Insurance Fraud by sangeetha

I purchased a iPhone 13 pro max on 19/11/2021 from the Sangeetha franchise in Gandhinagar Bangalore. The salespeople there told me to purchase an insurance package for ₹12711 that will be valid for 12 months in case any breakages happen, it will be useful they said. They also added that in case the phone is absolutely safe and I don't claim the insurance for 12 months, I can come anytime later and collect my full refund back.

I had ordered iPhone 13 on 14th March and they said it will delivered on 15th March but it was delivered today on 16th March.
