Sangeetha Mobiles — Online order not getting cancelled or refunded

I ordered an iphone worth 159900 on 22nd September where it was showing to be delivered within 48 hours. Later that day I got a message from them telling its not in stock. I called them to cancel the order and they asked me to send an email for cancellation request and I did the same on 22nd September at approx 11:30AM. Since then I have called them multiple times and even emailed them but I keep hearing is that it will get cancelled within end of day. I did get calls from multiple people from Sangeetha official number itself asking for confirmation and I have confirmed the cancel the order but still not cancelled nor refunded. Its been 5 days today and as per their policy if an order is out for delivery they cant cancel but my order is not in any of that state as there is no stock.
Please help in getting this cancelled and refunded.
