I was using OLX account through my mobile number [protected] and with my email id [protected]@gmail.com. I haven't done any sales or purchase recently and I haven't done anything that is against the company's policy. But still my account is suspended for no reason. Kindly unlock my account.

        Hello My name is Riyaz kannan, I bought soundcore liberty air 2 tws from their online store on 30th March, it was a defective product so I returned that to their offline store and asked for a replacement, and after that I've been calling them daily for an update, they kept on telling we'll call you back once we confirm stock availability but after 10 days they said we couldn't arrange the replacement and I said it's okay just refund my money so that I can buy someother product, and they again started doing the same thing not replying to the email, not responding to the call well, their customers service worst to the core Iam writing this complaint so that they refund my money as soon as possible.

          I purchased a iPhone 13 pro max on 19/11/2021 from the Sangeetha franchise in Gandhinagar Bangalore. The salespeople there told me to purchase an insurance package for ₹12711 that will be valid for 12 months in case any breakages happen, it will be useful they said. They also added that in case the phone is absolutely safe and I don't claim the insurance for 12 months, I can come anytime later and collect my full refund back.
          In November 2022, I called the Sangeetha store, and the then salesperson (Dhananjay), who had assured me that the refund could be claimed whenever I visit the store with my bills.
          A week back when I visited the store to get my refund, the Sangeetha store guy completely denied my refund on the fact that the refund could have been claimed only on the 13th month and I visited the store in the 16th month.

          It was also only revealed to me that day that Dhananjay, the Sangeetha sales guy who had sold me the phone is now no longer a part of Sangeetha, so his words don't matter.

          I also told them that I did not receive a single call or message or email from Sangeetha as a reminder to collect my refund but the store manager screamed that they did their job right. When I asked him to show any log, he completely refused.

          I also called the customer care number given in the cheque, they asked me to speak to the store manager only who completely denied that he will not give me my refund since I am late in claiming that.
          Note: nowhere in the bill, its mentioned that the refund can be claimed until the 13th month. This was also never informed to me else I would have collected my refund.

          This is hypocrisy at its peak, clearly, the Sangeetha Franchise store manager is duping me with policies that were never mentioned. I feel cheated with such a huge amount that I had paid and there has been no response for over 30 days even after getting in touch with their customer service team

          I have been facing the same problem with Sangeetha mobiles, Puliangudi.

          I had purchased a one plus 9 pro on Nov 22, it's been more than a year, I've been calling them every other day to get my refund and all they do is ignore by saying that the people who sold it to me are no longer with the store.

          After repetitive calls they have replied to me saying that they would only refund the amount to my Sangeetha wallet and I can only claim by purchasing another gadget, when i was clearly told that if i has not claimed my insurance i would get my money back to my account.

          I have paid - 5, 931 ₹ for the insurance

Sales executive forcing buying this mobile.she told good performing mobile in all around. 21/04/2023 me and my went to trip using this mobile camera..rear camera is ok but selfie camera is very very worst .               My registered mobile number is [protected]. I was purchased mobile with damage cover on 13.03.2022 at besant nagar Sangeetha store. After 13 month i.e., on 15.04.2023 I went I submitted my expired damage production insurance but still neither received call or amount from them. Today, on 22.04.2023 again I visited the store and ask the claim amount. But I received response that "store manager is on leave today and come tomorrow". This is not the way Correct to treat customer. Moreover I clearly said I don't want any product from them against the claim amount. I need my cash back. Please look into this and sort out asap

                I had ordered Mi Portable Electric Air Compressor on 24 Feb 2023 from Sangeetha Mobiles website (Order #162254) but haven’t received it yet. I had called up their customer support 4 times, emailed them twice and tried to reach on their online support without any luck.

                Soon after this complaint, I had received an email from Sangeetha Mobiles on 4 Apr 2023 saying that they would be dispatching the said item and I would receive that in 2-3 days time. However, as of today, 11 April 2023, I haven't received it yet even though I had emailed them for an update but without a response from Sangeetha Mobiles!

                    I have bought a mobile on 30-JAN-2022, they have provided repair and reimburse damage protection invoice and the seller informed that the check for reimbursement can be claimed after one year at any time. But when I went to the near by sangeetha mobile store. They have told that the it shld have been claimed within 30-Jan-2023. As the swller has not informed regarding this(has to be claimed within one year).I request you to look into the issue and provide the reimbursement.

                      I had ordered iPhone 13 on 14th March and they said it will delivered on 15th March but it was delivered today on 16th March. On the site it was mentioned that 2000 cashback for HDFC credit card payment I also called customer care and made confirmation that cash back will be applicable only if you pay payment through pine labs payment method so I did the payment through pine labs payment method but still the cashback was not recieved. Then I contacte the customer care through chat then they was saying that through online payment cash back is not available only if you pay through offline store cash back is applicable. Please provide the cashback as promised or else don't follow the customer going forward try do a genuine business and attract the customer through proper business model

                          I have ordered Realme 10 pro+ GB Ram and 128 GB storage mobile from sangeethamobiles.com online on 15th January 2023. I was expected a delivery on 18th January 2023. But I haven't received the delivery. So I have called the Customer care mobile number and they told me that the mobile is not in stock. So I have cancelled the mobile and asked for the refund. The refund has been initiated as per the confirmation of the mail from the Sangeetha Support team. I did not received the amount yet. I have mailed them over 300 times and called them over 100 times. While the emails were not relpied, the people from the customer care told me to wait until the end of the day to get a callback. I did not receive any callbacks. I have paid Rs.25, 999. My order ID is 133364.

                                I have recently booked a mobile in Sangeetha Mobiles on 23rd Jan 2023 with online payment. I got a call on 26th Jan 2023 about non availability of the booked phone. I demanded the same phone bez at the time of booking of the phone, it was available on website. They suggested me to cancel the order and take refund. I said you have to cancel the order from your side and process the refund bez it’s not my mistake to cancel the order. Finally they cancel the order and said refund will be processed in 2-3 days. Even after 7 working days I did not get any updates or refund I had to call customer care send emails follow-up with both the Sangeetha team no use. Everyday I am calling to their customer care but except promise they are not giving anything. Their executive I was told the previous refund was not processed due to technical issue and now they have done it again, it was again a false promise and today on 10th Feb 2023 I again called the customer care and receive the same response saying refund not processed and need to wait till end of the day for update. Literally they are cheating the customers by keeping our money with them. It is a pathetic experience very bad service .I regrate for booking the mobile worth Rs 19890/- here in this website please don’t trust this website you will not get the product nor the refund. It is not secure to do a online payment when they have a such a bad service.

                                Refund not yet received so far, every day they are coming with new and false stories and basically they don't want to refund the money.
