    I purchased moto5s mobile from sangeetha mobiles 17th main, marenahalli, vijayanagar on 23rd november 2017 evening at 6 pm but the mobile was with some problems in speaker and net work catching etc., so immediately after 1 hour i called back to the sales representitive and went there to change my set, but the sales personal told that they will return after deducting rs. 6, 000 (14, 200-8, 000) ie i paid rs. 14, 200 but they told that they will return only rs. 8, 000. Kindly do the needful.

      Dear sir

      Good wishes

      Let me introduce myself as a regular customer with sangeetha mobiles, annanagar, chennai 40 for more than 9 years. I have continously purchased about 10 mobile phones and did services also with them with high level of satisfaction.

      We have purchased a mobile a5-2016 with damage protection scheme for 1 year.
      Purchase price on 8.3.17 is rs.20783/- basic price.

      As on date the price of the same mobile (New piece) is rs.14100/- (Including all taxes)

      We have now come for a claim with annanagar sangeetha mobiles on damage protection scheme. Now they are asking 12, 884/- for replacing the same whereas the market price of the same mobile phone today is only rs.14100/-

      I also prefer to get another model of any price for which i agree to pay the difference amount.

      Request you to kindly look into this issue on merit of the case and approve me with getting any other model in samsung

      We understood your explanation..

      But the following points were agreed by your retail sales officer, mr. Ranjith, mob. No.[protected],[protected], sangeetha mobiles, annanagar, chennai - 600040 at the time of purchase

      1. The mobile handset covers a 50% damage cover policy for 1 year from the date of purchase
      2. Any damages caused to the mobile will be supported with 50% value from your side for the same model handset during the 1 year period
      3. The current market value of the mobile handset at the time of exchange for damage will be considered for the exchange under damage protection scheme
      In my case i am allowed rs.10396/- as 50% value by your annanagar showroom (They wanted me to pay rs.12884/- incl taxes for getting the mobile exchanged with a new piece) whereas the new mobile itself is only rs.14100 (Incl all taxes). I have also paid rs.1399/- in extra for the damage protection scheme at the time of purchase

      There are 2 options which i prefer...
      1. Please exchange the handset with new piece at the current market price as agreed at the time of purchase
      (Or)
      2. Please exchange the handset with some other model an adjust the 50% value of rs.10396/-

      Kindly look into the genuine issue and the agreement had at the time of purchase and please do the needful

      The complaint is not yet resolved. Rather trying to solve the issue, they are pointing fingers against each other between the salesman, manager and customercare executive. The price is nw even lower than 50% value of the bill. They need to solve my problem. Else, we have to personally acceed legal action against both Sangeetha Mobiles for the Fraudulance in Promise and the officer concerned for the illegitimate functioning. Let me prepare for the legal battle..

        When i habe purchased samung j7 pro the mobile cost was rs20900+200 & rs200 for sangeetha offer. But in a month the mobile price has come down to 19900 i. E rs1000 down. As per sangeetha price challenge if any mobile is getting price down in a month they will provide difference amount products in sangetha. Also i have checked in sangetha store today samsung j7 pro cost isrs19900. So please look into it and provide resolution foe same i. E difference amount.

        I had bought a mobile from sangeeta and after few months it didn't work properly so I had given it for services but they spoiled it more and now it isn't working only. Then told them to give new mobile or repair it properly and give instead they are bribing and not taking any action towards it and didn't repair it also
        Purchased a Samsung J7 Max mobile from Sangeetha in Bangalore . Is there any official site from Sangeetha where I can check the price drops for the next 30 days.?

          A sum of rs 11656 has been debited from my account... And the amount has been done void... On 19th october 2017... The sangeetha mobile at indiranagar told that amount will credited to my account in 2 working days... But it's almost 14 days now... Amount not yet credited to my account...
          I don't to go to media and other people... If i do that your shop image...in problem...

          Again i request to do needful at earliest

            They are refusing to claim a product against their policies.
            I went at bellari shop and discused to shop manager he not ready to replace within a day and also they told we don't have a same model stock after i called and discuss with customer care then the manger told we have same mobile stock in gold colour and same also be take 2days for claiming hence i'm requesting please replace my mobile if same model not available in stock replace with some other model i'll pay the remaining amount.

              I bought nokia 3 mobile i unbox the mobile on the toosame day i went to the showroom and told them touch is not working. They told update the software today and check on tomorrow if the problem persist go to the service center.
              If you it to us we it will take one week to resolve the problem.
              They told i am responsible for all the problem before i bought that mobile with i one day they cheat me

              I feel too bad i bought that mobile for my mom to see my kids photos but this people sold we the scrap and cheat me like any thing. Please take necessary action

                I had visited sangeetha mobiles to buy redmi note 4, but when i went there the seller had told me to buy lava z 10, and they told me that there is cash back offer if we didn't not like the mobile they would give our money back in the showroom. But when i went there to ask my money back they told me many new procedure which they didn't say it before.

                  I am take a mobile at srikakulam sangeethamobiles shop. It is not working. Request them to change it. But they don't respond anything. I take low cost mobile. If i take costly mobile; they behaving samely wats my condition. The voice and the pronounce of shop manager is very poor. We are high expectations for sangeetha mobile shops. But this type of behavior we are hurt. Thank sir

                      As i visited sangeetha mobiles store at ameerpet opposite to aditya trade centre and waited for more than half an hour to purchase iphone and vivo v5s mobile... As we waited for some time store manager who was wantedly avoiding to talk with us... Me n my friends felt very bad and we just walk out from store... As i tried to talk with him... Just avoided to talk and careless... I never felt this bad feeling ever before... If it was fully crowded we would not disturb them... But we are only customers waiting in store...
                      Sangeetha mobiles... Try to be polite with customers...

                        I have purchased tempered glass for my mobile at pallavaram branch, first and foremost different prices this tempered glass is been sold in different branches of sangeetha which is worst thing.

                        The first tempered glass which they put for my mobile they charged 650 rupee, the same was told 450 rupee in other branches, and it came off in just one day, they never replaced it and they were so cunning they told that the model which u want will come later and u need to pay 450 rupee extra, the thing is they don't know to stick the tempered glass.

                        Again on an issue i asked them to put the tempered glass but it was such a local tempered glass it did not cover all sides at al and full air blocked, the third one they put again yesterday and it is not stuck properly i feel like giving a police complaint, and they are charging 1000 rupee.

                        Please don't cheat customers and enjoy their money. Kindly ask them to treat customer well.

                            They have also told me promo code is worth rs 5000 and can be used without any conditions.

                              I bought two redmi note 4 devices in sangeetha mobiles mandya. There was a 5 percent cash back offer for visa card. Now 90 days over no response from sangeetha mobiles, if i went and ask them. To escape from the situation they are asking for slip. They didn't inform anything about the slip is needed to get your cashback amount. I'm very unhappy with sangeetha.

                                This is to inform u that i bought samsung j7 prime 32gb black in sangeetha mobiles on 08/aug/2017, i have purchased the mobile by full cash but the bill is given as i have payed by card. I asked them to issue the received cash receipts. But they are not ready to issue the receipts. So i need the proof of card details.

                                All the staff are worst, and they dont know how to speak with customer

Infact i bought gionee a1 on august 7th 2017 in jayanagar 9th block sangeetha showroom, but the price dropped on sep 11th 2017,, but the showroom people was saying like you missed with 3days later... But my friend was putchased oppo f3 on 10th august 2017.. Then he is getting price dropped offer... So that is 2days late.. How can it possible? And my friend has validity till 20th on this month...                                       I bought mi note 4 and this physical damage protection plan together on 22nd march 2017. Now i go to them to get my screen repaired due to physical damage, they don't care a bit and talk only about buying a new mobile on discount, instead of claiming my insurance and covering the cost of the screen replacement.

                                      I have repeatedly tried to resolve this issue by talking to the sangeetha mobile store in rajajinagar 2nd stage where i bought it, spoke to their customer care and everything. No one resolves my issue by helping me claim my insurance which i am entitled to, and getting the repair done.
                                      I am so frustrated at the worst after sale service i am having to go through. I want to file a legal case on sangeetha mobile and the 365 day physical damage protection at 899 vas. That they offered me on that day. Is this the way they take the senior citizen for granted every time? I wonder. Any help in this regard will be duly appreciated.

                                        I bought apple iphone se 32gb grey - [protected], at channarayapatna outlet. When we buying this phone, sangeetha employees promoted us to use paytm app offer of 3600. Rs discount on mentioned mobile. So we used this app and made payment of grand total rs.26, 125.
                                        So that they promised, will get back rs.3600 back to our paytm account.
                                        But till now amount not received. Kindly look into this very urgently and clear the amount.
