I purchased wham wd35 on 3 months back. It is not working properly. I given it to repair in mobitech, no.1038, dr. Rajkumar road, rajajinagar, bangalore, karnataka. Job sheet no. 1096. Till today i am not received from any response. What happened i don't know. Please inform them to repair it immediately other wise it will sever matter.

I am also facing the same problem. Why don't we take joint legal action.
If the service centre does not give any reply, what can we do. The pain which I have gone through is worst.

    This is very bad. Mobile repair time take one week. It is necessary to hold mobile every time. I have given my mobile WHAM WD35 to Mobitech, No.1038, Dr. Rajkumar Road, Rajajinagar, Bangalore, Karnatka for repair. Already given one week over. I am every day received mobile alert from Canara Bank, SBI and Stock holding corporation. Please give it today or tommorrow.

      I went to buy a mobile from sangeetha store, but the staffs as well as manager not ready to provide the service, and they were mis behaving with customers, they were not ready to tell features of mobiles, when as a customer we are checking the features even though they were not responding, when i asked something they were saying that we have some work tell me fast, but there is no customer at 2:30pm today, this incident happend today 2:30pm. They donot know who is customer & what is customer, even store manager doesnot know how to speak with customer...? How you guys are keeping such kind of illetritates & 's at store level i donot know, near to there univercell and jambo stores service is very good, Jambo staff are intractions with customer is very good. I thik all fools are working in the stores

        When i bought an htc phone a year back at sangeetha mobiles in jayanagar 4th block already it gave trouble in the first week itself. I went back and got another handset after being redirected to the htc service centre 30 minutes by auto ride away. This handset also gave trouble - so i asked which is best model. The person at the sony counter suggested i go for an older model of sony xperia (The one with the light bar at the bottom) - it would freeze frequently This year that phone got stolen in a bus After running around to get all documents ready i gave insurance form to oriental insurance handling phone insurances for sangeetha mobiles With it was the police complaint — which policeman refused to take down as theft. For this reason my insurance claim was refused. All cheaters don't ever do business with these people

          I am sashank my mother purchased a wham mobile from sangeetha which costs 8000rs and it doesn't even worth price of a china mobile actually my mother doesn't have knowledge of phones she thought of buying some good big screen mobile by taking dis advantage they cheated my mother and made her to purchase wham mobile which is not working properly from the day of purchase and wen my parents went for replacement they said they will repaire it and after the repair same problem was there my parents went twice for replacement they dint do it finally when i went and shouted on them behalf of my mother they started using bad language and even tried to hit me by sayin who are you did u purchase that mobile it's your mother and said to get lost from the shop if this is the way they behave with costumers what any one can do so please kindly take action against them i am requesting i need justice and please make them to ban that wham mobile which is very worst they are cheating costumers on the name of that mobile

            I have purchased wham mobile at sangeetha mobile, brigade road branch, bangalore. Within 15 days of the purchase, the mobile has gone bad and picked by onsite electro service for repair on 12th july 2014. I was given numerous committment to deliver the mobile after repair. Today it is 14th august 2014, have not yet received the mobile back. I am suffering without a mobile from 12th july 2014. Mobile handset has become a part of life nowadays, but the service centre does not seem to be understanding this and not in a position to give any concrete answer. I will definitely think twice before going to sangeetha in future.

            This is to inform you that Sangeetha Mobiles has not returned my mobile given for Service. Pl. refer the below table which has the details of commitment given by them.

            Date 12.07.2014 mobile given for sevice
            after so many follow ups the date given by Sangeetha

            Ladies and gentlemen, today is 2nd Sep 2014. But I have not yet received the mobile. Sangeetha is one such vendor do not bother about customer. I have not hope to get back my mobile. I made a blunder.

            cheaters - dont buy from here unless you want to throw away your money !!!

            i purchased a lumia 730 mobile from sangeetha's online website - shop 47. they are big time cheaters. when you want to buy their customer care guys answer your call, after buying the phone they dont bother to pick your call. they are real cheaters.

            my mobile had so many issues and few of them: this mobile takes 3+ hrs to fully recharge from 15%. yes it is true. voice breaks when on call and it heats up often. but none of the customer care guys pick up the call, and their live chat is a cheat. after reading their whole website i found out an email id and on emailing them, some human being called me but no use, he is a robot to say the same story again and again.

            he said that this may be a battery issue and will send me out a brand new battery and i agreed to it. but after 2 days of following up with him, he sent some used spare battery without any packing, i rejected it and he blames me saying that he removed it from a brand new box for me. all lies. and he says he cant give replacement and no refund :(

            i feel cheated.

            and he told me to go to a nokia service center myself and get it corrected :(

            in this case, why should i buy from these ? what is the use of delight service and additional warranty and insurance which i paid additional amount while purchasing?????

            i have told all my friends to stay away from cheater sangeetha and its brands :(

            i wish there was a -100 rating.

                I have purchased one htc516 in sangeetha mobiles, meenakshimall on 24th july 2014, paying 14000. But after 2-3 days my mobile screen started flickering and which is a common problem in this model it seems, but when buying this mobile they not even informed us about this.. Later when we approached them abt this within a week, they said we can’t do anything, go to service centre. With more difficulties i got a credit note from htc for buying another piece.in that credit note, i purchased grand neo, paying additional 1000 to sangeetha on 8th aug. They activated the mobile and given to us. But after coming home we noticed some damage in screen and next day with in 24hrs we approached sangeetha. Again they said, we can't do anything, but insisted us to go to samsung delight service center for the same problem. As sunday, 10th was a holiday, immediately 11th we approached samsung service centre in jayanagar. They said it may be a manufacturing defect, but until we check we cant do anything. When we given the complaint, that time we came to know that, sangeetha ppl had given us a fake bill for the mobile (Boz we purchased it on 8th but bill was on dated 9th). Service centre ppl suspected us for the bill and mobile, and it was a embracing situation for us in front of many ppl. Helplessly again we came back to sangeetha shop and explained this. But they dint even asked us sorry for this, but they had taken the mobile they get the thing will done by evening, and call us back. But till 7.00 they dint even call me back, so i frustrated and when i gave a call, they are saying we will update you tomorrow.
                But before taking the mobile they have not given any receipt and not even a stand by cell. They made me to spend whole day with out any mobile, having two small kids with me. Im too frustrated with their behavior and they are making me helpless… this the worst situation i have come across in my life…

                  My first and last experience with sangeetha mobiles. I wanted to gift a smartphone to my father and went to check out my options in sangeetha in phoenix mall. Bangalore. One of the store representatives convinced me to buy wham mobiles. He sold me lies like since it is a sangeetha brand they are giving 2 years warranty which included theft insurance and physical damage. I was told any damage is covered by insurance and it will be door picked.. Fixed and dropped back. So i decided to go for it and bought the mobile wham ws47. After 2 months the mobile fell and there was a crack in the screen (Which generally most phones can withstand). Anyways, it took me a week to finally get connected to their pick-up service number (Onsite) to come and collect the phone. They took all my original bill and took the mobile. I tried calling the customer care often to get the status update but it was really difficult to get any. Really horrible service. After a month they returned my phone as it is without any repair and without the original bill. When i tried to understand why the phone was not fixed they told me to contact the store. I visited the closest sangeetha store but he said he can’t help me and asked me to go to the store i bought the mobile. Finally when i went to the store this is what i get from the same guy from which sold me the mobile. He told me to go and visit the insurance agency and he can’t help. After months of follow up with the customer care and running around with different store i broke my patience. After some arguments with rep i asked for the store manager. The store manager came and told me to pay another 6000 and get a new replacement. When i tried understanding why should i pay when i was told it is under warranty he didn’t even respond. I even asked them to repair the screen and i was ready to pay the amount for it. All i was asking them to repair the screen. But no one wanted to talk to me. The manager went away saying he is not bothered. I never felt such kind of hospitality and arrogance in any service before. I felt totally cheated and would definitely share my experience with my friends and relatives so that they could save themselves with such fraud.                     Hello sir, Address of sangheeta mobiles: 12, chinmaya mission hospital road, state 2, indiranagar, bangalore, karnataka[protected] I bought a new lava iris x1 phone from sangheeta bangalore on 26 july, 2014 (Around 4pm). That phone was faulted with in 24 hours (27 july, 1pm) so i asked them to check for the same. They asked me to contact there customer care department i. E. Onsite.com (As they claimed - req. No. 91945) and i was told by selvi (Sangheeta customer care agent) that there company will replace my phone with a new one or i can buy any other phone as a replacement. You can check this on http://care.onsitego.com/ however, it's been 4 days and i have not got any information. If i call onsite people they didnt listen and say they dont have any update. Please sir, help us and save against these criminals. I know they have big contacts that is why they freely chat with people. If you can help me in getting money back it will be really nice. Even if they ask me to new phone, i do not want and would like my money back. I know they can do anything with me but if something happened to me than this online complaint will be a proof of my culprits. Please ask them to revert my money, i cannot win against such big people but i would prefer to die for my right. Thanks tarun

                    Dear Tarun, The faulty handset has to be taken to the brands service center, who in turn will issue a Dead on arrival(DOA) certificate if the handset has a genuine manufacturing defect.                     I am still waiting and does not know what is going on. I was first promised that I will get a DOA in a day or two but still awaiting.

                    Secondly, I got a call with you manager and he has promised my for DOA for new phone altogether as a replacement however even he was not sure since he was busy in IF and BUTS. If you guys don't cater to the client then please don't a fool of them. Today is 4 August, please return me my money i would rather like to donate my money somewhere rather than buying faulty phones from you.
                    As mentioned earlier, I was told by SELVI your CC agent that I will get a Replacement as I contacted your Customer Care with in 24 hours. So i will not take any repaired phone if by any chance I will get any.

                    My biggest mistake of my life that I bought a faulted phone from SANGHEETA MOBILES.
                    SANGEETHA MOBILES IS A FAKE MOBILE CHAIN .. BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS...

                    I KNOW YOU PEOPLE DONT WANNA RETURN MY PHONE AND I AM GONNA FILE A CASE AGAINST YOU PEOPLE YOU ILL PEOPLE.

                      Micromax a102 got failed within 10 day from the date of purchase. But, sangeetha mobile, peelamedu, coimbatore branch is not ready to replace the product. When a product fails within 10 days either the product quality is worst or the seller sold a year old product. When i talk to store, the response from them was very poor. Please don't apporach sangeetha mobiles to buy a mobile if you want a good costomer service after sales.

                        Hi The sangeetha shop at arekere gate sold me a defected gionee p3 mobile in april and i went out of station after purchasing the Mobile. When i opened the mobile for use, i found that some parts of the touch screen is not working. I came back to bangalore and went to the shop. They asked me to call the customer service "onsite". I called up and they came and picked my mobile with original bill on 15th may 2014. After that i followed up with them over the phone every week but there is no solution. They are not returning my mobile and i have spent a pretty good amount calling them. I feel that i am harassed now and neither my money nor the mobile is returned to me.                             After 1 month o[censored]sage the handset sony t2 ultra which i had bought from sangeeta mobiles, it's display is not functional anymore. If we try calling it, it shows that the handset has not been switched off but display screen is always blank,

                              I brought the nokia lumia 1320 some days back. I did not open the box and phone condition till my birthday (20 days after purchasing). When i checked the condition of the phone i found the camera is not working and phone is not working properly. Please don't buy the phones at sangeetha stores. I doubt they are selling duplicate mobiles.

                              Vikas you are right that they are selling damaged products. But nothing can be done they have contacts and can do anything.
                              I am trying to fight against them to get my money but i know nothing gonna happen.

                                I have purchased screen guard worth 300 rs in sangeetha mobiles on 7th june 2010. It hardly lasted for 10 days. I saw the way he has put he has not properly put it and the dust entered and damaged the screen guard. I took the phone to them on 25 june because i was out of station. They are saying you only have peeled it off and u have put it. Why will i peel it off? Am i a small child to do it??
                                What is the use of going to such expensive one its better to put 100 rs one..
                                They are very rude and not at all answering. Do not ever purchase any type of accessories in sangeetha mobiles. And they were saying what ever you want you do nothing happens to us. We need to show them what people are. So guys please avoid sangeetha mobiles.

                                  I have made online complaint through[protected] that my sony mobile is not getting over heat all the time, volumes buttons and camera were not working.
                                  On 28 the may onsite people had picked my phone - veryfing the device and today that os on june 7th 2014 returned my phone without rectifying the phone getting over heating and volumes buttons not working.
                                  I have reached siri comminications - they mentioned it's an mother board problem and mentioned sony will not replace mother board.
                                  Please help how to proceed further - i can't use this phone as it's burning my ears.

                                    On 17/05/2014, i have taken nokia 710 mobile in sangeetha mobiles at gandi nagar branch bangalore. On the 4th day itself it got switch off and was not getting switched on. I have taken the hand set for the dealer on 5th day and he told me to go to service centre, in service centre i came to know that accessories was not the one which is given by nokia company ltd. On 9th day i hav etaken the mobile back from service centre and 10th day i have taken that to sangeetha outlet. On that day on duty manager telling me that "you have taken this mobile before 11days, so we are helpless on the issue". By hearing this i raised my voice so he said me to go jayanagar and told me that "he have spoken with manager and they will replace the handset for me". When i went to jayanagar they were not responded to me. Next day when i went to sangeetha outlet, i was met the person who sold me the mobile, when i have explained the thing happened, he opened one more hand set which was on display and given me all the accessories of that box and replaced the battery of the mobile. After that my mobile got switched on, and the old battery he kept in the new handset box and again kept it in the display in front of me itself without any hesitation. Is it correct to give opened handset to customer? Next visitor who comes to outlet to buy that mobile, what will be his situation?... What should i do, because i have taken tampered handset unknowingly which he is claiming original?

                                      Worst mobile shop in india is sangeetha... I have bought galaxy core in velachery division... And they told me that they will provide me free insurance, free apps etc...
                                      After purchasing the mobile phone i checked the bill in which insurance number was mentioned... Unfortunately after one month i lost my mobile phone in chennai and i suddenly reached velachery sangeetha and inquired about the insurance. It was a great shock for me from their reply. They told me that the phone did not cover the insurance. I fought with them by showing the insurance no was printed in the bill but they said that it is printed in all the bills but there should be a word called swift then only it covers insurance. I fed up totally.. I was cheated... Sangeetha mobile are totally cheaters... No customer service... I am sure u sangeetha will not attain good position... Dont buy in sangeetha mobiles
