I have gone to sangeetha mobiles, hsr layout, bangalore on jan 05, 2014 to buy a basic phone for my mom. I was looking for a reputed brand but the sales executives present their told me sangeetha have introduced a new good brand called “wham’. When i asked about warranty they said it is one year. When i asked about warranty card they said invoice is enough and all the terms and conditions are present in it. Now two months back (8th sept 2014) mobile stopped working even not powering on. I went to sangeetha shop kammanahalli for repair they gave me a card of their support team. Support team have taken my mobile. After 3 days i got a call from support team saying i have pay for the battery as battery doesn’t comes under warranty and told me to ask sangeetha branch for clarification. It was not told during purchase or mentioned in invoice. Now i called hsr layout branch mr. Rajesh and then mr. Sarvesh spoke to me and refusing to help me by saying accessories wont comes under warranty and it was understood. I am hearing a very rude tone now, which is completely different from their attitude time of purchase

    I had given my sony xperia l for touch & display change at sangeetha mobiles shop gowrivakkam office chennai on 13th september 2014. I was assured that the mobile will be rectified within 2-3 days. But even after umpteenth calls & visit to the office, till now i have not received my phone back. The response from the vendor side is also unprofessional. They had given some wage promises & lame excuses for not returning the phone back. Requesting you to kindly return my phone back asap with all the original parts. I will search for some other vendor & will get it rectified from him. Very dejected from this unprofessional ism from sangeetha mobiles.

      Purchased a mobile at sangeetha in mantri mall, bangalore. They gave 3 offers and by the time billing was done none of them materialized. They said will give the phone for 11400 and then a free 8gb memory card and tata photon dongle free. But they billed 11600 and nothing. After much arguing, they gave only 4gb memory card and didnt give tata photon dongle. They said that the promoter for that company has left job and will give dongle in 3 days as there is no stock. But after 40 days also, i have not received it and multiple visits to the showroom they dont seem to bother at all.. Now a new set of staff are seen in mantri mall whom say that they have moved to rajaji nagar branch and asked us to go there. (Not to mention the misleading insurance policy they give) is it the consumer who has to run around like this?? Sangeetha is full of cheaters and wrong promises and i'm holding myself not to use profanity here. They are nothing but cheap ppl who try to cheat customers. Will never buy again from sangeetha and have already spread the bad word as much as i can. If this is resolved to my satisfaction in one week's time, i will change my thought.. Else i will print notices and start issuing them in front of sangeetha showrooms.

If i called insurance company, they are telling sangeeha is pending to pay money. Please pay aginst the id — rna[protected] Already i sent mail to your customer care also. After almost a month later, they said that phone is burnt and take the replacement which is also not in usable condition.                 I have order for gionee m2 original filip cover, when bought gionee m2 phone from sangeetha show room (Rt nager), but still i haven't get any updates reg that.                     I have a samsung note 3 n9005, which i bought from saudi arabia. The display was not working, so i went to sangeetha shop in forum mall. Their the sales person jagadeesh told they will fix it for 13000 and will provide 6 months warrenty.                       I've bought smartphone htc from sangeetha mobiles (Mantri square branch). As complimentary, sangeetha has given me a tata photon plus device and forced me to take it, and also forced me to activate for rs.1000/-. They've given written statement saying the tariff details. (Recharge for rs.1000/- and get 10gb data free and its valid for 3 months). And, finally they've activated the photon number 8 days in delay, and gave validity for data usage for only 1 month, instead of 3 months (Which has been given written statement). Now, when i've asked them, they are saying helpless and they are not aware of the docomo agent who sold the product to me. Also, no one is taking care of my issue and i've went to sangeetha stores for atleast 5 times. There way of handling customers also not fair.

                            This is very bad. Mobile repair time take one week. It is necessary to hold mobile every time. I am every day received mobile alert from Canara Bank, SBI and Stock holding corporation. Please give it today or tommorrow.

                              I went to buy a mobile from sangeetha store, but the staffs as well as manager not ready to provide the service, and they were mis behaving with customers, they were not ready to tell features of mobiles, when as a customer we are checking the features even though they were not responding, when i asked something they were saying that we have some work tell me fast, but there is no customer at 2:30pm today, this incident happend today 2:30pm. They donot know who is customer & what is customer, even store manager doesnot know how to speak with customer...? How you guys are keeping such kind of illetritates & 's at store level i donot know, near to there univercell and jambo stores service is very good, Jambo staff are intractions with customer is very good. I thik all fools are working in the stores

                                When i bought an htc phone a year back at sangeetha mobiles in jayanagar 4th block already it gave trouble in the first week itself. I went back and got another handset after being redirected to the htc service centre 30 minutes by auto ride away. This handset also gave trouble - so i asked which is best model. The person at the sony counter suggested i go for an older model of sony xperia (The one with the light bar at the bottom) - it would freeze frequently This year that phone got stolen in a bus After running around to get all documents ready i gave insurance form to oriental insurance handling phone insurances for sangeetha mobiles With it was the police complaint — which policeman refused to take down as theft. For this reason my insurance claim was refused. All cheaters don't ever do business with these people

                                  I am sashank my mother purchased a wham mobile from sangeetha which costs 8000rs and it doesn't even worth price of a china mobile actually my mother doesn't have knowledge of phones she thought of buying some good big screen mobile by taking dis advantage they cheated my mother and made her to purchase wham mobile which is not working properly from the day of purchase and wen my parents went for replacement they said they will repaire it and after the repair same problem was there my parents went twice for replacement they dint do it finally when i went and shouted on them behalf of my mother they started using bad language and even tried to hit me by sayin who are you did u purchase that mobile it's your mother and said to get lost from the shop if this is the way they behave with costumers what any one can do so please kindly take action against them i am requesting i need justice and please make them to ban that wham mobile which is very worst they are cheating costumers on the name of that mobile

                                    I have purchased wham mobile at sangeetha mobile, brigade road branch, bangalore. Within 15 days of the purchase, the mobile has gone bad and picked by onsite electro service for repair on 12th july 2014. I was given numerous committment to deliver the mobile after repair. Today it is 14th august 2014, have not yet received the mobile back. I am suffering without a mobile from 12th july 2014. Mobile handset has become a part of life nowadays, but the service centre does not seem to be understanding this and not in a position to give any concrete answer. I will definitely think twice before going to sangeetha in future.

                                    cheaters - dont buy from here unless you want to throw away your money !!!

                                    i purchased a lumia 730 mobile from sangeetha's online website - shop 47. they are big time cheaters. when you want to buy their customer care guys answer your call, after buying the phone they dont bother to pick your call. they are real cheaters.

                                    my mobile had so many issues and few of them: this mobile takes 3+ hrs to fully recharge from 15%. yes it is true. voice breaks when on call and it heats up often. but none of the customer care guys pick up the call, and their live chat is a cheat. after reading their whole website i found out an email id and on emailing them, some human being called me but no use, he is a robot to say the same story again and again.

                                    he said that this may be a battery issue and will send me out a brand new battery and i agreed to it. but after 2 days of following up with him, he sent some used spare battery without any packing, i rejected it and he blames me saying that he removed it from a brand new box for me. all lies. and he says he cant give replacement and no refund :(

                                    i feel cheated.

                                    and he told me to go to a nokia service center myself and get it corrected :(

                                    in this case, why should i buy from these ? what is the use of delight service and additional warranty and insurance which i paid additional amount while purchasing?????

                                    i have told all my friends to stay away from cheater sangeetha and its brands :(

                                    sangeetha guys should be banned from india.. they are real cheaters..
                                    i wish there was a -100 rating.
