th.
                        They called back and verified the address.
                        No update since then.
                        When i checked with them yesterday the response was that they are unable to ship it to my location.
                        If they are unable to ship then why don't inform it earlier than accepting the order?
                        Yesterday i asked for cancellation and no response on that.
                        They don't pick calls on the customer care number.
                        I need the phone asap or cancellation withfull refund.

                        Update - I received the phone but there is no invoice or any bill .They informed me to send copy of ID proof s which I did 4 days ago. God knows when I will get the invoice

                            I made purchase of samsung A20 mobile on 29th May 2020 I

                            Repeated contacting but unable to get response.Mosf of the times theyfont pick the call .incase they pick They simply tell will revert with details but never they call you back.Becoz of the delay I had to buy from some other shop. I have rewirdyrd to cancel my order and pay back my money, for which no response.
                            I intend taking legal course as the company is not responding.
                            Hope they respond or else...

                                    We have been placed order for Samsung Galaxy A2 core on 7th June 2020.It has been 12 days now we have keep on tried customer service multiple times but no response provided.We placed this order for an urgency and 12 days is really frustrating. We would need a mobile immediately as we already paid for the mobile. No proper response from customer service team.

                                    Kindly prioritize and deliver the mobile ASAP as we do not need delay further. If you are going to delay it please do refund the amount
                                    It's already 12 days from the date of purchase. We have contacted blue dart courier service with reference which provided by you 3 days back they were confirming that only pickup has been registered and no drop location provided yet until yesterday . And also they are confirmed that in this lock down situation they cannot give assurance for delivery ..We have ordered on 7th June but you have registered for pick up just 3 days before.. Why that much delay and why are you showing wrong information in your site . Today status showing as pickup was cancelled by shipper and again we contacted bluedart they said sangeetha mobiles cancelled the pickup.. From tomorrow lockdown is going to start in chennai.. Then whom will be responsible for this order? We have already paid the amount and the cancellation charges is 5 percent .Why do we want to pay for your mistake?

                                    I want to talk with an higher official and the agent Sathish has given confirmation but no call from their end as he is an irresponsible agent giving false commitment.

                                    I would need my order immediately, else refund my full amount. I would never pay cancellation charges for your irresponsible mistakes.

                                    For a single mobile order it's already 12 days and now also no proper solution and confirmation. But in your site providing wrong information as within 2 hours delivery.

                                    Too much annoyed

                                      U people were really irresponsible... I want to claim my phone. I just bought 4 months before only... U peoples are really irritating me.. How long should i wait to claim my phone... Is this a way u peoples were respond to the guest... A great applause the team...🤬.. Still now no response from your side.. Is this my job... I have lootz of wrk to do... Just claim my phone... Before this week
