Sangeetha Mobiles — credit card cash back not yet received

I bought a mobile from sangeetha mobiles at velecheri main road, ralakilpakkam branch tambarm chennai on 23rd of sep 2017 by using my hdfc credit card under the 5% cash back offer.

But as on date this cash back offer is not yet credited to my account. I was contacted your mobile shop and they said it will credit after 90 days. But as of now 98 days over and it will not be credited.

Here with i attached the mobile bill and card bills for your reference.

So i request you to kindly look this matter at the earliest and arrange to credit the cash back amount to my account at the earliest. Thank you
