Sangeetha Mobiles — bad behaviour by staff - not bothered, rude behaviour | |||
The staff at meenakshi mall sangeetha is very rude, not bothered. The guys especially at the temper glass counter are always forcibly selling expensive ones to the customers. This is my third bad experience since april 2017 when i was first there to buy a samsung handset. I was forced to buy a 500 rupee worth temper glass by talking highly of the quality and assured of a warranty. However the glass broke the very next day and when i went to question, the guy there treated me badly by being rude. The guys here have a terrible body language and facial expression when you question them about your rights. Yesterday again i was only told about the 399 worth temper glass instead of something cheaper and the guy was busy forcing me to buy it. Also, what is irritating is forcing the customers for their email address to generate a bill. I was made to wait for 15 mins just for a bill and i was told that an email address is mandatory. My question is who are they to force us to provide the email? Also, i wad told that a dumpy if would be created for customers without an i'd. This is ridiculous. Request you to. Look into it. We have purchased new mobile and asked scratch card he told to give cash i said i not having i will get in from bank before bring u purchase the scratch card and place it, for that he saying we have no cash in the account so u go and bring cash very bad response from that person.Employer Name : Vimal ID :8940
