Sangeetha Mobiles — Refund of Online Order not given

Hi,

I had placed an order through Sangeetha Mobiles Online Website(www.sangeethamobiles.com) for Apple Airpods Pro. The Order ID is 10458. The order was late so I had cancelled the order. Their online website does not have a Cancel Option. I mailed the support team at Sangeetha Mobiles and after repeated mails I got a reply saying they have accepted the cancellation. I had paid through Zest Money. I did not receive any word on the Refund Status. After mailing them repeatedly I got a reply saying they are working with Zest Money to process the refund. It has been 25 days since they said they are working with Zest Money. I have mailed them repeatedly regarding the refund and I have told them that I am raising a complaint. So doing the same

I have purchased samsung mobile in sangeetha online.i received 2years before manufactured product and box is not in good condition... i talked with the support team to exchange my product they convinced to open the box and use it and if its any problems they promised for replacement... i had heating issue and battery bulged.. i asked for replacement they are not replacing now... and asking to go for service centre... worst response... not standing in their words... just they gave me old stock... and its like a scam they are doing
