Sangeetha Mobiles — samsung j7pro wrong info provided | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that i have purchased samsung j7pro at Sangeetha store, Jpnagar 5th phase branch in Bangalore. As i have purchased on 21st April 2018 and price of 20k along with i have taken extra cover option called 6months damage protection and 3 months price challenge. And i have paid extra amount of 1100rs. Now mobile price got reduced to around 17k so i have visited store asked about difference amount pay back as they promised earlier but now they are telling that different story that we sent email to concerned team but they haven't got approval? So i have very bad experience with sangeetha mobile store people and they won't provide proper communication and giving us false promises? So kindly do the needful for the same. I have purchased iphone7 from sangeeta store inorbit mall, at the time of payment they said i will get cashback at end of 3rd month. Its been 5months We havent received any cashback.
