[Resolved]  Sangeetha Mobiles — New mobile is having lot of issue

Hi team, This is to inform you that i have purchased the new mobile sony c4, which was getting heated up (43 to 59 %) and i have visited the sangeetha where i have purchased and thay informed to visit sony service center - mobile was again updated the software yesterday and now heating solved (They have not provided any bill or receipt for servicing) and phone is getting hanged continually without any response, when i check with them they are telling its fine. Hope mobile is used by me not the person who will see for 10 to 15 min. Mobile was purchased on 28-6-15 (Issue started from 1 of jul i informed them immediately but same dialog its working fine. Please let me know the doa eta and hope this is the first time happening with sangeetha and i am really disappointed on the running issue Please do let me next what step can i go to Please contact me if any concern is there on the issue (Chinnu.
