We have noted your concern and sincerely regret to inform that only original invoice will be accepted by insurance complany for insurance claims as per policy, hence we will not be issue a duplicate invoice for insurance claim however we will help you with providing a duplicate invoice only for filing police complaint.
Please send a mail to [protected]@sangeethamobiles.com with handset IMEI details, purchase date and name on invoice so that we can provide a duplicate invoice for filing police complaint.
