regarding 3000 cashback offer issue in sangeetha store

I have purchased redmi 7 pro mobile in your store because your store people told me that if you purchase here you will get 3000 rupees cashback in that cash anything you can purchase from our store and also that 3000 amount will be credit in 5 to 6 days and also they have told something something and they washed my brain nicely after that i have purchased redmi 7 pro mobile, after 10 days (today)again I...

We purchased Xiaomi redmi note 7 pro and we got a 3000rs voucher from sangeetha but the voucher isn't working. During the time of purchase they said that this 3000rs coupon can be used completely to buy another phone. When we went to buy a new phone they said this voucher will only be for 500 and u can't use the entire 3000rs. Sangeetha mobiles begur road employee were very rude when we went and asked this. During the time of purchase they say one thing and after the purchase they say entirely different thing.

    Myself parashuram c satigi, psu bank employee purchased a samsung galaxy a 50 mobile for rs 20000 on 1st may 2019 from sangeetha mobiles rs#a006, 007, a008, ground floor, akshay corner gokul road, hubli-580030, after one month the price has been cut to 18500, when i asked details about this your sales person behaved in a negligible manner, and later i even asked for buy back price to purchase vivo v15 pro there only, but your employee didn't responded, behaved rudely, without seeing mobile they quoted below 10000, this is a very poor service from sangeetha store i ever seen, it leads to loss of most valuable customers, so i request you to look out the matter serously...

      Actually i bought new mobile oppo f11
      They told they have paytm cash back offer on purchase... Never told what is the offer...
      Only explained that if you purchase the 20000 rs you will get 6000 rs vouchers in that
      4000 — gold voucher (Kalyan jewelleries)
      1000 — other electricity and
      1000 — paytm mall...
      They will never tell that there are some conditions for these vouthers
      I purchsed mobile then went to kalyan jevellery shop for 4000rs
      I got shock... To use 4000 rs voucher you need to buy 1 lakh rs gold...
      This was hidden at the time of purchase...
      This is a big fraud by sangeetha to attract customers
      Moreover coming to cost of mobile
      Actual cost in online : 17000 rs
      Sangeetha i paid : 20000 rs
      Complete fraud shop... Never ever buy anything in sangeetha shop

        My name is punith and i am from mysore.. I had visited your dd urs road sangeetha mobiles showroom on 23rd of march and enquired about redmi note 7 pro and i have paid 2000rs for pre booking and sale manager told me that handset will get with 7 working days but til now i have not received mobile and i have visited 5 times to same showroom and requested for cancellation and demand for amount refund but till now am not getting amount and the response of the shop is very poor.. My simple question is if you people not able to give service to customer why you are there in system, we thought that sangeetha mobiles is a big company and given very good service but here your people spoil your band as well as name

        It is demand from customer that i need handset i don't know what you people will do i need wothin 2 days or else i will take this to consumer court let's see what will happend

            Hi, last month i purchased samsung s10+ in sangeetha mobiles tiruvattriyur branch. At the time of purchase, one of their employee has promised that i will get a level 2 headset for purchasing s10+ after that i agreed to pay and got the mobile but till now i didnt receive any response from them and also they stole my galaxy store coupon code which is applicable to me and they applied my coupon code to other person and they redeemed rs.6000 for unknown person.
            I need my coupon code redemption amount and as they promise they must give level 2 headset.

            Please look into this and do the needful.

            I am purshased mobile in sangeetha they people fraud because they said 6000 cashback but they gave me voucher but while redeem voucher we need to purshase 50000 product its favor for marchent only so please take neccessary action

                By last month of march 7th i was purchased a mobile from sangeetha mobiles shadnagar pin 509216 rangareddy, telangana oppo a7 4gb ram 64 gb internal but that mobile price dropped and i didn't get any message or call regarding that my price protection will expire in 2days regarding this i went to store but they are not giving me response then what is the use of this price protection offer i am not satisfied with your store and your offer

                After checking price in online Sangeeta mobiles, I have visited the store, but without proper explanation of product by workers, they have charged Rs.750/- more when compared to regular online prices.
                I would like to know why they have charged 750 rupees, when compared to online stores.

                  I have purchased oppo a71 phone from sangeetha mobiles on 19th april 2018 with 50% cash back policy by giving an extra charges of rs. 119.75 at branch rajajinagar-3 (According to policy, i can return the phone within a year and can claim 50% of the amount)

                  Last week i had been to sangeetha to buy a new phone by returning my existing oppo a71.
                  Shopkeeper calculated and and given me a rough amount as a cashback claim which comes around 38%.
                  I was just wonder and asked the reason for reducing the claim amount from 50% to 38%. He had no valid reason, not ready to talk to me and it was so unprofessional behavior.

                  It is open cheating to the customer by not providing 50% cash back as assured.
                  I request someone to look into this issue and help.

I am complaining because i have respect sangeeta.. But there d grade staff making company name spoil... Mainly the person was bajaj alliance person who seated in manager seat... Who was wearing clip in teeth... And other who was looking like slum person...

                      I had purchased a phone sony xperia z5 dual and it is not delivered to me due to unavailability of stock. They are denying to refund the amount to me. I had called the customer care executive for online department of sangeetha mobiles pvt. Ltd. They told they would call me back but no reply till today.
                      Mr. Naresh the sangeetha mobiles store manager told me to select another phone as they would not refund the amount and he tried to sell me an old sony phone telling it is new phone and seal of the box was also broken.

                      To hide their mistakes, they have taken down the sony xperia z5 dual phone from the website.

                      I taken Samsung A9 2018 model .From my mobile they upgraded some thing they less the price 24, 00.After billing they collected again that amount.They told they will give by 10th.When I am going to the they r telling some issues .I don't like sangeeta too bad .it's on sahakar Hagar banglore took bad sangeeta stores

                          I have bought redmi note 5 pro with price drop scheme for that i paid extra amount.
                          And within 30 days price got dropped for 11k but i didn't receive coupon code after visited showroom they said i'll receive coupon for 3000, but it's not came more than one week.
                          After long struggle... Contacting customer care and showroom for last 8 days now they saying only 1000 coupon will be given.

                          They are cheating customer... Worst service ever... Please don't trust sangeetha mobile showroom.

                            Hi Sir/Mam,

                            I have purchased a mobile on 22nd Nov 2018 in sangeetha mobiles-Marathahalli branch Bangalore. Mobile wroth was 14000 rupees.
                            At the time of purchase in the sangeetha website few offers were there.
                            Those are
                            1. If the customer pays money through paytm wallet, customer will get 1000 rupees cash back to paytm wallet within 10 days.

                            Issue: I have not received cash back and they are saying that offer got added into website by mistake.

                            2. 20% in 14000 it means almost i have received 2800 rupees worthable paytm vouchers for PAYTM MALL, ELECTRICITY and MOVIE.

                            Issue: Paytm mall vouchers for all FMCG products. But not able to apply.
                            For electricity bill minimum amount should be 300 for 150 rupees voucher.
                            But warning is coming that minimum bill should be 1000 rupees. Vouchers validity is 90 days. Almost 60 days completed.

                            3. I have opted for Price drop alert. For that i have paid extra money also.

                            Issue: Price got reduced 1000 rupees. But i haven't received any benefit for that.

                            Due to above issues almost i lost 3000 rupees.

                            I have sent around 45 mails to Sangeetha customer care and managers.
                            No bady responded properly.
                            45 Emails information is very difficult to attach here. So Few screen shots i am providing.

                              Hello i am regular customer of sangeetha i bought new samsung a7 2018 128/6gb on 15/12/2018 i paid 26000 something net cash but now its price has been dropped to 22, 900 so 26 days completed from the date of buying the phone it is under 30 days so i am legally eligible to ask my difference amount but i didn't receive any price drop message from you when 8 get my drop difference amount.. Please provide my price drop difference amount i have receipt and all neccessary documents. It is nearer to 30 days incase you are not responding to my complaint your the responsible i am asking legally. I also added..

                                      I’ve purchased an iphone 7 from sangeetha marathahalli. I was offered compliments and one was a back cover which they didnt provided. Askd me to come down next day morning and its been a week. They have given the cover to another customer. Now again they are asking me to wait for months. The personnels are adamant like and not ready to help. They are simply keepon extending it and don’t want to speak also. The was so rude to me over phone. Simply saying the accessories was given to other person and i was not given it.
                                      Sangeetha Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have purchased nokia 7.1 newly launch phone at sangeeta mobile YESHWANTPUR unit 2 but the phone performance is not good.
                                      I'm facing screen shaking problem while I play video . So I'm requesting you people to take fastrack action on above complaint

                                      I have bought a Microsoft Lumia 430 Dual Sim..I has manufacturing defect in phone its not functioning only.When i went to sangeeta store they told me go Nokia Care centre and bring BOMI Certificate. But Microsoft / Nokia officials refused to give it.
