Sir I order a mobile from sangeeta mobiles on 28/6/2021 my order is dispatched on 29/6/2012 I got pod no from sangeeta mobile. today 05/7/2021 when I track in bluedart is not showing any details, bluedart is showing (record not found ) 10 times i called to sangeeta mobiles customers care they are not given satisfied answer my product value is 40000 rs sir pls clear my product shipment details (pod no from bluedart [protected]) ......

I have placed an order with Sangeetha Mobile App. Initially it was showing your order was placed and then showing as failed. Amount got debited from account and got the correct payment id. When i asked them to check my Payment ID in my screen shot and they are checking some other Payment ID then saying amount not credited. We bought a phone from sangeetha mobiles on may 19 2020 along with a screen protection plan. On may 18 2020 the phone screen was damaged and came under the purview of this plan. However on approaching the store as to how to claim this protection and the next steps to be taken we were met with a blank face.

We have tried contacting sangeetha through various mean such as mail, phone, etc but to no avail. We have sent them repeatedly...

I bought a mobile from sangeetha mobiles at velecheri main road, ralakilpakkam branch tambarm chennai on 23rd of sep 2017 by using my hdfc credit card under the 5% cash back offer.

The coverage of insurance repair that would be done is not by authorized service center of the manufacturer. If the phone is repaired via insurance - the manufacturer doesn't cover any...

I ordered a mobile phone from Sangeetha Mobiles on 12th May 2025, with a delivery date of 13th May before 10:30 PM. Today is 15th May, and I still haven’t received the product. On 13th May at 3 PM, the customer support team informed me it would be delayed by 1–2 business days. Later, another support call mentioned 2–3 working days, meaning delivery by 16th May.

Since then, I’ve been repeatedly calling their third-party support, but all they say is that my issue has been escalated to a senior staff member. For the past three days, I haven’t received any update—no calls, no messages. They don’t have given a proper Written statement about the issue, nor do they let me contact Sangeetha dealers directly.

This delay and poor response have caused me stress, anxiety, and inconvenience. When I asked for compensation, they offered only a ₹250 voucher, which is unacceptable. As per Indian consumer rights, I’m entitled to proper compensation, but they claim they lack the authority. When questioned about their responsibilities, they remain silent and unhelpful. I still can’t reach the actual person responsible for this delay.

Am bought redmi buds 4 active on 23 April 2024 am paid the amount of the product they told me to we will send bill copy to your WhatsApp app due to server issue they said still am not getting any bills on my WhatsApp app

As I have taken redmi A3 4GB RAM and 128 GB. So I reached near the Sangeetha mobile and dealer given me the bill after 3, 4 working days. And I see that the bill provided to me, it seems like it's not the bill of Sangeetha, there is no logo in that bill of Sangeetha.So I need a clear justification on this.
