I purchased a Samsung mobile from Sangeetha Mobiles store in Belagavi, on 15th may 2022. At the time of purchase the salesman insisted I buy the VAS insurance worth Rs.2542 for a year, with a promise that if the insurance is not claimed by the year, the whole amount will be credited back to me in SMPL Cash in the Sangeetha Mobiles app And then I will receive a cash refund of the same.

Hello I have bought C25Y REALME mobile on date 02/05/2022.And mean while I even claimed money back gurantee by paying 1500/- rs.

And while we are claiming they said after 1 year if the phone didn't get damaged we can get our clqaimed money back in any of Sangeetha stores in India.

As I m living in Sindhanur (Raichur dt: Karnataka state) after 1 year we went to the Sangeetha store in Sindhanur to unclaim. Bt the people's working there said us to come after 10 days and if we go after 10 days they said to come again after 15 days.

After being tired we started questioning them and later they said to call the Sangeetha store where we actually bought our phone.

And later we called the Sangeetha store where we purchased our mobile.. And I explained the issue I have faced to them. And then I got the unclaimed money back to the Sangeetha wallet but it was exceptional to the accessories.

So this is the problem I have faced and mean while the claim thing was expired.

I kindly request you to give us the exception on accessories so that I can buy accessories on that claimed money.

        I've ordered a TWS Earphone worth Rs.2499 from Sangeetha Mobiles Online Store on 10th May 2023. I received the package on 13th May 2023. When I opened the package, I was shocked to see the earphones along with the case missing. Immediately, I've emailed their support ID with the incident along with the opening pictures to initiate a return and refund. Till date, I've not received a single reply nor refund from them. This kind of pathetic behaviour from a fraudulent company selling mobiles is unacceptable in the society. It should be purged from the market. Never trust a fake goods seller.

          I ordered a smartwatch for Rs 4999 on dt. 03.06.2023 and delivery expected was on dt. 04.06.2023. But till today dt. 07.06.2023 there is no update regarding my order. I don't want that product now because i have received it from somewhere else. So kindly cancel my order immediately and refund my money.

            I Had Ordered a Motorola Headset MOTOROLA Escape 210 Bluetooth Headset

            Instead they have delivered MOTOROLA Escape 200
            Customer Care is not giving relevant resolution
            mail is not getting responded

            i have been scammed by another company tied up with this mobile phone distributor which is a PAYLATER app called Simpl which has billed 899 rs for this wrong product and are sending messages to pay them before 05/06/2023

            kindly resolve this issue with both companies before due date to pay the bill generated by PAYLATER COMPANY SIMPL

                This is gowtham from thirupporur
                I purchased vivo t1 Pro mobile in Sangetha mobiles at last year on Sangetha mobile anniversary and there is 99rs display damage warenty in my mobile

                Still the issue is not resolved, more then 20 days still insurance not claimed, I visited the branch of thirupporur, they are not knowing the current status of my claim. I never seen this kind of service from thirupporur branch . Let me know what's was my current status of my claim . Every 2 days once I am visiting the branch and asking the status but they are telling till in progress. Seriously I dost know how long it will take. Initially they said with in 2 days claim amount will credit in my account. But more then 20 days it gose I am still waiting. Just let me know when I will get my claim amount. I don't want any unnecessary reason

                        Hello My name is Riyaz kannan, I bought soundcore liberty air 2 tws from their online store on 30th March, it was a defective product so I returned that to their offline store and asked for a replacement, and after that I've been calling them daily for an update, they kept on telling we'll call you back once we confirm stock availability but after 10 days they said we couldn't arrange the replacement and I said it's okay just refund my money so that I can buy someother product, and they again started doing the same thing not replying to the email, not responding to the call well, their customers service worst to the core Iam writing this complaint so that they refund my money as soon as possible.

                          I purchased a iPhone 13 pro max on 19/11/2021 from the Sangeetha franchise in Gandhinagar Bangalore. The salespeople there told me to purchase an insurance package for ₹12711 that will be valid for 12 months in case any breakages happen, it will be useful they said. They also added that in case the phone is absolutely safe and I don't claim the insurance for 12 months, I can come anytime later and collect my full refund back.
                          In November 2022, I called the Sangeetha store, and the then salesperson (Dhananjay), who had assured me that the refund could be claimed whenever I visit the store with my bills.
                          A week back when I visited the store to get my refund, the Sangeetha store guy completely denied my refund on the fact that the refund could have been claimed only on the 13th month and I visited the store in the 16th month.

                          It was also only revealed to me that day that Dhananjay, the Sangeetha sales guy who had sold me the phone is now no longer a part of Sangeetha, so his words don't matter.

                          I also told them that I did not receive a single call or message or email from Sangeetha as a reminder to collect my refund but the store manager screamed that they did their job right. When I asked him to show any log, he completely refused.

                          I also called the customer care number given in the cheque, they asked me to speak to the store manager only who completely denied that he will not give me my refund since I am late in claiming that.
                          Note: nowhere in the bill, its mentioned that the refund can be claimed until the 13th month. This was also never informed to me else I would have collected my refund.

                          This is hypocrisy at its peak, clearly, the Sangeetha Franchise store manager is duping me with policies that were never mentioned. I feel cheated with such a huge amount that I had paid and there has been no response for over 30 days even after getting in touch with their customer service team

                          I have been facing the same problem with Sangeetha mobiles, Puliangudi.

                          I had purchased a one plus 9 pro on Nov 22, it's been more than a year, I've been calling them every other day to get my refund and all they do is ignore by saying that the people who sold it to me are no longer with the store.

                          After repetitive calls they have replied to me saying that they would only refund the amount to my Sangeetha wallet and I can only claim by purchasing another gadget, when i was clearly told that if i has not claimed my insurance i would get my money back to my account.

                          I have paid - 5, 931 ₹ for the insurance

                              My registered mobile number is [protected]. I was purchased mobile with damage cover on 13.03.2022 at besant nagar Sangeetha store. After 13 month i.e., on 15.04.2023 I went I submitted my expired damage production insurance but still neither received call or amount from them. Today, on 22.04.2023 again I visited the store and ask the claim amount. But I received response that "store manager is on leave today and come tomorrow". This is not the way Correct to treat customer. Moreover I clearly said I don't want any product from them against the claim amount. I need my cash back. Please look into this and sort out asap

                                I had ordered Mi Portable Electric Air Compressor on 24 Feb 2023 from Sangeetha Mobiles website (Order #162254) but haven’t received it yet. I had called up their customer support 4 times, emailed them twice and tried to reach on their online support without any luck.
                                Sangeetha Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Soon after this complaint, I had received an email from Sangeetha Mobiles on 4 Apr 2023 saying that they would be dispatching the said item and I would receive that in 2-3 days time. However, as of today, 11 April 2023, I haven't received it yet even though I had emailed them for an update but without a response from Sangeetha Mobiles!

                                  Waiting for my refund for over a month

                                  I have bought the mobile on 30-Jan-2023 with the repair and reimburse damage protection plan and the seller has informed that the reimbursement can be done after one year in the near by sangeetha mobile store. But when I visited the nearby store they have informed that the check needs to be claimed within one year. I request you to look into the issue and provide reimbursement.
