Sangeetha Mobiles — cannot claim screen protection plan | |||
We bought a phone from sangeetha mobiles on may 19 2020 along with a screen protection plan. On may 18 2020 the phone screen was damaged and came under the purview of this plan. However on approaching the store as to how to claim this protection and the next steps to be taken we were met with a blank face. We have tried contacting sangeetha through various mean such as mail, phone, etc but to no avail. We have sent them repeatedly for the past 4 days with no response from their team. Even the one time someone picked up the phone they said that they will get back to us via mail by that night, which was a blatant lie. Even the store we bought the product from has no idea how to go further. In today's day and age it is imperative to have a phone as most of the work is done through it, if we do not receive communication about the same soon, we will repair the phone through the authorised repair centre and send the bill to sangeetha mobiles to cover the cost of repair.
