I have purchased redmi 7 pro mobile in your store because your store people told me that if you purchase here you will get 3000 rupees cashback in that cash anything you can purchase from our store and also that 3000 amount will be credit in 5 to 6 days and also they have told something something and they washed my brain nicely after that i have purchased redmi 7 pro mobile, after 10 days (today)again I visited your store your store people's behaved like (I didn't purchased any phone and snageetha store not offered any offer like 3000 cash back offer etc) and even store people not having proper information about what offer they are providing how that offer will work, so please suggest further action plan and how I can get my 3000 cashback
