I bought this new mobile on 21st nov for my birthday. I took 3 to 4 photos within half an hour. It showed processing just like loading. Then while scrolling the took pics, it got hang. I bought the mobile at evening around 6.30 and went back to sangeetha stores by 8.30 to show my mobile being hang. They just opened the battery and reput it and said its working fine and asked me to take it home.
I rejected to take it back and asked for a replacement. After a hour of quarrel, they agreed and asked me to visit their store next store and will replace it within 1 hour. I went the next day and handed them my mobile. Till now i dint get it back.
On 26th evening when i called them, they said me to come next day and collect a replaced new mobile. But now sangeetha is giving me hell of reasons that service centre people are not agreeing for replacement and again telling me to collect my old mobile which got hang within 1.5 hours. Now they are also saying mobile getting hang is just a software problem and there is no warranty for it which they dint convey earlier.
While buying, sangeetha people talk lot on extended warranty, insurance, etc etc. But all this is fake. They are here just to cheat customers. Once we bought a mobile from their store and step out, their duty,. Their promises towards that customer gets over Was this information helpful? |
