I bought a new lava iris x1 phone from sangheeta bangalore on 26 july, 2014 (Around 4pm). That phone was faulted with in 24 hours (27 july, 1pm) so i asked them to check for the same. They asked me to contact there customer care department i. E. Onsite.com (As they claimed - req. No. 91945) and i was told by selvi (Sangheeta customer care agent) that there company will replace my phone with a new one or i can buy any other phone as a replacement. You can check this on http://care.onsitego.com/ however, it's been 4 days and i have not got any information. If i call onsite people they didnt listen and say they dont have any update. Please sir, help us and save against these criminals. I know they have big contacts that is why they freely chat with people. If you can help me in getting money back it will be really nice. Even if they ask me to new phone, i do not want and would like my money back. I know they can do anything with me but if something happened to me than this online complaint will be a proof of my culprits.
Please ask them to revert my money, i cannot win against such big people but i would prefer to die for my right.

The faulty handset has to be taken to the brands service center, who in turn will issue a Dead on arrival(DOA) certificate if the handset has a genuine manufacturing defect. Once the Onsite team receives the same it will be delivered to you and you can visit our same outlet and collect a replacement.

Secondly, I got a call with you manager and he has promised my for DOA for new phone altogether as a replacement however even he was not sure since he was busy in IF and BUTS. If you guys don't cater to the client then please don't a fool of them. Today is 4 August, please return me my money i would rather like to donate my money somewhere rather than buying faulty phones from you.
As mentioned earlier, I was told by SELVI your CC agent that I will get a Replacement as I contacted your Customer Care with in 24 hours. So i will not take any repaired phone if by any chance I will get any.
My biggest mistake of my life that I bought a faulted phone from SANGHEETA MOBILES.
