I have recently booked a mobile in Sangeetha Mobiles on 29th Oct 2022 with online payment. Even though the product was not available they dint care to inform us on that I need to contact the customer care and then find out the issue and ask them to cancel order when they can provide me the mobile. They asked me to write email to customer care [protected]@sangeethamobiles.com and placed the cancel order by using mail, as they don t have option to cancel the order through portal. But status on the Order did not show as cancelled for other 5 days. Again, had to call the customer care to check on that they ensure the refund was process on 5th oct 2022 and sent a screen short to my email and asked me to wait for 7 days. Even after 7 working days I did not get any updates or refund I had to call customer care send emails follow-up with both the Sangeetha team and bank no use. Again, on 18th Oct when I called the Customer care and spoke to the executive I was told the previous refund was not processed due to technical issue and now they have done it again and I should receive by 21st Nov 2022 which is again a false promise and today on 22nd Nov 2022 I again called the customer care and receive the same response saying refund not processed and need to wait till end of the day for update. You will get mail about this but don’t care to respond since its not your money rite?. Literally fooling the customers keeping our money.it is a pathetic experience very bad service .I regrate for booking the mobile worth Rs 23999 here in this website please don’t trust this website you will not get the product nor the refund. It is not secure to do a online payment when they have a such a bad service.
