I have purchased oppo a71 phone from sangeetha mobiles on 19th april 2018 with 50% cash back policy by giving an extra charges of rs. 119.75 at branch rajajinagar-3 (According to policy, i can return the phone within a year and can claim 50% of the amount)

Last week i had been to sangeetha to buy a new phone by returning my existing oppo a71.
Shopkeeper calculated and and given me a rough amount as a cashback claim which comes around 38%.
I was just wonder and asked the reason for reducing the claim amount from 50% to 38%. He had no valid reason, not ready to talk to me and it was so unprofessional behavior.

It is open cheating to the customer by not providing 50% cash back as assured.
I request someone to look into this issue and help.

    Hi i am swamy i buyed note 9 first in byadralli... As today i went to buy another phone but more than 2 hours they not responded me... And they were busy chatting each other... I am complaining because i have respect sangeeta.. But there d grade staff making company name spoil... Mainly the person was bajaj alliance person who seated in manager seat... Who was wearing clip in teeth... And other who was looking like slum person...

      I had purchased a phone sony xperia z5 dual and it is not delivered to me due to unavailability of stock. They are denying to refund the amount to me. I had called the customer care executive for online department of sangeetha mobiles pvt. Ltd. They told they would call me back but no reply till today.
      Mr. Naresh the sangeetha mobiles store manager told me to select another phone as they would not refund the amount and he tried to sell me an old sony phone telling it is new phone and seal of the box was also broken.

      To hide their mistakes, they have taken down the sony xperia z5 dual phone from the website.

      I taken Samsung A9 2018 model .From my mobile they upgraded some thing they less the price 24, 00.After billing they collected again that amount.They told they will give by 10th.When I am going to the they r telling some issues .I don't like sangeeta too bad .it's on sahakar Hagar banglore took bad sangeeta stores

Not giving valuable product for that and taking the balance amount for themselves and telling that is for documentation.. Very worst service from sangeetha mobiles...           I have bought redmi note 5 pro with price drop scheme for that i paid extra amount.
          And within 30 days price got dropped for 11k but i didn't receive coupon code after visited showroom they said i'll receive coupon for 3000, but it's not came more than one week.
          After long struggle... Contacting customer care and showroom for last 8 days now they saying only 1000 coupon will be given.

          They are cheating customer... Worst service ever... Please don't trust sangeetha mobile showroom.

            Hi Sir/Mam,

            I have purchased a mobile on 22nd Nov 2018 in sangeetha mobiles-Marathahalli branch Bangalore. Mobile wroth was 14000 rupees.
            At the time of purchase in the sangeetha website few offers were there.
            Those are
            1. If the customer pays money through paytm wallet, customer will get 1000 rupees cash back to paytm wallet within 10 days.

            Issue: I have not received cash back and they are saying that offer got added into website by mistake.

            2. 20% in 14000 it means almost i have received 2800 rupees worthable paytm vouchers for PAYTM MALL, ELECTRICITY and MOVIE.

            Issue: Paytm mall vouchers for all FMCG products. But not able to apply.
            For electricity bill minimum amount should be 300 for 150 rupees voucher.
            But warning is coming that minimum bill should be 1000 rupees. Vouchers validity is 90 days. Almost 60 days completed.

            3. I have opted for Price drop alert. For that i have paid extra money also.

            Issue: Price got reduced 1000 rupees. But i haven't received any benefit for that.

            Due to above issues almost i lost 3000 rupees.

            I have sent around 45 mails to Sangeetha customer care and managers.
            No bady responded properly.
            45 Emails information is very difficult to attach here. So Few screen shots i am providing.

                      I’ve purchased an iphone 7 from sangeetha marathahalli. I was offered compliments and one was a back cover which they didnt provided. Askd me to come down next day morning and its been a week. They have given the cover to another customer. Now again they are asking me to wait for months. The personnels are adamant like and not ready to help. They are simply keepon extending it and don’t want to speak also. The was so rude to me over phone. Simply saying the accessories was given to other person and i was not given it.

After 3 days some problems in mobile phone and i go for services centre he checked and he told for replacement and services centre people did dos for that mobile. After that i go sangeetha mobile showroom in bydarahalli (Mobile purchased showroom) and ask for replacement but showroom people saying that is ur problems u come another time we don't have that phone and after that i asked him to i want today but that people saying not giving today and saying go do complaints anywhere i don't care and mis behaive wirh me please take proper action on this showroom

                            This is to bring to your notice that we purchased iphone 7 on 25th of november 2018 at the sangeetha outlet at Doddbommasandra. your executive available there named Sayed explained us that there is paytm cashback of 8000rs when buy the phone by swiping for 40000rs. he just told us that the 8000rs would be divided like 60% for shopping 20% for paying bills and 20% for movie vouchers and told us that we would get vouchers. what he did not explain us is how it actually works so once we got the cashback we got vouchers and when we tried purchasing from paytm it is asking us to make a order of minimum value 1500rs where as the voucher they provided is 750rs only and that too it is not directly reedemed. first we need to make payment of 1500rs minimum value from our card and then they will put the cash back into paytm wallet which needs to be spent again so please let us know what is the point in having such offer where we need to buy from our money and then they give us some 750rs. your executive available gave us incomplete information and has fooled us. no proper solution has been provided till now.

                              I had bought one iphone 8 from sangeetha mobiles store in phoenix market city, bangalore. While purchasing i was told to get a cashback if i do a emi transaction from hdfc card. It was supposed to be credited with in 90 days, but its been 5 months i am yet to get it. I have escalated it to the support team and has been calling them but no respond from the support staffs in fact they never pick up the call. When i visit the store i was assured to get an update with in 15days but that also not happened.

                                Yestarday i bought the j8 samsung mobile on 19th oct and mr kiran promise me to take mobile next day for accessories for getting some lucky deep, today is 20th oct morning 12pm i given the mobile for accessories and again go to store at 10pm to store but he is not done the acceeand also talk very rudely while asking y accessories not done, if this continues in store no customers will go for shopping

                                    Sangeetha mobiles is a cheat and the staff are cheats. They cheat customers with offers without telling about the conditions of offers. I was sold a phone with 100% cashback anniversary offer that i can buy anything from the store with monthly coupons. And now they are saying that you can purchase only mobile phones with the coupon and not any other things from the store.
                                    For mobiles also they are now saying only 10% off will be given.

                                    The selling agents never told these conditions and not when i am approaching them to avail my offer coupons i am being told about these conditions.

                                    with this offer they expect someone to purchase a phone every month for 12 months. and that too a phone above 9000 or something.

                                      And then i buy a mobile vivo v9 worth of that month 23000. They get a money from me 23600 rupees. I asked to them why this much money you require from me bill value shows only 23000. They said that was taxes and packing charges something. Then i leave it. Pay money and buy a mobile form sangeetha mobiles. After that

                                      I did't get a coupon in my mobile i go and ask them "why its happening like this i did't get a coupon why?". They said "we facing a issue on sangeetha care app within a week you can get a coupon don't worry". Then i went from there i did't get a coupons also in one month later.
                                      In next month my friend wants to buy a another mobile which is oppo f7 worth of 21, 999 i suggest to buy a mobile with my coupon you a get a offer worth of 2, 300 rs. And then we went sangeetha care and get a mobile oppo f7 and went bill counter. I said to the manager "i have buy a vivo v9 mobile last month till now i did't get my coupons and now need to buy a another mobile so please do needful of this." that manager said "okay sir we will mail to our head office we'll redeem that coupon. If you get a coupon also you never get a 2, 300 because we have a terms and conditions we wont give you that full cash back amount. After deduction of tax and gst you can get a 1300 only for each coupons you can redeem that when buying any mobile expect samsung and iphone"

                                      Note:
                                      1st cheat is. They did't tell me that tax deduction information, and more over. That manager did't gave me offer atleast 1, 300 also they reduce only 1000 rupees

                                      After this incident i thought "oh we can get only 1, 300 for each one mobile for next 9 months"

                                      And now (09/09/2018) what happened is:

                                      Info: i did't get a coupons till now. This is third month, i missed one coupon because forgot to use it.

                                      Now i need a on 4g mobile for second use. I thought "we have a coupon worth of 1, 300 we just buy a new mobile with that coupon."

                                      I went a store to buy a micromax mobile worth of 3, 500. I get that mobile and went to billing counter. Told to them happen things about did't get coupons till now but need to buy this mobile using my 1, 300 coupon.

                                      They said now. "we wont reduce that much of amount. We offer you to only 10% which you newly buying mobile worth. If you buy a mobile worth of 23, 000 we will offer you 2, 300, other wise we wont gave a for all mobile in same prize"

                                      This new manager promise to me. We can give full amount of 10% to you for any mobile.

                                      Now thing is why old manager offer me only 1000 rs.

                                      And then i tell full story of previous experience with old manager. After that this new manager told me "why you accept that offer. Why you did't fight for that full offer. Why you buy that mobile" like this only that manager told me

                                      If i agree with this new manager. Then my question is why that old manager cheat me 1, 300rs.?

                                      If i agree with that old manager. Then my question is why don't you give me now 1, 300 rupees offer.?

                                      Why am not get a coupons till now in my mobile?

                                      Totally i fully cheated by sangeetha mobiles...

                                      So kindly do something for me. Need to now why they speaking lie. Why they wont tell this details while i buying my vivo v9 mobile.

                                      Is that manager cheats me they take my money? Or they cheat sangeetha mobile or sangeetha mobile cheats me?

                                      Let me know the decision which is mad by sangeetha mobiles. Please do need full as soon as possible


                                      I need a refound of last threee months my coupon value or atleast need a cheated amount
