I have order the iPhone 13 from Sangeetha mobile application on 4th oct 2023 and I have processed all the step till the payment mode I have selected Bajaj Finance with no cost emi of 24 months and that was successfully completed, even from Bajaj finance team has been approved the sales from their side and the amount has been deducted from the Bajaj finance account, but their is no sign of my order details I have been trying to get this problem solved by contacting the support team I even dint got the good response and support from the team, the worst customer service ever.
I have contacted Bajaj finance support team as well on this and they have provided me the order id- OTPREQBFL[protected]
And I have one reference which I have received from the Bajaj finance team here the below details
Transaction Approved!
Txn ref no. CS[protected] requested on EMI Network Card ending 2004 has been processed for Loan of Rs 54074.00.

It's been 3 days i haven't received any kind of response from Sangeetha mobile s team. I have been trying to contact support team daily but no of them know what's going on each one of them taking their own time to get this solved but no result, the only thing they say is "give us 24 hrs time we have forwarded your details to our email support team they will get back to you soon" but no body has responded yet till now. Such a irresponsible staffs as well not even listening to my words and rejecting the call by saying "we can't able to find the order will check this out cal back to you later" and from their no call i literally need the compensation on a such a irresponsible and careless behaviour from Sangeetha Mobiles Private limited.
