[Resolved] Sangeetha Mobiles — Micromax (a300)/repair problem | |||
I gave my phone micromax (A300) at sangeetha mobiles in btm 2nd stage, for repairing. It was having some display problem. After a week i got my phone, display was working but phone was not getting charged. Charging issue was not there initially something went wrong in store itself (Once the repairing guy accepted also but later went to deny as matter got serious). I gave my phone back to the store. He made me to wait for long time and finally gave rs.1000 (He charged me rs.2250 initially) towards the battery and the dead phone, he said battery was not available in the market and also said except battery everything is working fine. I complained it to the customer care and after the discussion they rufunded me the whole amount saying batteri is not available in the market. So, atlast i have my dead phone due to sangeetha mobiles. I went to micromax service centre, they said there is some problem with the motherboard which will cost me rs.6000. I asked them not to proceed with repair. So, now i have my phone without battery and motherboard problem due to that repairing guy. Please help me in this regard. I can provide you the receipt of refund they gave at last and mail conversation. Was this information helpful? | |||
