My first and last experience with sangeetha mobiles. I wanted to gift a smartphone to my father and went to check out my options in sangeetha in phoenix mall. Bangalore. One of the store representatives convinced me to buy wham mobiles. He sold me lies like since it is a sangeetha brand they are giving 2 years warranty which included theft insurance and physical damage. I was told any damage is covered by insurance and it will be door picked.. Fixed and dropped back. So i decided to go for it and bought the mobile wham ws47. After 2 months the mobile fell and there was a crack in the screen (Which generally most phones can withstand). Anyways, it took me a week to finally get connected to their pick-up service number (Onsite) to come and collect the phone. They took all my original bill and took the mobile. I tried calling the customer care often to get the status update but it was really difficult to get any. Really horrible service. After a month they returned my phone as it is without any repair and without the original bill. When i tried to understand why the phone was not fixed they told me to contact the store. I visited the closest sangeetha store but he said he can’t help me and asked me to go to the store i bought the mobile. Finally when i went to the store this is what i get from the same guy from which sold me the mobile. He told me to go and visit the insurance agency and he can’t help. After months of follow up with the customer care and running around with different store i broke my patience. After some arguments with rep i asked for the store manager. The store manager came and told me to pay another 6000 and get a new replacement. When i tried understanding why should i pay when i was told it is under warranty he didn’t even respond. I even asked them to repair the screen and i was ready to pay the amount for it. All i was asking them to repair the screen. But no one wanted to talk to me. The manager went away saying he is not bothered. I never felt such kind of hospitality and arrogance in any service before. I felt totally cheated and would definitely share my experience with my friends and relatives so that they could save themselves with such fraud. As informed please visit our Gandhinagar store for replacement by paying the difference amount. An added advantage is your damaged handset is also returned to you which you can get it repaired directly from the service center by paying the service charges.     Hello sir, Address of sangheeta mobiles: 12, chinmaya mission hospital road, state 2, indiranagar, bangalore, karnataka[protected] I bought a new lava iris x1 phone from sangheeta bangalore on 26 july, 2014 (Around 4pm). That phone was faulted with in 24 hours (27 july, 1pm) so i asked them to check for the same. They asked me to contact there customer care department i. E. Onsite.com (As they claimed - req. No. 91945) and i was told by selvi (Sangheeta customer care agent) that there company will replace my phone with a new one or i can buy any other phone as a replacement. You can check this on http://care.onsitego.com/ however, it's been 4 days and i have not got any information. If i call onsite people they didnt listen and say they dont have any update. Please sir, help us and save against these criminals. I know they have big contacts that is why they freely chat with people. If you can help me in getting money back it will be really nice. Even if they ask me to new phone, i do not want and would like my money back. I know they can do anything with me but if something happened to me than this online complaint will be a proof of my culprits. Please ask them to revert my money, i cannot win against such big people but i would prefer to die for my right. Thanks tarun

    Dear Tarun, The faulty handset has to be taken to the brands service center, who in turn will issue a Dead on arrival(DOA) certificate if the handset has a genuine manufacturing defect. Once the Onsite team receives the same it will be delivered to you and you can visit our same outlet and collect a replacement. We will check the status with Onsite and update..     I am still waiting and does not know what is going on. I was first promised that I will get a DOA in a day or two but still awaiting.

    Secondly, I got a call with you manager and he has promised my for DOA for new phone altogether as a replacement however even he was not sure since he was busy in IF and BUTS. If you guys don't cater to the client then please don't a fool of them. Today is 4 August, please return me my money i would rather like to donate my money somewhere rather than buying faulty phones from you.
    As mentioned earlier, I was told by SELVI your CC agent that I will get a Replacement as I contacted your Customer Care with in 24 hours. So i will not take any repaired phone if by any chance I will get any.

    My biggest mistake of my life that I bought a faulted phone from SANGHEETA MOBILES.
    SANGEETHA MOBILES IS A FAKE MOBILE CHAIN .. BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS...

    I KNOW YOU PEOPLE DONT WANNA RETURN MY PHONE AND I AM GONNA FILE A CASE AGAINST YOU PEOPLE YOU ILL PEOPLE.

      Micromax a102 got failed within 10 day from the date of purchase. But, sangeetha mobile, peelamedu, coimbatore branch is not ready to replace the product. When a product fails within 10 days either the product quality is worst or the seller sold a year old product. When i talk to store, the response from them was very poor. Please don't apporach sangeetha mobiles to buy a mobile if you want a good costomer service after sales.

        Hi The sangeetha shop at arekere gate sold me a defected gionee p3 mobile in april and i went out of station after purchasing the Mobile. When i opened the mobile for use, i found that some parts of the touch screen is not working. I came back to bangalore and went to the shop. They asked me to call the customer service "onsite". I called up and they came and picked my mobile with original bill on 15th may 2014. After that i followed up with them over the phone every week but there is no solution. They are not returning my mobile and i have spent a pretty good amount calling them. I feel that i am harassed now and neither my money nor the mobile is returned to me. I am not getting any response from sangeetha now and it looks like no one is bothered about customers. Best regards, Vinay sharma [protected]

Nw the thing is i didn't got my bill... N if i call n ask to forum mall banglore they keep on telling me tat i will get the bill 2maro...               I brought the nokia lumia 1320 some days back. I did not open the box and phone condition till my birthday (20 days after purchasing). When i checked the condition of the phone i found the camera is not working and phone is not working properly. Please don't buy the phones at sangeetha stores. I doubt they are selling duplicate mobiles.

              Vikas you are right that they are selling damaged products. But nothing can be done they have contacts and can do anything.

                I have purchased screen guard worth 300 rs in sangeetha mobiles on 7th june 2010. It hardly lasted for 10 days. I saw the way he has put he has not properly put it and the dust entered and damaged the screen guard. I took the phone to them on 25 june because i was out of station. They are saying you only have peeled it off and u have put it. Why will i peel it off? Am i a small child to do it??
                What is the use of going to such expensive one its better to put 100 rs one..
                They are very rude and not at all answering. Do not ever purchase any type of accessories in sangeetha mobiles. And they were saying what ever you want you do nothing happens to us. We need to show them what people are. So guys please avoid sangeetha mobiles.

                  I have made online complaint through[protected] that my sony mobile is not getting over heat all the time, volumes buttons and camera were not working.
                  On 28 the may onsite people had picked my phone - veryfing the device and today that os on june 7th 2014 returned my phone without rectifying the phone getting over heating and volumes buttons not working.
                  I have reached siri comminications - they mentioned it's an mother board problem and mentioned sony will not replace mother board.
                  Please help how to proceed further - i can't use this phone as it's burning my ears.

                    On 17/05/2014, i have taken nokia 710 mobile in sangeetha mobiles at gandi nagar branch bangalore. On the 4th day itself it got switch off and was not getting switched on. I have taken the hand set for the dealer on 5th day and he told me to go to service centre, in service centre i came to know that accessories was not the one which is given by nokia company ltd. On 9th day i hav etaken the mobile back from service centre and 10th day i have taken that to sangeetha outlet. On that day on duty manager telling me that "you have taken this mobile before 11days, so we are helpless on the issue". By hearing this i raised my voice so he said me to go jayanagar and told me that "he have spoken with manager and they will replace the handset for me". When i went to jayanagar they were not responded to me. Next day when i went to sangeetha outlet, i was met the person who sold me the mobile, when i have explained the thing happened, he opened one more hand set which was on display and given me all the accessories of that box and replaced the battery of the mobile. After that my mobile got switched on, and the old battery he kept in the new handset box and again kept it in the display in front of me itself without any hesitation. Is it correct to give opened handset to customer? Next visitor who comes to outlet to buy that mobile, what will be his situation?... What should i do, because i have taken tampered handset unknowingly which he is claiming original?

                      Worst mobile shop in india is sangeetha... I have bought galaxy core in velachery division... And they told me that they will provide me free insurance, free apps etc...
                      After purchasing the mobile phone i checked the bill in which insurance number was mentioned... Unfortunately after one month i lost my mobile phone in chennai and i suddenly reached velachery sangeetha and inquired about the insurance. It was a great shock for me from their reply. They told me that the phone did not cover the insurance. I fought with them by showing the insurance no was printed in the bill but they said that it is printed in all the bills but there should be a word called swift then only it covers insurance. I fed up totally.. I was cheated... Sangeetha mobile are totally cheaters... No customer service... I am sure u sangeetha will not attain good position... Dont buy in sangeetha mobiles

                        Shopno47, Below is my order confirmation message i received. The website clearly stated that the product value is र1500, pick & drop service +र1, insurance +र1, 1 year extended brand warranty +र1 total: र1503 only. Find attached screen shot of your website that says the final price that i need pay and the sms confirmation that i received which says that i need to pay only र1503. Also the email confirmation received from your end to pay the grand total: र1503. Note: also i have also attached the payment option screen of your website which does’t states anywhere that the mentioned amount is only the pre booking amount! I placed this order via cod and i need to know when will i get my shipment delivered. People from sangeetha mobile reverted saying they will cancel my order need to know why! If its your mistake of giving wrong price thats not my problem.

                        We have already clarified to you on the same subject which was escalated by you. let me clarify it again since you have raised this issue on public forum.

                        - the model sony xperia z2 which was due to launch was made available on website as a pre-booking option @ rs.1500 only ( please refer your own first attachment which says clearly "pre-booking" on the item code itself.
                        - the word pre-booking in itself is more justified to be understood that its only a part of the order or towards the advance for the same ( kindly refer wikipedia to get the meaning of "prebooking" for more clarity)
                        - I have also attached some more proof of our website screen shot which cleary says all terms n conditions on the same, n more details are clearly mentioned on our terms o[censored]se page - https://shopno47.com/terms-and-conditions/
                        - the product cost about rs. 49000 and you being a employee of flipkart which is our competitor must very clearly know that no insane person or website will offer it at a throw away price of rs.1500, so please try to STOP making false statements and look to jump for an cunning oppurtunity.
                        - we have the right to cancel your order since you didnt accept to pay the full amount once after release of the product. please remember- you had made the order through cash on delivery option and we havent taken even a single rupee from you regarding this order. so please stop making allegations.
                        - regarding the sms - its a generic order acknowledgement sms sent by default to all customers who have succesfully placed the order online. sms cannot be customised based on orders and hence it didnt say more terms n conditions regarding "pre-booking" due to character limit of 120 letters only.
                        - and just to add more info for our other customers who might just read this - Mr.SOLOMON RICHARD is an employee of Flipkart.com who is looking for an oppurtunity to malign its competitors name using a very tricky way of creating hype over a trivial issue.

                        Same problem with me.. Confirmed the order and after the delivery item someone calls and says that the color is not available and try to push you with what ever color they have. Very bad on my first order itself. pathetic customer care...
                        I feel that all these are basically mis-communications due to wrong usage of words which even I noticed at the sangeetha mobile
                        showroom. It was mentioned 'buy one mobile and get one free'. This means
                        that if you buy one phone at the MRP rate you get another free. But on
                        checking the MRP I found that the rate the shop was quoting was slightly
                        less than double the amount of the MRP. This implied that the shop was
                        ONLY 'giving some discount when you buy 2 pieces of mobile'. It was not
                        'Buy one get one free' offer as the shop was stating. I think Sangeetha
                        mobiles should recheck their words and phrases used in ads and offers
                        properly before releasing it to the general educated public

                          I visited sangeetha mobiles store in inorbit mall, bangalore to buy a good tablet in a good brand at affordable price. The guys in the store did a lot of marketing and made me buy a swype tablet. They mentioned it had a 3d display and also under warranty onsite pickup service etc., they could not give a demo because they dont have any opened boxes. I paid and realized that there is nothing like 3d in it after opening the box. The goggles to be used along with tablet were also broken. I have requested for an option to go for a different tablet but i was not allowed. They opened another box and gave goggles from it. So i could not argue further and took it home. From the day 1 charger kept making sound when switched on. After 3 days charger stopped working. Slowly two lines appeared on the display. I took everything to the store. They mentioned, they are no more responsible after a sale. We had only one option that is to call onsite people. After onsite people collected the tablet, they informed us that we should pay about 350/- for charger repair and 850/- for display repair. The total cost of tablet is around 4000/-. How can i spend another 1200/- within one week for a repair? We have done a very normal usage of the tablet and what could cause such a damage costing us so much for repair? I really dont know what to do with such a defective product. I argued with onsite on why charges, they mentioned they have no link with sangeetha mobiles. They take the additional money we pay to sangeetha and provide pickup and drop. So i requested them to give back the defective product as is and kept at home. I would really want to explore returning this tablet and buying a different one from different brand even if it costs more. I dont understand why sangeetha mobiles has to do marketing and promotions for such brands and waste the customers money. Mobile stores like sangeetha should suggest best to customers among the brands available in the market for their good future. Otherwise customers like me will choose to walk in to authorized stores of actual brands only and not to sangeetha or any other resellers. I would appreciate any justice done to the amount i paid. 4000/- rs is not worth a tablet which can be used for 3 days. Raja babu ([protected])

                          Will this complaint be resolved or not?
                          I have not received any call or response on this complaint.. It has been a month. The product is just lying unused.
                          I think it is better to buy electronics in branded stores rather than resellers like this who market and sell defective pieces.
                          I hope I have not lost 4000/- for a two day fantasy with this tablet. Such a useless expense.

                            With reference to the above subject i wish to submit the following facts for your kind information and immediate necessary action:- The above said phone had been given for display repair to the m/s sangeetha mobiles store, marthahalli branch on 07/03/2014 and the same was replaced and returned on 08/03/2014 and charged an amount of rs.3500. With in a months time, the display starting opening and the same was reported to the service department on 06/04/2014 and handed over the set to them on the same day, after producing the display bill. They also refused to give a job sheet/ repeat job sheet for the same. After they checked the phone, they told me that the battery has to replace and i obliged and paid an amount of rs.1900 and the set was returned on 08/04/2014. After a week of the repair, the display again started to malfunction. On taking the handset to the service centre, i was informed that it would be a software issue and the next day, they informed me that the display once again has a problem caused by manufacturing defects. The already repaired display has a 60 days warranty over manufacturing defects and issued a bill. Secondly when i had brought the set for repair on 08/04/2014, they had taken the display bill and due to oversight they did not return the bill/ misplaced and issued a battery bill on 08/04/2014 only. The service personnel have even agreed during the telephonic conversation that he had seen the display bill during the battery change. Now the handset is not functioning in a proper prospective due to display problems. And the service personnel are demanding for rs.2200 (Duplicate display) or rs.4600 (Original display). It is further brought to your attention that for such an esteemed organisation, how that is your service personnel rendering service for duplicate parts? It is even doubtful whether the parts which are replaced for my handset on 08/03/2014 are original initially, because of which now the phone is malfunctioning. All my efforts to the service personnel for the warranty period replacement and to check for the bill issued and for the service copy of the bill has fallen into deaf ears. I therefore request you good-self to bestow the matter personally and directives may be issued to the concerned authorities for the replacement of display under warranty.                               Hi, I purchased a micromax mobile phone from indrapuram and after 3 months the mobile stopped working. I called the sangeetha store and they picked the phone from my house and told me that they will be sending to the micromax service center. After 15 days they came back to us telling that micromax is asking to pay 4000 rs due to some failure in motherboard. After this i took a phone back from sangeetha and went to micromax and they told me that the mobile has been opened and they cannot change the motherboard. Request you to kindly take some action.                                 I have purchased a atlas s900 handset from sangeetha mobiles, hsr layout, bangalore, on 3rd march 2014. While purchasing, the sales executive had promised that in case of any issues with the handset under warranty (1 year offered by manufacturer & additional 1 year by sangeetha mobiles), i can bring back to the same store, where it had been purchased, ie hsr layout outlet and they will send it to service center and provide me with the spare handset to use, till it is repaired or replaced. Since i had identified an issue with the phone, i had brought it back to the hsr layout store, on 8th march 2014. I was told that they can not take back the phone (In direct contrary with the promises they made while selling) and asked me to contact another logistics firm onsitego.com to pick up the mobile. They again promised that the onsitego pick up person will pick up the phone on the same day of complaint & provide me with a spare handset to use while original one is taken to the service center and attended. I had registered a complaint on 10th march 2014 morning on the onsitego.com call center and they told that the pick up person will come next day (Again violation of promises) and i will be provided with a spare handset to use (This time promise by onsitego.com). The pick up person came on the next day (11th march) after noon and while picking up, he told the spare handset was not available with him and he would provide on the following day. From then onwards no news about my spare handset & i had been continuously following up with onsitego.com & sangeetha mobiles till date, 15th march for the spare item, and they had been keep on giving promises that the spare handset would be given the following day. Today i got an update that the spare handset would be given on tuesday, ie 18th march and i am not sure whether this would be fulfilled. I need to get a properly working phone since i had paid for the purchase of one and in the interim i need to get a spare phone to use since i am missing important calls and messages to my number.

                                Even after 20days of purchase of this faulty handset there are no signs of my replacement handset coming through. Kindly let me know the escalation path for the same.
                                ONSITEGO.COM they stole the SIM Card tray from my phone. Never got the backup phone. Sangeetha people told me I would be getting the similar phone to mine as backup at the time of selling the phone but it is far from truth. First you will not get the backup phone even of you are lucky you will get the basic phone.

                                Never trust on the promises made by Sangeetha Mobiles or ONSITEGO.

                                  Hi friends this is ranjith i purchased wham wt72 yesterday 09/mar/2014 evening... But there was a light crack.. Then i suddenly rushed to that shop. And asked that person... So he said to go to jc road bangalore unit for replacement... When i checked on internet it was sunday and it was closed... Today morning (10/03/2014) i went to service center for replacement.. But they are asking 2950 rs for replacement.. And the are saying tat its our mistake... I exlained him that it came like that in box piece.. But they didnt do... And even i have a signal issue in it... And i explaained him about that also.. But he did not do... And this wham mobiles are owned by sangeetha mobiles itself... They are cheating peoples... Please do not believe... I request every one to not to buy wham mobiles from sangeetha... Its a china mobile...

                                    I had purchased a micromax p - 275 model tablet from sangeetha mobiles outlet in bangalore - 19th main rajaji nagar shop on 1st block on 14th jan 2013 as per sangeetha invoice no. Si / rj3/5915 dt.14/01/2013 and still it is not working and every time its kept in your micromax service point. Inbetween along with this tablet, your sales executives has given a tata docomo data cards for a additional offer and it is also not working.
                                    Several times repaired in your authorized service centre with your sangeetha mobiles support with the long arguments and now it has repaired and handed over to your sangeetha mobiles sales manager on 5th of january and the same has handed over to your asc m/s set point, near jalahalli cross, bangalore and job sheet nos is s[protected] dt. 07/01/2013 and after 10 days no one has called from your asc & sangeetha sales executives also. After the several times called to micromax customer care point and the asc has called me, your tablet is not ready, its not cover under warranty, only the repair job should be done under only paid basis. The same has informed to sangeetha mobiles also, they have not given any assurance for this issue. Now, i am very upset about this issue and not happy with your micromax products and sangeetha mobiles dealers also. We had purchased every month 20 to 25 hand set mobiles for my tvs concern use from sangeetha mobiles with micro max mobiles only and the same is doing in our concern corporate use also. Hence, one of the small component of one micromax repair problem is not resolve from your asc, selling dealer also, why should i buy your micromax products further. Need for the response to the customers first and then drive the business next for solutions.

                                      Dear team, Mobile was purchased from sangeetha mobiles btm, 10th main, 7th cross, mico layout, bangalore. The handset is not getting on. It was taken to the shop today[protected]. The bill and the warranty card were produced as well but the attendants denied to accept it for servicing. I want a proper justification for the same. Moreover, if they are selling a product then they are liable to take the same for servicing or its replacement, i believe. If they cannot do the servicing then they should get it done. My appeal is to get the same replaced or rectified immediately rather than telling me the alternative solutions. Earnest appeal to assist me to overcome this situation and at the same time let them reach out to my doorstep To get the same rectified.                                         Exactly write... Dont buy mobile anyone keeping in mind for insurance its frod doing all such thing...
                                        In invoice copy they will mentioned as fir complaints are not required but for claiming insurance formats they have mentioned as for loss of mobile insurance will not cover...
                                        From only police acknowledgement they will not provide any insuarance
                                        Its totally frod frod frod...
