Sangeetha Mobiles — Mobile not delivered and money not refunded | |||||
Order id: naz1063691 Date ordered: 6th may 2017 @ 12:02 pm Payment method: online payment (Online payment) I had ordered redmi note 4 (4gb + 64gb) black by paying online 13490/- as per above details. The mobile was supposed to be delivered by maximum 20th may 2017.in the meantime after numerous follow up sangeetha mobiles wrote that mobile can't be delivered to my address so they will refund my money. Till now i didn't received the refund and no reply from them even after several reminders. I know i did the worst mistake by trusting on sangeetha moblies and paying online. Please help i don't know how to get the refund. When i call at their customer care number the call gets connected but i can only hear an automated voice and then everything becomes silent.
