I have a very worst experience of sanageethamobiles porur and 0% satisfaction.
I have buy a vivo v9 mobile on july month which is have 100% cash back offer.in that time i clearly asked to them about the offer details. So far they said to me "sir sangeetha mobiles celebrating this month and we have a offer like 100% cash back for each and every mobile which is buy this month only.in this offer you can get a coupon worth of 2300 rupees in next 10 months
Each month have 2, 300 rs. We refer you to download the sangeetha care app from playstore then you can get a coupons from that app,
Conditions appy: this offer wont appy for samsung mobile and iphone",
And then i buy a mobile vivo v9 worth of that month 23000. They get a money from me 23600 rupees. I asked to them why this much money you require from me bill value shows only 23000. They said that was taxes and packing charges something. Then i leave it. Pay money and buy a mobile form sangeetha mobiles. After that
I did't get a coupon in my mobile i go and ask them "why its happening like this i did't get a coupon why?". They said "we facing a issue on sangeetha care app within a week you can get a coupon don't worry". Then i went from there i did't get a coupons also in one month later.
In next month my friend wants to buy a another mobile which is oppo f7 worth of 21, 999 i suggest to buy a mobile with my coupon you a get a offer worth of 2, 300 rs. And then we went sangeetha care and get a mobile oppo f7 and went bill counter. I said to the manager "i have buy a vivo v9 mobile last month till now i did't get my coupons and now need to buy a another mobile so please do needful of this." that manager said "okay sir we will mail to our head office we'll redeem that coupon. If you get a coupon also you never get a 2, 300 because we have a terms and conditions we wont give you that full cash back amount. After deduction of tax and gst you can get a 1300 only for each coupons you can redeem that when buying any mobile expect samsung and iphone"
Note:
1st cheat is. They did't tell me that tax deduction information, and more over. That manager did't gave me offer atleast 1, 300 also they reduce only 1000 rupees
After this incident i thought "oh we can get only 1, 300 for each one mobile for next 9 months"
And now (09/09/2018) what happened is:
Info: i did't get a coupons till now. This is third month, i missed one coupon because forgot to use it.
Now i need a on 4g mobile for second use. I thought "we have a coupon worth of 1, 300 we just buy a new mobile with that coupon."
I went a store to buy a micromax mobile worth of 3, 500. I get that mobile and went to billing counter. Told to them happen things about did't get coupons till now but need to buy this mobile using my 1, 300 coupon.
They said now. "we wont reduce that much of amount. We offer you to only 10% which you newly buying mobile worth. If you buy a mobile worth of 23, 000 we will offer you 2, 300, other wise we wont gave a for all mobile in same prize"
This new manager promise to me. We can give full amount of 10% to you for any mobile.
Now thing is why old manager offer me only 1000 rs.
And then i tell full story of previous experience with old manager. After that this new manager told me "why you accept that offer. Why you did't fight for that full offer. Why you buy that mobile" like this only that manager told me
If i agree with this new manager. Then my question is why that old manager cheat me 1, 300rs.?
If i agree with that old manager. Then my question is why don't you give me now 1, 300 rupees offer.?
Why am not get a coupons till now in my mobile?
Totally i fully cheated by sangeetha mobiles...
So kindly do something for me. Need to now why they speaking lie. Why they wont tell this details while i buying my vivo v9 mobile.
Is that manager cheats me they take my money? Or they cheat sangeetha mobile or sangeetha mobile cheats me?
